If you have a diesel you can trust the shop here to work on your vehicle.I came to this dealership on the recommendation of Ram/Chrysler, after another dealership did major damage to the engine doing a minor repair. This was the one that Ram recommended having work on the truck and to fix major issues.Forest Lake quickly assessed the damage and determined a complete rebuild of the diesel engine was necessary, the only instance I have heard of with this particular powertrain. This is about as complex of a repair job as can be done, it is a lot harder than a replacement. They helped to document all of the mistakes the other dealership made, and what went wrong where.The service manager, Michael, was a pleasure to work with. He got involved even though he did not need to and went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of. He was invaluable and made rough situation smooth sailing.Alexis, who I worked with was also great. She was always on top of communication, and what was going on.The repair took some time, and even though there were some significant part delays (with the supply chain issues), they got the truck fixed right on schedule. The engine has run like a dream ever since.This dealership has great customer service, they work closely with the manufacturer, are on top of their communication, give reliable time tables, and they are honest. I will be buying my next vehicle through this dealership; it is great to have support that you can count on!

I wasn’t pressured by the sales man I was working with or any other employees! My sales rep was BEAU - Pronounced (bow) … 10/10, extremely helpful, not pushy, super calm, very knowledgeable & overall just a super cool guy ! Kelly was helpful when I first brought my vehicle in. After my vehicle being in service for a week to fix throttle body this is how it was returned to me. Oil leaked inside and outside of vehicle. Even after deep cleaning oil still in door so when window is rolled down it becomes greasy again. Not acceptable customer service. I hope that jeep can reach out to me and make this right. I will never purchase a vehicle from here again. At the time Jeep did not have a rental car to give me so I had to go through enterprise, I was told they’d call for me and have enterprise retrieve the rental vehicle after being returned to retrieve my Jeep. Unfortunately the rental sat there for a week until enterprise had to reach out to me and Jeep. Not to mention my Jeep is already having issues again, I am beyond disappointed.

I just purchased a 2019 Ram Big Horn from Forest Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram and the whole transaction from start to finish went smoothly! They gave me top dollar for my trade in (about $600 more than any other dealership) and answered every question that I had. They even brought up questions I didnt ask! Chad Warner (sales), Kevin Graczyk (finance) & Gabe Monsivais (accessories manager) were a great team to work with! I would definitely buy from them again!
I bought a jeep Cherokee three years ago. It was a 2015 I have had it in four time know. Thank goodness I had the power train warranty so it has all been fixed. This time they told me that there is no paper work for it. So the warranty will not be honored any longer. So dont buy any jeep product because most of them have the transmission issues. Specifically the 2014 and the 2015. I also red the reviews for the 2020 and the 2021, and they have the same issues as the 14 and 15.
Super-friendly parts department oh, theyre very knowledgeable and very helpful. We have many other choices for parts, and there are a few more part dealers that are slightly closer, but we choose for a slick because the service is always excellent.
Now with the new personal at the service department things took a full turn very nice very understanding great place to go now it will be my pleasure to buy more oil change packages now very nice service very nice waiting area I will continue to do business at this dealership asking as this great service continues

12-15-2020 - Mark was able to get my truck cleaned/detailed and provided a loaner with gas included and oil change voucher for the inconvenience . i updated to 3 stars based on the effort i had to put in to get taken care of but would give Mark 5 stars for his personal dedication to getting this taken care of, had this been the outcome from the first call i would have updated to 5 stars. one thing i want to add is if you get the spray in bedliner from the dealership you will not get the coating sprayed up under the box sides... it only comes like that if you get it installed from the factory as the box is not on the truck when that happens.. once this was made clear i was ok with it and think the liner looks great! i was misinformed by thinking it was supposed to be up under the rails. i also wanted to Thank the salesman Mike for trying everything he could in getting this resolved.12-11-2020 UPDATE to follow, Mark is getting the truck taken care of and ill follow up when i get it back.bought a 2020 ram 1500 ... purchase started out with an employee taking my new truck while i was signing papers... my sales guy (great guy who was having to deal with others mistakes) had to look/call around for 30 min before he could get it and wash it and get gas in it.... but i got an apology. then i noticed the window was not cleaned where the sale sticker had been and mentioned it.. he said they could take care of it when i brought it back to get the bed liner and undercoat protection.. (no problem as it was already getting late (was almost a 4hr sale)... came back on the Nov 30th to get the work done and they told my wife it would be done on the coming Thursday Dec 3rd.. so my wife used the loaner truck to go to a doc appt in the cities that day (60 mi drive one way) so she could drop it off and pick up our truck... well she checked in on her way back and was told it would not be ready until the next day... still no complaints from us but we are not happy. then we get the truck and i notice the window sticker residue was still not cleaned off still ... annoying but was gonna let it go..... and then noticed that there was all this yellowish film/goo all over on the door hinges, door panels, vents in the rockers, outside of box on outside edge between cab and even on the newly sprayed in bed liner ! and then i notice that the spray in liner is not shot up on the underside of the rails of the bed .. so i call to see if it should have been as it is part of the bed and they tell me it gets sent out to another place so i call them and ask if they spray up under the bed side rails and they said yes.. i told the dealership and they said they do not and if i wanted to pay and extra $250 i could have it done... they have other trucks out in the lot with liners and are coated under the rails... but they say that is just for ones built at the factory. best i was offered is to drive my New truck to them and have the yellowish goo cleaned off at no charge and free oil change.... do you think that is fair ? i didnt think so. Not a Happy Customer... oh yeah and i was told the goo that was left all over was to show the customer they did the work!

It was so quick to make an appointment. The Service Department was on time, when we arrived. They put in quality oil and filters. Very pleased. They finished the job promptly.
Don’t bring your vehicle here for service!!!! Brought my van in to have the actuator door fixed again (common issue with dodge caravans where the heat gets stuck on even when you are blowing air conditioning). When I decided to wait on the $800 repair, Justin (the service tech who was supposed to be helping me) was very rude. I had to ask someone else sitting at a desk where I could pick up my van so I could leave. I went to my van and when I started it up the rear defrost light blinked. I didn’t think anything of it because they had run a diagnostic assessment on it. I thought that was just the system resetting. I was also a little distracted because my father had died and I was burying him later that week. A few days later I noticed it was still doing it and that the whole system was delayed at starting up, so I called Justin to let him know something was wrong. He told me they would have to charge me an additional $125 to find out the problem. A problem that didn’t exist until they looked at my van! When I talked to his manager Michael, I was accused of trying to get something for free. I was told, “he gets these calls all the time”. That, “ people bring in used cars and accuse them of doing something to them all the time”. I have never been so insulted in my life! If this happens to him all the time then I must not be the first person they have pull this on. Lastly, when I told him I was going tell my friends and family to take their business elsewhere, he told me to go ahead and threaten him. That he was used to it. Shame on them. All I wanted them to do was fix whatever problem they caused. What they didn’t know was that I had gathered up the money for the repair and that the ultimate reason it needed to be fixed was because the hot air kept blowing on my Autistic 20 yr old causing melt downs. My family knows someone working at Dodge of Hastings, I’ll drive all the way down there and get the van fixed. I don’t know what scheme these guys have going, but don’t get caught up in it.
Very pleasant gentleman took care of me. Gave me all the coupons that applied as I was unable to print them. 45,000 mile service i had planned to do it in 2 appts. but managed to get me out in 2 hrs. so had it all done at once. Great service.

My experience customer service wise was excellent. I called immediately when my check engine light came on and got an appt that day. Manya was very helpful, professional an informative. I cant fault them that my 3 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit needed the radiator replaced and had an emissions leak, a car with only 36k miles on it. They took great care of me, although it was painful$$$. lol

Avoid this place at all cost! Save yourself the headache because this place Is one huge scam and they do not back up warranties! 22K miles on a jeep and driveshaft and track bar broke already! They wont warrant it because it has a lift kit LOL! Ummm hello? You guys installed the lift kit on the Jeep when It was brand new and before you sold it to me! Terrible dealership

Great customer service called on the weekend was able to easily schedule an appointment for Monday morning for diagnostics, we had the vehicle towed down & dropped off. We were contacted right away Monday morning by the mechanic who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem we had the vehicle back a couple hours later they did a fantastic job highly recommend them over the Cambridge dealership because Cambridge didnt help us at all when we were broke down on Saturday, they told us to call back Monday morning .

I had a great experience purchasing my car here four years ago, so even though I live farther away I make a point to do my service here just for loyalty. The other day was the second time I’ve had a bad experience with service being done to my car. My car had a few basic things done including changing the air filters. After leaving the dealer my engine check light went on. I called and left a voicemail as they were closed. The next morning I was told in a voicemail that this sounded like a coincidence, but they would be happy to check. I went to another facility where I was told what was wrong (simply after the air filter was changed they just didn’t finish connecting one thing). They did have me come in and I was out in 10 mins with a car wash (I didn’t get one the day prior, even though it was on my receipt ).The time before I called to have my U connect upgraded in my car as it wasn’t working anymore. The service area said it was fixed, and when I went home and attempted to connect my phone it wasn’t upgraded. I spent a couple hours trying to figure it out with multiple people and was told what was wrong. The next day went back to the service, where they claim to not know what was wrong, but would take a look. Magically it worked when I got back into my car (even though they claimed they didn’t have to do anything).I won’t come back here, and I wouldn’t recommend using the service area to anyone else, especially if you don’t live close to make the most likely second visit the next day. It is just disappointing.
Sales, finance, and management employees were all pleasant to deal with, and it felt like they really cared about their customers. Unfortunately the service department is a different story. My Jeep with less than 10,000 miles on it was in for service several times to check on an engine issue and notes from the service checks either went missing, were never entered, and sometimes they were falsely entered to make it appear that the problem at hand was less severe than it was. Thankfully when I spoke with management about my bad experiences with the service department they were apologetic and compensated me for the extra expenditures I had encountered, and Im very thankful for their help!

Went looking at vehicles. They were way to focused on pushing me to finance through them instead of actually selling me the right vehicle for the right price. Sales Man, Sales Manager and even the Finance guys.. Apparently if you come preapproved through a Credit Union the customer service isnt the same.

The sales department was very easy to work with. To bad the service department is the complete opposite. Bought an amazing truck from them in January. Later to find out that a rear seat belt buckle was not attached! This truck was “inspected”. Brought it up and was told to talk to service about the issue when I had mud flaps and running boards installed. Came back to the truck being “complete” and the mud flaps were poorly installed and they never looked into the seat belt. Solely because of the poor quality in the service department I will not be doing any business here again.
Back to 1 star...I had issues from the start but after calling around was able to get help and upped the ratings to 3 star...now during this cold snap my 2020 ram with 4k miles wouldnt start and the dealership was not able to help me whatsoever....no loaner, no reimbursement if I paid for a rental...luckily I was able to get a dealership in new Richmond wi to give me a used car for a overnight test drive while they were going to look over the truck that had to be towed there. No level of customer service...you pay 50k for a truck and as soon as you leave the lot you are on your own!

I received a recall notice for my Fiat in the mail and it told me to take it to a Chrysler dodge ram dealership so I decided to go to one that was close to me in Forest Lake and when I came in I met with a service advisor named Kelly, I dropped my car off asking for a light to be fixed and oil change and for the recall issue to be addressed I waited all day to get a phone call and finally late in the evening Kelly called me saying that the mechanics were not wanting to take on my car since it was a Fiat (???) and that they had no idea why my running light was shutting off but they could not fix the issue they thought that it was something that maybe needed reset.... I found that odd considering it’s a running light how resetting a computer in a car would reset one running light really makes no sense to me but whatever... so the next day I picked up my vehicle and paid for my oil change when I got out to my car I noticed that my tires were all still low and the notification letting me know that was illuminating on my dash as well as the broken light indicator and even more so they did not even put a sticker for my oil change up on my window. So of the three things that I came to have addressed one seem to be a above or below their paygrade, and the one thing that they did do, which was an oil change they couldn’t even put a sticker on the inner windshield like everybody else does even for a $19 oil change at the local Jiffy Lube. My oil change was like $65 there....And additionally like I said my tires were all low and when I picked it up they couldn’t even do a courtesy of filling them so there was no indicator on the dash saying that my air pressure was low in all four of my tires . Who knows maybe this is how this place does business but it’s certainly not what I expect when I go to a dealership. I certainly will not be back.

Nothing to do with price but what car would be best for me! That felt nice knowing he wanted the best for me not the highest price car to help himself! He didnt make us feel rushed or on a time limit. He really worked with us to find the best fit. Matt O. (finance) really worked hard and made it easy through the whole process, made us feel good and safe on our monthly payments, went over everything with us so we really understood, (I didnt know anything) what we had the extras the whole thing. I have taken my truck here for years, and have always experienced reliable service at reasonable prices. Just for the asking, the customer service rep was able to take $40 off each axle on a complete brake job due to a silent coupon that she offered. As a result of this discount, it was cheaper to have the work done at their service center, then for me to buy the parts and do it myself! The synthetic oil change is very reasonable in price compared to other dealerships who always try to stab you for a much greater fee. I really enjoy the fact that they are into preventative maintenance. During a prior visit I had a high pressure oil line to the oil cooler they inspected and found a very small leak which did not yet show itself. The customer service rep took a picture for me and sent it so I could see that although I may not see evidence of leakage now, I will, and as long as they are in that area, it would be reasonable and prudent to replace.

Wasted 4 hours one way to come see a Frame Damage vehicle... upon arrival the car has multiple spots with damage and is not in shape described... was never informed that the vehicle had major Damage and it Passed Safety inspection... the reason for a price drop on the vehicle without you being here is because the manager knew it has some damage

I initially thought that this was a decent dealership however I came to find out later a mistake was made by them (most likely an honest mistake) but when I attempted to work it out with them I can honestly say I ended up having no resolution and have never felt so disrespected or lied to. There was no ownership or admission of the mistake and I was fully brushed aside. I believe that once they have your money they no longer value your satisfaction as a customer. I will not return and I advise you to look elsewhere.

We love the Jeep Wrangler we purchased on June 11, 2020. However, I need to give a 1 star rating for the poor service from our sales rep. This used vehicle was advertised as having a remote start, which was one of the main reasons we were interested in it. At time of purchase, we were presented with a WE OWE document that specified Mark will find a remote start fob for Jeep! I signed and asked them to make a copy for my personal files. Now here we are, its 4 months later, the weather is getting cold, and we still do not have said fob. Ive contacted our sales rep over 10 times in the past 2 months and get a different story each time. Weve been very patient, but since they have not successfully resolved our issue, I felt it should be shared.***UPDATE: I contacted the Sales Manager today and he is working out a satisfactory resolution for me. I will remove this negative review once everything is resolved.
This dealership refused to work with another jeep dealer to get parts for my warranty work. My only assumption is that they were trying to charge me for diagnostics on something that was already diagnosed and covered by warranty. Long story short I will never do business here and thats a big deal now that the new wranglers are 80k.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!I ordered a latch for my Jeep Cherokee from their online store. They seem to have it together, requiring VIN# to check to ensure part compatibility and pricing is competitive. BUT, save yourself the headache! The part originally took 2 weeks to arrive. My installer tore my door down to bare steel, required to install the latch and it was defective. The open door indicator and inside dome lights were non-responsive. I called while my installer was working on it and they offered to replace it, stating the earliest they might get a replacement out would be the next day, even sent me a return label. I shipped it back the next day. It took until Wednesday to arrive. Watching the tracking and not receiving any communication since the call, I decided to email and inquire if any ETA on replacement part. I received an email from the parts manage stating it was going out that day and apologized for the delay, stating it took longer to receive than expected. So far, so good, right? I received the part last Saturday. When I opened it, the invoice inside was from February 22, which was surprising to me since I sent the invoice back with the original part. After inspecting the part they sent back, I realized it was the same USED part I had received the first time. I emailed the parts manager and he swears he opened the box to inspect and ensure the part they sent me was a NEW part. Nonsense, the striker has wear on it inside the latch. This part is filthy dirty and the foam insulation shows clear signs of usage and damage (see photo attached). At this point Ive now wasted a month on this part and Im pretty irritated, so I responded with another email insisting they get the NEW part to me or Ill start writing a review online and open a dispute on the charge. I received a reply today, with another return label stating theyll refund my money as soon as they get the part back. YEP, they refuse to correct this problem and just want to do away with my business, so here I am warning the public, if you want to waste time and get yanked around like youre some kind of sheeple who cant tell the difference between a used part and a new part, this is the place for you!

1 week after I bought my vehicle, one of the cylinder had a misfire. Called dealership brought it in and all the service department did was clear the code and sent me on my way. A few days later, misfired again! Turned out I needed a fuel injector in one of the cylinders. Used car manager said it didnt have any codes when I first bought it, therefore they cant help me and warranty said no to the repair as well. Now I have to pay $800 for a repair in my vehicle that Ive had one, yes ONE month since I purchased. Very disappointing!

Dan Flor was the best salesman I have ever worked with! He gave me all my options to choose from and made choosing very easy and comfortable. I never felt pressured about anything but he walked me through all the bells and whistles so I could make an informed decision! The finance group was also amazing for the short time I was with them! Getting a new vehicle can be very boring sometimes while waiting for all the paperwork, Dan however was a blast to chit chat with while we waited! He made sure my process was always moving smoothly and even helped me transfer everything from the old truck to the new as it had gotten late and he knew I had to work in the morning! Can’t beat his customer service! 10 stars to you Dan!!

I felt everyone knew their cars really well. I got the car I wanted at a great price. I feel strongly if we are going to pull through this pandemic, we have to work together and embrace a mask culture. Unfortunately they dont promote that mentality and culture. Its not going to work
I ordered a new 2021 Dodge Ram TRX and placed a $1,000 downpayment with Chad the sales person. After the truck arrived they told me it had arrived and then they stopped taking my calls. I later found out that they sold the truck from underneath me! I can only assume they got someone to pay more for it than I did. Underhanded tactics and liars. Go somewhere else with your money.
Found a great vehicle on their website. Drove to the dealer lot, discovered the car doesnt exist.

Salesman Kevin Clark was awesome...came in on his day off to get me set up in my 2019 Warlock...dealership was nice and clean plenty of vehicles to look at it was worth the long drive to make the deal. Ask for Kevin!
We bought a used pacifica from here and had an ok experience. Good value for the car but three stars because we had to wait three hours to sign in order to complete the deal.Sam Walton would not be impressed with the fact they had a customer waiting to give them money.If you have a customer ready to pay, get their money and get them out the door... ... Dont make the wait for three hours.
I had a GREAT experience with the team. My salesman Andrew was excellent! He took the time to listen to my needs and why I was wanting to trade in. Asked me about my family and I why I was looking for what I was. Robert in Finance was also fantastic to deal! Straight and to the point, but made sure I was making a good sound decision! Buyer beware! If you choose to purchase from this dealership, get EVERYTHING in writing! When we leased a vehicle from Forest Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram, we purchased a lifetime warranty for 2 reasons:1) we were strongly contemplating purchasing the vehicle when our lease was up,2) we were told that if we cancelled the warranty prior to the factory warranty ending, we would receive all of our money back.We do not usually purchase extended warranties because most are prorated....so when we were told that this one was not, we asked again to make sure we had heard correctly. Their finance person reassured us that we did hear correctly.We decided not to purchase the vehicle and instead sold it prior to the factory warranty ending. When we contacted Forest Lake Chrysler to cancel the warranty we were told - you guessed it - our warranty was prorated. The finance person (who no longer works there) denied telling us that it was and the dealership backed him and assumed that we were incorrect. We have received a check for the remainder of our warranty and we find it interesting that the check is from the dealership and not the warranty company. So was the warranty REALLY prorated??(The only reason I have given 1 star is because I cannot post otherwise.)
Very pleased with those who work here. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I was happy to find the waiting/play area for children. My 2 y/o didn’t want to leave because she was having so much fun.
I will try to keep this as unsappy as possible but, Austin at Forest Lake CDJR is amazing. I had been to 3 other dealers, and was about to throw in the towel when I found a 2014 Dart GT at this dealership. From the get go I knew these guys were legit, they actually treat you like people here which I didnt get anywhere else and they did everything above and beyond what they could to get me into my brand new 2018 Dodge Charger GT. I am no stranger to the car buying process. Buying from here was painful.I knew more about the RAM 1500 Lineup than the sales rep. The finance guy was painfully slow and not a good communicator in pertinent information that is normally shared with the buyer. The overall process was not only over 4 hours long it was organized chaos through it all. At the end of the day i am still super pleased with my new Laramie but i would highly encourage a review of your processes.
Overall a good place to buy. People were very friendly. Wish they would have let me know the vehicle I was coming there for sold 2 days earlier, but ended up getting a good vehicle. I know they sell a lot of vehicles, but i would recommend updating website daily. Every vehicle i saw on the website that i wanted to test drive already sold days prior.
Great place! Had a great sales team that I worked with. Beau was great and did whatever he could to help me and my kids find a better more safe vehicle then the one I previously owed. Great environment and they are understanding that people bring their kids with and no one at the dealership seemed to mind them at all. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and if/when I need another I will go back! Thank you!
Communication with this place is very poor.I tried to schedule a test drive, gave a date and time i wanted to do the test drive.I was contacted by a salesman and they asked what day and time I wanted to do it.Obviously didnt bother to even read the request.Then I was told the truck was not available.It was still on the website 5 days later. I went and did the online help chat thing, and was told the truck was available, and they would have a salesman contact me. But I was not contacted.Its been weeks and they never bother to contact me, or even reply to this review. And the truck is still available on the website.I guess they didnt want the sale.I will have to find what Im looking for somewhere else.

Cayla was my advisor and she was great to work with! They did an awesome job on my Ram and made sure that the problem was fixed before giving it back to me. They didnt overcharge me like other dealerships and they did the job right! They put the customer above everything and made sure that i was happy before sending me on my way! Would definitely recommend this dealership. We worked with Kevin Carlson to find what we were looking for, and it was an awesome experience. We havent worked with a dealership since 2008, so its been a while. Kevin made the process easy, was extremely knowledgeable, and he provided a friendly experience for us. We did go in on a Saturday, so it was pretty busy, but Kevin made us feel as if we were the only customers there. Great team of professionals to do business with!

Awesome experience, I went in not planning to buy a truck but the experience I had with Hannah and Ahmed was One of the best experiences Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. Yes I am that guy that buys vehicles way too often. If youre looking or in the market to purchase a vehicle check their lot first because theyre pricing is great and theyre follow through is even better. Dont disappoint me now Ahmed and Hannah lol.
We bought a used jeep. We were promised they would fix the running boards. Huge fight between sales and service. Each was blaming the other. It took over a month to get them fixed. No one would return calls (the used sales manager or the service manager). I had to drive over an hour with an infant (multiple times) to go there to speak with someone. We will never buy from them again.

The entire staff looked like they were enjoying their job and the people that they work with. Certainly not what you see very often. Throughout the whole process we dealt with personnel who were friendly and competent. Kevin, Jesse, Earl, Matt, the sales assistants, the service employees and anyone else who helped make this deal happen. Thank you! A week later we had an issue with the title. When we called it was10 minutes to closing but we were 25min away. No problem. The GM Earl and business manager Bob were there to help. It was such a wonderful experience. Nancy did her best to give me everything that I wanted at a really reasonable price. She let me test drives my car as I needed to to make sure I found the best fit for me. She also made some very great recommendations I couldn’t be happier with my decision of purchasing a car from her.
Had to drop my car in for some work. Got there early and they took me in with no problem. They also got my loner for me ( this was set up when I schedule my appointment.) No problems so far.

I came to look at a particular car, but was open to ideas. On the test drive, Jared (the rep. I got to work with), asked some questions to get a feel for what I was looking for and picked out one of the vehicles Id actually already looked at earlier in the week. Took it for a drive and now my name is on the title! Friendly staff, welcoming environment, patient and happy to answer all of my questions! Also, the coffee is far from the acidic hospital coffee Im used to (due to my occupation) so that was nice to enjoy, as well.Thanks for all the help in getting a new vehicle! This dealership is the BEST EVER! I’m no spring chicken. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the course of my life. Between the personnel, the incredible customer service and the deals they dig up for me, I would never again go to another dealership. They are really good at helping me find the best vehicle for my current needs, and have helped me see the value in a vehicle I never would have considered. I have been extremely happy with all of the vehicle purchases I have made. I refer ALL of my friends and family to this dealership. Even people I don’t know well, but have conversations with about vehicle purchases.....I steer them straight here. You WON’T be disappointed!!
