Mgr Dan was fantastic!! Best Customer service Ive ever had at a parts store!He helped me over the top why battery kept dying! He helped test my battery, told me it was the alternator, gave me suggestions what to do at 6 pm when all shops were closed! He even junped me with his car as it kept dying.Thank you Dan! Your compassion for your customers is over the top!!!

I needed new windshield wiper blades, and had no idea which ones I needed for my car, he looked up my car in the system and we went and got some blades, he also swapped them out for me! I will definitely go back for any future car needs! I dont remember his name, but he was great! And it was kinda busy while I was there and he still made time to make sure I had the right ones and put them on! Love the new blades! Thank you! Also I signed up for their membership program, very quick and easy to do :) definitely recommend!

I understand not everyone agrees with wearing masks and they can do what they want in their free time.But like it or not, theres a sign on the door requiring it of customers, theres a state mask mandate in order, and its autozone corporates policythat employeess & customers wear one in the store. Walked in to see 2 of 3 employees not wearing any mask at all, multiple customers not complying, and as customers walk in and see this, they pull their mask off. If I hadnt prepaid my online pickup, Id have just walked out.Due to the lack of accountibiltiy, professionalism, and courtesy to follow basic COVID etiquette, and the fact that FLs in no short supply of auto parts suppliers, I wont be back.

Almost always buy from autozone, great rewards program and 1 location open till midnight within a half hour drive.

I went in for a check in my battery/alternator. Dan did the testing and was able to get me a new battery. He explained how and where to change it if I did it at home. After taking apart the floor it looked easy enough. 2 minutes later Dan had all the tools I needed and I did it myself in under 10 minutes.

Ordered a few items from there that never arrived. Called to check status, no one could help. They said the tracking was entered but would need to call the shipper and would call us back. The store never returned our call or could tell us where our orders are. Happened a few times. Service isn’t friendly and their lack of organization is horrible.

They have most common items and can order special items.Good prices and no hassle returns except for electrical items but all auto parts dealers have those restrictions.Most of the time I buy at NAPA as they are closer to me and give a discount to AAA members but AutoZone is my 2nd choice.

Everyone that works here is eager to help. Found a lawnmower spark plug and battery within 2 minutes of being in the store. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Was able to get what I needed everytime Ive been there.Though I bought new low beam bulbs for my car and asked if I could get help put them in (new car and unfamiliar with it), the guy who was helping me replied in a very annoyed tone saying if its not too hard/if its easy... wasnt really pleased with his service, but it wont turn me away from getting the few neccessary replacements for my vehicle. (He never did say anything else about helping me figure out how to replace them lmao)

Every other autozone is what you would expect. You have to know what you need because the staff is unfriendly and dont know a thing about vehicles and even if they do they wont help you. This location is a diamond In the rough. The staff is very friendly and helpful and definitely knows theyre stuff. I visit quite frequently and every time I leave I am satisfied with the service I received and I am confident that I have the items I need. Definitely my first choice for anything for my car.

They have what you need for any DIYer in the automotive game. Their staff is pretty knowledgeable but I only gave 4 stars because theyre quick to aknowledge you at the door when you first walk in but then they seem a little too busy to help as your walking around. I didnt ask for anything however but that was the feel I got. Overall they have what you need, they are well informed and it wont be a waste of your time

Owning a mechanic shop in the area, having to deal with multiple vendors: Autozone is amongst the best and the Forest Lake store sets the bar high. As long as they keep doing what theyre doing, they have our business and our advocacy! Good job Adam, Mickey, Rob, Brian, Seth, Justin and everybody!

I bought a u joint for my truck. 200 miles later it started spinning the caps and took out 800$ worth of drivetrain stuff. Employees didnt really know what they were talking abou . Wont be going back

All ways friendly. Employees know what they are talking about well maybe not the super old dude he worries me sometimes. Ordering parts can be be a problem tho says it will be at the store the next day expect it to be there in 2 to 3 days the old dude hasnt realized that yet.
