My husband and I have a flooring delivery business with seven vehicles and we put on a lot of miles. We use Wholesale Tire exclusively since the first time we were there. We were treated so well. Travis and his crew are the best. Excellent work, done on time, fair prices, great quality tires. We get all our snow tires and regular tires for all our vans and trucks there. We get the oil changed at the same time. It is so convenient. We also go there for our person vehicles. These are great people to work with who will treat you right! I recommend them to anyone.

Wow what a collection of jerks. I called to schedule an oil change as my girlfriend raved about the service at this place.... I call and get the worlds most unprofessional person on the phone. I easily got cut off or interrupted like 5 times in the call.They tell me I have to wait a week, ok fine, as I begin to ask him about availability he cuts me off again and I ask politely can you stop interrupting me. Instead of customer service or an apology I get a Wow and a click.I had heard this place was military and health care worker friendly... literally got none of that and will definitely not call again, also I told my girlfriend niether of our cars are going back there. I will be letting my veteran organizations know to avoid this place as well!

The work that was done was top notch the service I got before the work was not good the salesman I talked to seemed too busy to do some things like calling me back and correcting my bill when he over charged me by $30 even though I pointed it out to him right away would I recommend them to install another lift kit? You bet but I would also watch my bill because the salesman I dealt with is not trustworthy or professional enough to do his job

Super fast service and good guys.Bought the groupon for an oil change.

I brought my car in for a new belt and after three hours of them not knowing how to put it on they said I need a tensioner pulley. I asked if I could see it and they showed me which the pulley was fine. They were wrenching on the wrong bolt. They then wrapped the belt on wrong which then made the belt fall off as I’m driving which then broke the bolt off inside of the engine. I went back and talked to both the mechanic and manager which they acknowledged they were doing it wrong after I showed them where they should have been wrenching. They wrote out a check to cover my labor cost that I paid for 1.5 hours, and then a partial payment for the replacement part they just broke. Now after looking at it closer the bolt broke off inside of the engine. So I called the manager back and he said it’s my problem now. Even after acknowledging again they put the belt on wrong causing the bolt to break off.

I started with their White Bear Lake shop but when I retired I no longer went close to them anymore. I was happy when they opened the Forest Lake shop as I am now old and many parts of my vehicles are hard for me to work on. They are competent and do the job right and are pretty fast.I do like working on my own vehicles but if I cant I will take them to Fred Jrs.

Went in for 3 oil changes in the past 2 weeks. All separate drivers and all had a good experience. Clean waiting room, good personality to work with and out in 20, 30 and 45 minutes. Ask about tires and sent me on my way rather than putting the fear of god in me that my tires were going to explode. Will go back and tires are needed right around the corner.

I went to Freds for a brake job and tire rotation this morning. They were very honest in telling me that my brakes were fine and that the tire rotation was no charge as I bought the tires from them. Just moved in to town and I will be using this as my go to shop. Fastest oil change I have ever experienced. I also had a tiny problem with my starter, showed the service manager a short video I had taken of the start up; he let me know exactly what it was just by the sound on the video! Outstanding service and pricing. Today I needed to find a set of tires for my jeep, and I was stressed because I knew I wasnt gonna have enough money..The first 4 places, I was right. Then I heard about new management at this place and thought, cant hurt to stop in, AND IM GLAD I DID.No joke, 25 Minutes later, 4 new tires and everything included less than 400.00 bucks. Been there multiple times and every time its perfect service and they are the cheapest around for everything service/lifts/tires/rims/preventive maintenance.

Tried to set up a service. Called them twice on monday said theyd call me back. Called them twice on tues said theyd call me back. Called them once on weds said theyd call back. Now its friday and never once got a call back from them. I called another place and set me right up.I heard good thing about these guys maybe it was just a bad week...

They have a good groupon deal but im pretty sure they didnt rotate my tires even though I requested it. They didnt charge me so I didnt make a fuss. I will go back again and next time Ill mark one of my tires then I will know for sure.

Ive been here 3 different times and have received nothing more than great service, quality work, and an honest evaluation of my vehicle. They fix what needs fixing and give your vehicle a thorough inspection. I have yet to go there and get the typical this needs to be replaced and that should be replaced garbage that most mechanic shops try to pull on people. If you are looking for a shop with great people and better service, this is your shop!

Alright heres my story. Brought my car in for a alignment. And ever since.. i been eating gas like a diesel.. I left for work with my car saying i had 150mpg... Almost run out on the way home. Not even remotely normal. Now im not saying they did something. But I find it highly suspicious after taking it there suddenly it starts chugging gas. I normally get 500-550 miles to the tank... had to FULLY fill uo 13.2 Gallons.. at less than 400. So sign of tampering or siphoning. So any ideas folks?

I have went to Minnesota Whole Sale numerous times this year, and the worker named Travis has been so awesome with my lack of knowledge. Very kind and patient, always willing to listen to my bad descriptions and classic ditsy female-ness when it comes to cars. Overall, a great place to go for a cheap price and friendly staff.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I called two days in advance to make an appointment to get one new tire on my car. When I went in for my appointment they didn’t have the tire I needed so I had to wait an additional day for them to get the tire and they said it would be there at 7:30 am the next day. It is now 2:00 in the afternoon and they still don’t have the tire for my car. I understand that they can’t control how fast the distributor gets there but if they would have ordered the tire the day I made the appointment this wouldn’t be an issue. Very disappointed.

Honest and Trustworthy. Appointment was to have brakes replaced because another shop said I needed new brakes. The guys here inspected the front and rear brakes and said I didnt need new brakes. They said I had 80% left on my brake pads. So appreciate real honest mechanics. Thank You!!
