Not a bad store to find a lot of urban wear.

Unfortunately they didnt have the shoes in size for my son but the guy Kenny customer service was the reason for the 4 stars (Shoe City you wouldve got 5 if you had more sizes and selections). He checked for several Vans while still making sure other customers were being attended to.

Walked in to the store and found just what I need for my husband and my self. I could not find it at tanger outlet. Employees was right on point

Poor Customer Service!I was in the process of buying my Son some shoes last week that came up to a total $52 . Well somehow the guy name “Reggie” keyed in a total of $152 and idk why he even was keying in any amount when im under the impression that the total pops up after you scan the barcode of the item. Well, unfortunately my card was already inserted as he told me to hurry and cancel but it was too late the payment went through my bank. I had to wait 3days for my money to be back in my bank account ...he totally inconvenienced me and then asked did i want to still purchase the shoes when he should’ve been offering an DISCOUNT!! Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!!

Went to the store with the mindset of buying my daughter some shoes... she saw a pair that she liked and we asked the associated to try on the shoes. He handed me the left shoe, she tried it on and then we asked him for the right shoe. He looked at me a said it was store policy that they are only allowed to have the consumer try on the left shoe. I asked him why is that, he said b/c they display the left shoe in all the stores and if someone were to steal the shoe, they would not be able to go to another store and steal its mate. I said some people have variation of shoe sizes from one foot to the next and he told me it wasnt true. I said its true for my child. After this, I was done, and told my daughter to put back on her shoes and we left the store. We went down the hall to another shoe store, where she could try on both shoes. I will not be shopping at that particular store any longer.

Some of the special sales are ridiculous. You need to check it out. Some of the shoes are average pricing. Worth a stop. Got new sneakers and happy with the buy.
