John B did an awesome job with the diagnosis and repair on my dryer. He’s very nice, personable and listened to my scheduling needs. He did some extra clean up behind the dryer that he didn’t have to do and he was great with my 2 dogs that love everybody.Zach and Roy were also prompt and came early due to my work schedule to clean out the dryer vent. They were nice and polite and got the job done quickly. I was able to get to work on time, without worrying about it, as a result.Those in the office helped get the dryer vent cleaning scheduled earlier than normal due to my work schedule too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....BEWARE! If you are a small business like me, and need a dependable appliance repair company please do not use these people. Even if you are not a SB, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Cynthia, who I spoke to today, showed ZERO cares that they ONCE AGAIN sent the repair man out to clean my dryer vents without the proper equipment to clean my dryer vents. I wish this was the first time that I had CLOSED my business to appointments to have this this loud service done. (I have a Sensory Deprivation Center so it need to be quite), but it is not. Many times they just dont show up.When I asked how we can correct this situation so that everyone is happy, I was told that no discount could be given because they gave me a deal on a dryer service 4 YEARS AGO!!!!I asked to speak to someone else and was told that no one else will speak to me.There are MULTIPLE notes in my account about the lack of customer service, and multiple re-schedules due to them not arriving... not coming at all, no call... nothing. Save yourself the trouble and find another company. I hope they can turn this around, I really do. COVID has so many of us hanging on by a thread and when a company disregards your business, time and lost income as no big deal, its really infuriating.I am embarrassed I gave them as many chances as I did. The man who came to diagnose our washing machine was prompt and friendly and asked for a review that day. He said the part for the washing machine would be 3-5 days and they would get right back to have it finished. We will be going on over a week with some very vague promises of estimated time of when they will show up. Typical lack of customer service. I do not recommend.
Where was waiting all day from a technical guy come to our home when I call them the lady Racheal says they are little begin on schedule. Later when I see the reviews I know way not to trust them so be careful.
Our tech completely lied to us and offered to steal from the company. He wanted to charge us 800 bucks for a new circuit board and pressure switch when the drain pump was the only thing wrong. 170 dollars later and a call to Jeff at appliance artisan and were up and running. Dont waste your time with action, find a company with integrity like jeff.
