We have been purchasing all of our major appliances from Appliance Factory for over ten years. We have always had a pleasant experience with the sales people - not pushy, give recommendations based on customer feedback and industry standards, and super friendly and helpful. The appliances that they have recommended to us have all been great purchases, being that of high quality and lasting for longer than expected. We have only had to return one item and had no issues with returning it and getting a replacement. The delivery of the product is always on time, efficient, and thorough. The delivery people are courteous, friendly, and answer all of our questions. They take time to make sure the appliance is working and then show us how to operate it. They are our go-to store for all of our appliances.

Great on sales, horrible on getting your appliance. We purchased 3 weeks ago and first delivery had a damaged appliance. Second delivery had different damage. The scheduling is horrible. All managers take off on Wednesdays and nobody else can help. The Presidents hotline isnt hooked up to anything. Im really sure this company buys previously used or discontinued products and resales them. Once the sale is made...there is no way you can speak to anyone other than another sales person. They dont coordinate with you for delivery. I took time off to ensure Id be here and nobody showed up and no number to call. Didnt matter as it turned out...the product was damaged....Stay away and look at another appliance dealer.

We highly recommend the Appliance Factory in Fort Collins. We had Hayley Martin as our product specialist. She was was very knowledgable about the appliances and quickly found appliances wait times and what was in stock. We felt very confident about our purchase of our LG oven/range and our Bosch Dishwasher.We also had to change the deliver date due to an obligation that came up. When we called the store, it was easy to change the delivery date and the change was done correctly.The delivery and install was much better than the other experiences we have had with appliance retailers in the area. They were professional, treated our purchase with care, installed the oven to match our counter height, ensured our range was in working order, and made sure we had any questions before they left. It was phenomenal!Thanks for having a wonderful selection of appliances and providing an amazing experience during all parts of the purchase.

They sent me a 30 min arrival time, and then a 10 min one. Got there opened up my doors for them and they got them hooked up, leveled and pointed out a leak to me thats on my end that should be addressed in a very timely manner. Very professional. Would recommend.

We just replaced all of our large kitchen appliances as part of our kitchen remodel. We looked around a little at Home Depot and Lowes, but knew from a prior experience at Appliance Factory from replacing our washer and dryer where we were likely to purchase. Alonzo Lopez was very helpful in recommending the right units and arranged the installs around our busy schedules. The installers did an excellent job, were very friendly and professional. Our dishwasher unfortunately arrived damaged in the box and Alonzo quickly arranged for a replacement delivery and install. Fair prices and great service! We couldnt ask for a better experience all around!

Bought a used washer and dryer. Both were delivered on time. Dryer was DOA and was put back on the truck. Went back to the Loveland store and they had no suitable replacement. Store guy said he’d work with the warehouse to get something delivered on Saturday. Texted us pictures of a newer/more expensive dryer. We said yes. Delivered on Saturday as promised, on-time.Also, washer was missing the liquid detergent cup. Will contact store and see about a replacement.

After my fridge went out a couple of weeks ago, my wife and I didnt have much of a choice but to get a new one. Lowes and Home Depot were very unprofessional. Definitely a sleezy salesman vibe (in appliances) and not clear signage or prices. Would not buy from here because nothing is labeled. Only reason it gets 2 stars it they have a warehouse in Thornton so some things are in stock that are out elsewhere.

The prices of the appliances were actually really good and the sells person very nice and helpful. But thats when things went downhill the install tech broke a water valve under the sink. I had water run onto my heater in the basement and I was without water for 3 days. When I had to call my own plumber how to fix the leak. My dishwasher took three weeks to install and three different install techs to get it done I had to call multiple people to keep stuff moving and make sure I got my service. Over all they got it done but was not a good experience and I felt I had to call to not get over looked. If I was rating this on price and the sells person alone I would have gladly gave them 5 stars but sadly I cant

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with David at the Fort Collins location where I recently bought a Frigidaire kitchen appliance package. He made sure that I got the best deal. I had the appliances delivered and the delivery staff were quick and unboxed all my items before bringing them up several flights of stairs to my unit. There was no damage to any of the items upon delivery.

We decided it was time to replace the builder grade dishwasher that came with the new house. I was very sure of which brand I wanted, and Eric confirmed my research. So we agreed Bosch was best for us, however due to the pandemic and popularity the model I wanted wasnt available and an ETA was challenging to lock down.. so I asked Eric to keep an eye out for us for them to return. Erics genuine concern and knowledge made it an easy decision not to shop around and wait patiently. He contacted me about 3 days later as they had received a small shipment of the model above what I had requested. He let me know the feature differences and had already secured one for me while we considered the price. We were able to come down and pick it up that weekend.This is our second experience with Eric and he has been nothing but fantastic.

I have found their prices better than anybody else. And if you dont mind something thats got a dent you can get it quite a bit less. In the past few years I bought a dishwasher, a washer and dryer. I just ordered a refrigerator and stove. On the refridgerator I paid $400 less than the competition. It really helps to shop around and I have always come back to Appliance Factory.

This place has a small selection but are able the check warehouses and other stores for what your looking for. The people seem very knowledgeable on the appliances they carry. I have purchased from them and have been happy initially with my purchase but struggled getting good service after the sale.

Terrible Customer Service.Bought a Whirlpool fridge new for over 3,000. Worked for exactly 8 days, I called for help and was advised there was nothing they could do. However, they would be happy to sell me a used fridge to use while I get the 1st one fixed! No thanks! - Their response is - we are trying to get you a part (which is backordered with no timeline) - Meanwhile, my food is in coolers out on the deck and Im out $3,000!

Doug was great to work with and their prices are the best in town. The experience was night and day from lowes when we went to compare prices. The selection is great as well, much more high end appliances than lowes or hd. When our washer and dryer go out we will be back to support them!

The prices are much more affordable that Lowe’s it Home Depot. I love the out of box option for cheaper appliances with small cosmetic issues such as scratches or dents. Highly recommend checking them out before diving into a full price washer dryer elsewhere!

Bought a brand new refrigerator with them and found a blemish after delivery. Asked if they could help me in any way possible and was told that it wasn’t my refrigerator and I was lucky to get it early. I called whirlpool to see if they would help with the repair, but no luck. It turns out if you buy a brand new appliance from Appliance Factory Outlet, the manufacturer will not warranty blemishes because it’s from an outlet store. I’m very dissatisfied with the response I received and will not be purchasing from them again.

We had a horrific experience with Best Buy and came here immediately after. Our 23-year-old washer had been dead for more than a week at this point. We were greeted promptly and treated patiently as we wandered through the washers and dryers. The salesperson was extremely helpful. We placed an order and the appliances were delivered the day after Christmas. They are both great and our experience with Appliance Factory was excellent. Would definitely buy here again.
