This is by far the best Jiffy Lube service I ever got! The team was super busy on Sunday afternoon, but they were following the process, not skipping any single step - topped off windshield fluid, cleaned the windows, and of course did the oil change.During the entire time they were professional and courteous.Thank you so much for doing a great job, and I will definitely be back!

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The service was fast at a busy time, which I appreciated. The first person who greeted me was Blake, who proved to be especially helpful throughout my time there, making sure I did not slip walking with my cane when going over to give my information and even gave me his name and number when I told him my vision would mean that I couldnt drive much longer. He offered to help when he could. What a treasure that young man is to yor business and our city!

This is my first time coming to this location in Fort Collins and I will no longer go anywhere else! Right upon arrival John G. was very professional, fun, and personable! The vibe here was of a lot of knowledge, positive energy, and helpfulness! John G. took time to walk me through my diagnostic and say what was recommended vs. what was absolutely necessary, which I more than appreciated. I know nothing about cars (especially mine hahaha), so feeling informed instead of judged made my experience that much greater! The techs were fast, efficient, and accommodating! Even the cashier was instrumental in my good experience here! I came out of the service feeling confident in the work done and my car is already running so smooth. Can’t recommend this place and their people enough!! You are so so appreciated!!

Great place for a quick and professional oil change with no appointment needed. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Definitely go close to opening time if on the weekend and check out their website ahead of time for coupons/deals!

Steven is awesome, topped of my oil and changed the burnt out turn signal for no cost! Told me honesty what I needed and out of their quick.

I was extremely disappointed to find that because they insisted on up selling us on other things we didn’t need - they decided to make our battery unusable! We called and they then said they couldn’t do anything to help, like this happens all the time. After reading more reviews, it would seem that it does happen a lot with plenty more of their clientele. I won’t be going to back or will never recommend anyone use Jiffy Lube.

Good service but they always try to up sell you on everything. I guess what place doesnt though. They are nice customer service and they always get you in and out in a timely manner.

I came here to get some new wiper blades when there was a line of cars. A mechanic came out and replaced them within 5 minutes of being there and it was AWESOME! Super quick, super friendly, and super cheap. I will definitely be back.

I had a small windshield chip on my new Mazda, I went to a well known windshield repair shop in Fort Collins where I was told it wouldn’t be able to get filled and my only option was to replace the entire windshield. I decided to get a second opinion at Jiffy Lube, and they did an incredible job. Heath along with another manager I believe named Jerry (maybe Justin?) we’re incredibly efficient. You can barely even tell there was ever a chip in the windshield! My insurance didn’t cover the cost of this repair so it was to be paid out of pocket, and they were wonderful and willing to work with me. I get nervous going to places like this since I know nothing about cars, but the entire staff was super easy going, welcoming, and the woman working at check it had such an incredible personality. Super easy going, in a great mood, cleaning the coffee area, bathrooms, she was wonderful. Overall I would 100% recommend this Jiffy Lube location!

3 times now after my oil change my check engine light is on. Wasnt on when I came there! Person who did my oil change check for codes and found nothing for the 3rd time!! Learn your job and reset check engine lights. Considering you are in a business dealing with engines!!

Great service. They really checked my car and I ended up getting my tires pumped up, windows washed and car vacuumed for free. I was given information on my car by John in a very knowledgeable and kind way. Overall great experience.

This was my first visit to this location. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years for my oil changes, and often they are always so busy and it can take awhile to get through the line. From the moment I showed up to the moment I left I received exceptional service!

My oil change became a three day event and a huge waste of my time. I came in for a routine oil change on Sunday and the technician broke the valve stem on my tire. I was told they already had the tire and it would be fixed tomorrow, thats fine. So I dropped my truck back off at 8:30am Monday morning and was told it would be fixed in a couple hours. Drove by at about 2pm to get groceries and nothing had been done. I had to call at 6pm (one hour before closing) because STILL absolutely nothing had been done. Ken told me we just have to slap it on... Ken lied. I told him Id be there before 7pm to pick it up but when I got there 30 minutes after my phone call the only change was that my truck was jacked up. We were then told someone was out getting the tire (which I was told both the day before, that morning, and on the phone 30 minutes ago, they already had) and would be another 10 minutes. They then proceeded to forget about us in the parking lot. After we went in to the store and reminded them, they finally got started on it maybe 5-10 minutes before they were supposed to close. Then they couldnt figure out how to get my spare back on. At one point they thought it was broke/stripped and offered discounted repairs if they were needed. There was absolutely no way I was paying for repairs for something that had worked just fine the day before (they had to get the spare off someway after breaking the other tire), meaning they broke it and it was their responsibility just like the tire. This took at least another 20 minutes before they called the technician back out and she got it fixed at almost 8pm. So something that shouldve taken a few hours took over eleven. They told me Tuesday morning that they were using the wrong side.... We sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for them to fix something that I was told shouldve been done by around noon and then on the phone should only take a few minutes. We eventually gave up on them which is why I picked it up Tuesday morning. So overall, very bad experience, huge waste of my time (especially if I hadnt had the option of another vehicle), received very weak apologies, and terrible service on a problem they caused. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube to say the least. Id say definitely dont come here for tires at the absolute least.

I want to say the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change for $20.21. Took the car in and they said they didnt have the oil in stock for that and it would cost $90. They got me with the fine print! Also, the free chip repair thing is tricky. If you are doing a free chip repair there, make sure to ask your insurance agent about your rate increasing due to filing the claim.Update 3/5/21. I provided feedback through their customer satisfaction survey and the owner sent me a check to reimburse me for the addition cost. Great to see the owner stepping up to make things right. Thanks!

Ive always had good experiences at this place of business but most recently, Blake took care of my car and was very thorough with explaining exactly what was going on with my car! It was timely and I was able to get the rest of my plans day finished on time afterwords. overall great experience with a great worker of probably many.

Has a striped bolt could get it off went to jiffy Lube and they were able to get it off with getting a new air filter

Driving home on a rainy-snowy night, my windshield wiper blade flew off into the road and was run over by another vehicle. Made it the short distance home but was so worried about getting it replaced the next day. Went to JL before work the next morning and the tech had me out of there in ten minutes with a new blade and no charge. When does that ever happen? A random act of kindness. So many bad things have happened in my life lately that this made me want to cry. I have been a devoted customer and will continue to be.

First oil change on new ride.Over filled my not by just 1 gallon. BuT 5 gallons and I paid upgraded oil and quality was worse then the low grade oil
