Took my car in for repairs. Said it would take 10 days. My car is still there 25 days later! Theyve lost their staff and are closing. Communication is terrible. Wish I had known--would have taken my car elsewhere. Have always trusted Pedersen with my cars service in the past.

I was rear ended three years ago which resulted in some pretty serious damage to my rear bumper. Pedersen Collision did a great job repairing my car, or so I thought. Recently I noticed the paint on my rear bumper was peeling off. I made the connection to the previous work that had been done and found my warranty which said the work was covered for 5 years. The shop was glad to get me in and even provided me with a brand new rental car for me to use while they fixed my work. I was especially happy about this because the warranty clearly stated they would not provide me with a rental. However, given my circumstances (driving up from Denver just to drop my car off) they made an exception for me. That was fantastic. They also arranged for me to drop off and pick up my car on a Saturday even though the employees I was working with arent there on Saturdays. I was pleased that Michael at the shop called me weekly to update me on their progress. The service was excellent. Ultimately, it turns out that both this shop and the insurance agent who evaluated my car three years ago missed that my rear tailgate was dented which was causing the paint to ship. They ordered the new parts and fixed my car in two weeks total. It now looks great in the back. However I was disappointed that my license plate holder was broken when I picked it up (and it wasnt when I dropped it off).Long story short, I was disappointed that the shop didnt fix the problem completely the first time, but I was very satisfied with the work and customer service that was done under warranty the second time around, including being provided with a brand new rental car. They broke my license plate holder in the process but that isnt really a big deal.

I took my car in recently to have hail damaged fixed. When I first went in, everyone was super friendly. Well, that all changed. Not only was my car in the shop for a month, but they did not call me to update me ONCE on the status of my car. I ended up having to call them three to four times just so I would know when it would be finished in case I needed a rental. Each time, the front desk lady grew an increasingly worse attitude with me. The second time I called, on a Monday, they said my car would be done that week (third week in). Come Friday, I hear nothing, so I decided to call myself. I was informed that my car was going to be delayed (although the guy tried to be nice and apologetic) because they had to order parts in. Four weeks in, and I finally have my car back. I had also requested them to give me an estimate on my front bumper on the day that I had scheduled to have my car come in. Do you think they did that? No. I had had enough by the time I got my car back, so I didnt even bother. I am not satisfied with their customer service at all, and I will not be returning. I honestly recommend you find somewhere else to do your repairs unless you want to deal with people that have poor communication and a lady with a poor attitude.

I had some Hail damage on my Grand Cherokee and I brought it here to have it repaired. Pedersen had my car fixed quickly and the repairs were perfect. They had to replace my hood and the color match was spot on. Thank you!

The Pedersen body shop does a great job. They repaired some pretty major hail damage on a Dodge Ram for me, which turned out perfect, and a damaged bumper on a Tacoma. I think they tend to be more expensive than the competitor body shops in town, usually dealership body shops are, but theres the old saying that you get what you pay for.

This collision center does not stand by its work. Thirteen years ago my 2 year old XC-70 was in a significant wreck. We took the car to this shop and were told that they would use all Volvo parts in the repairs. They did not. We now have to replace the after-market axel they put on because a new boot wont fit on that axel. The real problem is that they LIED to us at the time. We were very specific that we wanted all Volvo parts used - that is why we went to them. NOW, they will do nothing to rectify the problem. There is nothing we can do they say. They could do the honorable and replace the part. We have purchased three Volvos from Pedersen and we will surely never do business with them again.

Taking this to Facebook. Pedersen Toyota I called to speak to the owner of how I was treated recently at your collision center. I left a message for the owner to call me. The owner still has yet to return my calls. It took 2 times to get my car right and still not right. As of now I will recommend everyone to take there business elsewhere.

I had a lift gate bolt that broke off and I needed someone to drill it out and replace. Pedersen Toyota didnt want to attempt it, so they sent me over to the body shop guys at Pedersen Volvo and they did it in 5 mins, at no cost. Thanks Guys!

The actual work they did repairing the truck was good. Just took a LONG time.
