Love the service department here. They go above and beyond and treat you like a valued customer. Joel is fantastic and while he may suggest some service options, its not high pressure or painful. While I didnt buy my Mazda here, I will definitely look here first when I need a new car. Hopefully their sales department is as good!

You never want to have to take your vehicle in for repair, and unfortunately circumstances outside of my control have required me to take my Escape in for repair 4 times in the last two years. That said, the team in the service department continue to outdo themselves with their level of service to their customers. Hail damage, rear ending, you name it and they will fix it.Special shout out to Rosco, who I am on a first name basis with at this point. He is always very responsive and friendly, and will ensure that your vehicle is looking like new if you ever need it repaired.I cant say Im looking forward to my next trip to the repair shop, but I certainly dont dread it like I used to!

These guys always give us an honest assessment of what the printer spits out that needs to be done. Theyre in the same price range as everyone else and very nice to work with.

I just bought my first new van since I became a widow and my husbsnd and I had, had a bad ecperience with Spradley Barr about 7 years ago but i thought i would give them another chance after I found a van on their lot that I could afford and liked. I was treated so well, Thomas, Jason and Steven . Steven worked extra hard to get me the best interest rate and explained everything . I know I can call them if needed to ask questions .
