Low class operation with high prices and limited selection. I dont go in for most items because inventory is limited. Pricing is the worst I have seen anyplace. In my 3 visits in the two years I have been disappointed every time. Today I paid $14 for an item that I consistently pay $10 for elsewhere and they didnt have basic tools I needed.

Took a couple tools in for repair and I didnt hear back for over a month. Couldnt get them repaired for a decent price. Couldnt even tell me what was wrong with my tools. They have a great selection of tools but nothing was priced. So you have to ask the price of each individual tool.

I had called to get window well covers. I wasnt sure if this place only dealt with big contractors/builders, but the friendly lady on the phone assured me they help homeowners.On location, Mike was super helpful. He thought of a way to save me money on what I was purchasing by giving me other options.He even let me go back in the yard (with a florescent vest) to see other products.

Needed a window well cover, they have 2 types, we got the heavy duty and it was still less a hundred less than any place else.

Great product....but horrible in store wait times to check out, and the dispatch organization and communication is the worst Ive seen in awhile. Ill give them one more chance to change my mind.

Outdoor storage, but they have tons of products.

Well staffed, organized, and personable. In promptly at unloading time and out within an hour on a floor stacked truckload hand unload. Now that is efficient service. Super job White Cap. Your crew was very freindly.

I’m a local contractor here picking up supplies... been standing in checkout line for 20 minutes... one guy at checkout helping same customer for all this time - which is great, the issue is that there are 5 other employees here in the store and multiple other registers that could be opened. The fact that no one seems to care that there’s a long line with people standing around for a long time is odd and frustrating.

6:30 a.m. no other customers. Quick and painless.

I rented concrete panels from them told them i was done had them stacked and wrapped and the pick up guy refuses to take them and leaves a month goes by no word from the company at all and now the trying to charge me 16k all because they didnt pick them up multiple emails sent to one and another about the pick up and never including i was being charged for a dweebs attitude towards not working that day
