Highly recommend! Garrett and Brad at this location were absolutely awesome! I came to them not sure if my car had alternator/starter issues or just a bad battery and Brad was super helpful and performed multiple tests on my battery and even explained what each test was showing us and why my alternator/starter was likely not to blame. They installed a brand new battery in just a couple minutes (at no additional service charge, unlike the local dealership!) and walked me through the mail-in rebate and warranty. Brad was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy to help. I will be going here again for any other battery issues in the future!

I can typically find what I need in stock and at a good price. The options arent always the most current versions (such as a noco charger I was looking at) but they are available. I can also always get great advice.

Brad was awesome! I came in a few weeks prior to look at a car battery and bead helped me. Even though I ended up getting it from somebody else, it was brad relaxed and informative approach that had me come back and let them do my phone. These guys rock and I’m for sure going to try and use them as much as possible. Also he’s honest, like I asked him a tester question about my headlights to see if he would try and sell me and instead he gave me a honest “no they are perfect, you don’t need to replace anything yet”. My new screen to my iPhone 7 Plus works flawlessly and it only cost me $100. They saved me hundreds today!

I called the Fort Collins Batteries Plus store after the off brand camera battery I got from amazon didnt work correctly. They had me order on-line for pickup at the store to avoid a shipping charge. Great customer service. Have always had what I need. Employees dont try to sell me things I dont need and are very helpful problem solvers. Good refund policy.Kim recently helped solve battery/charging issue with my iPhone. She was diligent about figuring it out. I purchased a new battery but it didnt fix issue, so she then replaced charging port. Still problems. She put the old port back in (no charge for port or service) and tested old battery.They realized perhaps I hadnt needed new battery in the first place and offered to refund if my old one was fine. Determined it was mostly an Apple issue but my old battery was also not charging well so I kept new battery (which they had made sure to charge up for me so I could use my phone).I was impressed that they would do all that service work and would have potentially let me have a refund and walk out of there paying nothing had my old battery still been functioning.

Usually have had great experiences here. I brought in a new collectible watch and told them it was. It needed a battery. The young friendly guy tried to open the back and couldn’t. Another nice gentleman tried and couldn’t. Turns out it is the type that the backing pops out with the correct device. They didn’t know, which is ok. What wasn’t ok was the damage to this new watch that I discovered once I came home. I know this is a one time thing that happened, but ruining a watches value was careless and costly for me. Sad to say, I won’t ever return. I really like the store, but not when an item is ruined.

If they dont have the battery I am looking to buy, they will either order one in or give me the information on a resource where I am able to buy that battery. I just had my car battery replaced by Kim and it was installed correctly and done in a short amount of time. Just got my iPhone screen fixed here and had a wonderful experience! The staff was supper nice and helpful. A helpful hint, if you want to save some money schedule an appointment in advance and drop off you phone (or whatever you need done). Just took my iPhone 7 in for a screen replacement because of cracked glass. I expected a bill of over $100 to replace the glass and screen protector. However, batteries plus found the problem was just my old screen protector that made it look like the screen was cracked. They billed me $21 to replace the screen protector only when they could’ve easily charged me over $100 by claiming to replace the glass as well. I very much appreciate their honest and fast service! Highly recommended!!!

I had my doubts for as I couldnt test the charge on my failing heart monitor batteries. Finally bought a motorcycle battery. Bike still wouldnt turn over so I wrongfully assumed it was a starter issue. The BRAND NEW battery was uncharged. Never again. Do NOT go here. Assuring a battery is charged from a battery store should be the first priority.

Great place - I ordered a replacement battery for my APC backup UPS system online and went to pick it up. When I opened up the UPS to remove my old battery I discovered I needed two. The gentleman who waited on me got me the second one and gave me the same discount I had gotten online for the first battery. When I brought the two batteries I had just bought back to verify that they were identical in size he found the two old one and confirmed they were the same - it was just me not remembering how they went back inside the UPS. The people there were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back for all my battery needs

Went in yesterday looking for a special diameter c-7 bulb. Man with a beard and glasses took the old bulb we brought in and said he would look. Came back with a package a few minutes later and said that was all they had. We looked and said that the diameter looked too large. He looked like we were taking up too much of his time and then said that they may not fit. He never opened the package or allowed us to for a closer check. Could have easily done that if they were wrong tape the package back up. He did not even say let me look in a catalog or something to see if they could order them. We left and will not be back. Funny as we have purchased computer batteries and rv batteries in the past. This man was just not wanting to be bothered so we can help with that in the future!!

This location has helped me replace batteries on key fobs a couple of times. Most recently, a managers named Brad was able to fix a Viper car alarm remote. He was friendly and knowledgeable, even offered to recycle the empty cells and reminded me that I could bring any expired batteries to their location. Im happy to have this shop available and appreciate their good natured employees.
