They gave me the wrong battery at first. I dont know much about cars but when I have someone put the battery in it ended up frying one of the fuses so I had to replace my fuse. Had it been the correct battery that would have never happened. I will never suggest this place to anyone

Turns out I didnt even need batteries for my diesel..but the gentleman working the counter came out, tested, and let me know. The amazing honesty and customer service has made me a customer for life. I will not stop telling EVERYONE how amazing these guys are. Thank you for being decent!!!!

I came in today for a much needed battery for my Kia Sorento.First thing they did was test to determine if a battery was needed,which it was. The technician did a fabulous job of cleaning up somecorrosion on the negative terminal and replacing the battery. I wastotally impressed- Interstate is my new go to place for any future batteries.

I needed to have the battery in my 1998 Ram checked. The technician, Rick, was fantastic. The battery was fairly new but the terminal connections were loose. Rick spent time with me, checking the battery health, replacing loose fittings, recommending ways to improve the batterys health. Thank you, Rick!

Checked Google Maps and the hours said till 5pm. Didn’t know they changed the hours due to the virus. Showed up a bit after 4pm and found they were closed. The employees were walking out to leave. When they found out the issue, they apologized and went back in to sell me the battery I needed for my vehicle.That is great commitment to service!I edited their hours so no one else makes that mistake, and would encourage anyone to go get your battery here. It was same price as the auto-parts store, but their service was second to none.EDIT: Google is taking forever to approve the hours change. It closes at 4pm.

OTR DRIVERS w/ sleeper cab & 53’ trailer delivering for the 1st time. Here’s a tip or 2. Do NOT panic. There is NO dock nor do they have a yard. You park along the building and the workers will use a forklift & pallet jack to unload you. You have ONLY 1 option for how to park properly. You must drive EAST on WILLOW ST., meaning the receiver is on your LEFT (or your driver side). If you find yourself driving WEST on WILLOW ST, meaning the receiver is on your RIGHT (passenger side) when you arrive here is another tip. I WOULD NOT ADVISE trying to turn around in the immediate area. What I did is I continued WEST on WILLOW ST and crossed the major intersection called N COLLEGE AVE. Here you can easily make a couple of left hand turns then come back & make a RIGHT hand tune on WILLOW ST. Good people here. Very far unload.

The guys at interstate all batteries treated me with respect and compassion. I went in with a battery I thought was dead and rather than try to sell me another one they charged mine over the weekend free of cost. Its great in this dog eat dog world to see a business that knows how to put their customers over the all mighty dollar!

The staff at Interstate do great work. Their service is always kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and quick. I even came in at one point with an old car battery, thinking it was long gone and in need of replacement, and they even offered to try and recover it at no charge to me. I came back, picked it up fully-charged, and it ran like a champ. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied coming here for all of my car battery needs.

If you need a car battery go straight to the source! They took care of my truck battery and found me a great deal compared to everyone else in town.

They are always quick with it!! If you need help replacing they will do it for a nominal fee. Ask for a blemished battery for a possible better price. Id always suggest them over any other spot in town.

I went there a couple years ago planning to buy a new pair of batteries for my diesel truck thinking they were bad... The guys tested them, and told me I just had to clean up the battery posts better (which they proceeded to do for me)... All for no charge, after that they earned my trust. I came in for a scooter battery and was told that there is an EPA mandate that they confiscate my old battery (core), even though I intended to recycle it properly myself. The guidelines of the BCI, or Battery Council International, are to Accept from customers, at the point of transfer, used lead-acid batteries of the same general type and in a quantity at least equal to the number of new batteries purchased, if offered by customers; clearly optional. I believe they intentionally misrepresent the mandate in order to make more money on recycling lead. Also, their products seem overpriced ($70 for a scooter battery), but I dont know, maybe they are better than cheaper batteries on the market.
