After saving for several years to do a remodel and addition on our home, I found Avalanche. I found tiles all around Fort Collins and decided to just get what I wanted. So I found myself needing to order from two different places. I placed my order with Avalanche and tried to get a hold of another major tile store in Fort Collins. After several attempts and several messages I received no calls back from the other tile place designer I worked with. In passing finishing up a order with Avalanche and stressed to the max on my other order I asked Dana at Avalanche if she could get my tile. With in hours she had located it and got me quotes and lead times. I ordered it from Avalanche. Go see Dana she goes above and beyond.. Thanks Avalanche and Dana!!!!!!!!!

Suzie and the The Avalanche Crew were simply very professional and I am grateful for her keen insight to what I needed in color selection and materials for both laminate and carpet. The results are outstanding and the transaction was one of, dare I say, friend to friend and I felt no pressure. A quality product, quality company and a very special sales lady who handled a delicate situation with grace.

My husband and I can not say enough nice things about the friendly, clean and helpful environment at Avalanche. The staff was willing to help even when we came in very close to closing time after our work days, and answered all our questions about replacing our bathroom floor.
