We had the 20 year old carpet replaced in our entire upstairs level and also on our main staircase. Wade (from Jade) came to our house and gave us a free estimate. His estimate was half of what the estimates were from the 2 big box stores in town- and both of those stores charged for the estimate.Jade sent an installation expert named John who had one helper with him. They worked hard for a day and a half to complete the job, and we could not be more pleased. Fantastic workmanship, good communication, and the new carpet is beautiful. Wish we had done this 10 years ago! Highly recommend Jade Flooring.

A year ago, we had Jade (Jodi & Wade) Floors replace the carpet and vinyl with Ginger Oak wood plank flooring for our entire first floor (living, dining, kitchen, family, powder room), stairs to our second floor, our second floor hallway, and our second floor hall bathroom. We left the existing carpeting in our second floor bedrooms, with the intent to have Jade come back and replace that sometime in the future with new carpeting. However, we fell in love with the look and easy care of the Ginger Oak and decided to complete our entire second floor with wood plank flooring, including our master bath. As before, Armando and his installers did an amazing job of installation with attention to detail and responding to our questions and resolving any concerns we expressed. We couldnt be more thrilled and pleased with the price, the workmanship, our interaction, and our outcome with Jade. They set the GOLD standard for small business expertise, attentiveness, and excellence.

Jade did a great job on the flooring in my rental property. They were able to fit me into a cancellation window so it was done really quick and the installer was super professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Jade Floors was both professional and friendly from the outset. When they came to provide an estimate, their pricing was reasonable.And the quality of their product is great! We just had new carpet put in our house and the different between what was there and what is now there, is like night and day, so much better now, we enjoy walking barefoot in the house.Add to that their installers were also wonderful - professional, nice, trustworthy, and skilled. Lupe is a master of his craft.We will be calling Jade again when we need new flooring.

We had a pretty big amount of carpet to install. The work went smoothly, owing to some very dedicated installers. They do excellent, high quality work. The crew at our house was courteous and professional. I can only think of 2 ways they could improve: (1) we were given the opportunity to choose from 2 stain colors; we should have insisted on seeing more because the one we chose did not match the previous color as closely as we thought it would and would have liked; (2) the office prefers to communicate by email, whereas I prefer telephone, so I had to adapt. These are minor complaints given the overall result.

Ive used Jade Floors for two different jobs. The first job, they removed carpet and refinished original oak flooring in my living room, hall, and bedrooms. I was relocating from out of state and they were able to work me in before my belongings arrived. The second job, they installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. There turned out to be a surprise leak and rotted subfloor in the bathroom, which they managed, including replacing the mounting bracket for the toilet. They did beautiful work on both jobs. The crews were friendly and professional. The prices for both jobs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Jade and wouldnt use anyone else for flooring needs!

The team at Jade Floors was great to work with. We had 16 year old carpet we needed to replace. Wade came in, reviewed our layout, and talked with us about what we were looking for. He had samples of what we described and answered all of our questions.Scheduling the removal and installation was all smooth. The two gentlemen who arrived to do the work were great! Rustic River Cabins enjoyed working with Jade Floors. Wade came right to our property with the samples so I could take them into my cabins. I wanted to pick one laminate and one carpet for all 7 cabins. It was nice to have the samples come to you. Very easy to schedule my job. They gave me a date of install and the install company was there that day. We had one small hiccup and it was resolved in seconds. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with either over the phone or by email. Our cabins look great.

Jade Floors and their crews were superb. They extended our existing hardwood floors through the living room, hallways, closets, and laundry room. After sanding and finishing the existing hardwood and the new hardwood you cant tell the difference between the two. The best part was there was very little dust and the crew dusted everything. We also had new quality carpet installed in the two bedrooms on the main floor and luxury vinyl tile planks installed in the master bathroom and closet and the guest bathroom. It was fantastic getting all of this done will just using one company. Prices for all that was done were very reasonable. We will hire Jade Floors to do the basement next. Extremely satisfied with the crews and company.

WE contracted Wade at JADE Flooring to remove old carpet in our basement and install commercial half inch rubber Gym flooring in a section of the basement. The results of the installation was clean and flawless, perfect seams between the rubber mats AND and a clean straight edge seam between the carpet and the rubber flooring, no waves, every seam and edge was cut to an exact fit!

After waiting 5 days to get on the floors I had a chance to look at the floors and found a few issues needed to be addressed.1) Overall, the finish has lots of dirt in the finish.2) There is a spot where the finish is pealing.3) There is a place where putty was applied and looks like no finish.4) The laundry room looks like not enough finish was applied.5) I emailed Jade Floors and have had no response.I would not recommend Jade Floors.Update: 9/29/2020Wade from Jade Floors responded quickly after posting the original review.Unfortunately the product used on the floor pealed in multiple areas on the floor (it would peal with a bare hand) We were told by Wade, that Jade Floor would come back out and sand off the finish used and refinish. We waited a week and when Jade Floor returned they were unsuccessful in removing the finish and were told the entire floor would need to be sanded down to bare wood and refinished. We were given the option to wait 3 weeks for Jade Flooring to refinish for an additional $1939 or refund our money. We decided to go with another contractor to repair the damage and requested a refund.Update: 10/3/2020We received a refund today. It is unfortunate that things didnt work out.

Jade Floors replaced all the tile and carpet on the main floor of our house. That included over 700 SF of porcelain tile and over 175 SYs of carpet. They moved all our antique furniture and replaced it all with no damage. Jodi and Wade were very easy to work with. They kept us informed constantly and answered all our questions. Their installation crew were extremely professional, they arrived when they said they would and worked extremely hard. Ive worked construction for over 50 years and would rate the whole operation as good as I have seen. And lastly, their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
