70 minute wait to return a phone because they forgot to give me a shipping label last visit. When I ask when the best time to come to get in and out quickly is the answer I received was “pretty much never”.I can’t imagine telling someone that they can NEVER expect to get prompt service, especially when I’m coming back because of a mistake from Verizon previously.The service is decent, but my last few brick and mortar experiences with Verizon make me wonder why I’m paying so much more than their competitors.
The only reason I am giving Verizon and this location 5-stars is because of their employee named Alyssa. I came in all “male-Karen” because of a trade-in issue that wasn’t properly explained by the kid who sold me a new phone on 9/19 and forgot to order the “return-kit” which made the whole trade-in process a nightmare. None of this is ever a smooth transition anyways, but after sitting with Alyssa for over an hour, she listened, was empathetic, did tons of research and assured me we would get to the bottom of this debacle. A week later, I came in to check the status of the trade-in, was told there was 8 people ahead of me, so I sat myself down and within 14-minutes of seeing me, Alyssa came to the rescue again. She did the necessary research and politely gave me the status I was hoping for. Her calm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to call the powers that be really settled my mind because I was ready to go ballistic over the whole messy trade-in process. Go see Alyssa!!!!
I agree 0 stars, they sold me a plan that was supposed to be $125 a month, knowing I wasnt going to use auto pay, bottom line my plan is actually $190, I worked with 2 different people and they both lied right to my face, I called verizon and got thats too bad, sorry we cant help you, I am stuck for now until I can pay off our new phones and get them unlocked, after that Im gone, been with Verizon for over 20 years. Seems as though they rely on new business and could care less about existing customers. Also would be nice if they knew something about all their phones, not just the top dollar ones, both salesman told me they didnt know much about Motorola phones, really you have 2 brands of android and you only understand one, I doubt it, they have a sales quota to meet at all costs. Also the guy that sets up their business accounts was supposed to call me in a day or two, been 2 weeks no call, not suprised. ALSO MUST BE IN AN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AS TAXES ARE RIDICULOUS

Seems like a really good deal at first. You get a cheap upgrade for a desent monthly price. They sell it pretty good. And then you get hit with all kinds of fees and surcharges. And now your bill is alot higher then expected. The guy told us one price and the bill is double that. You might as well buy the phone at full price. There is no sale here.
Ive never gotten so many unsolicied calls as i do with verizon, and NEVER before have i gotten unsolicited text, i get them almost on a daily basis, and it started right after switching to verizon, they will tell you that they dont sell your number to companies but thats a lie
Sahian was so Great!!! After being a Sprint customer for 22 years, T mobile merge doesn’t live up to standards…… so we switched to Verizon. Sahian listened to our family’s needs and customized the perfect plan. She wasn’t “pushy” and just trying to make a deal like the reps at T mobile. She really made the switch graceful and seemless and followed up to make sure our phones worked to our liking. Honestly, Best customer service we have had in a Long Time!!! She should be promoted to training other staff!!!! Thank you😍
UPDATE 10-4-2021 : The below response from owner must be a computer generated insincere message. A week later and I have yet to received a call. More terrible customer service from Verizon!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Zero stars if there were that option. Do not buy a phone from Zach Dizmang ! He sold me an Iphone promotion that required a trade-in knowing that I didnt have a phone to trade because he opened a new line of service for my child with my old Iphone. Then came the broken promises and terrible customer service. The store manager, Mariela (Mari) Posadas, did little to make this right for me. I had to repeatedly email, call, and text her to get any movement. Needless to say, one year later I still dont have resolution to Zachs mistake ! So, I took care of it myself and left Verizon after 25+ years. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent more than 6 hours on the phone, made four trips to the store, and they still could not deliver to a loyal customer of 25+ years. Stay away from this store...especially Zach and Mariela ! Verizon coverage was great but it doesnt make up for their incompetency and lack of customer service. This is the first review I have ever written but I felt obligated to tell my Verizon horror story .
Since calling the actual store isnt an option I figured Id come here. After having my phone 3 years I finally broke it. It was time for a new one anyways. Trying to get a spot in this store is absolutely ridiculous. Appointment only on a non appointment day because short staffed. Whatever. They had an appointment open up I waited 45 mins. Not terrible. Then the gentleman Christopher asked if I had been checked in. Yes sir. Waiting to be helped. I explained I needed a new phone. He asked what kind before I could even finish... well were out. Like no one has em.. Umm ok attitude. I still want to set it all up and can you have it shipped to my house? Ive been down this road before. There was a 300$ promotion I could get into for said phone and I had 95$ in device dollars I wanted to use. Got my bill and guess what. $999.99 phone $33.33 a month. No device dollars added no promotion. If you didnt want to help I would have gladly waited for someone else. After spending over an hr on the phone with customer service today its all straightened out. Big thumbs down for that guy. Weve been customers of Verizon for years now and Ive never dealt with someone so miserable.
I worked with an employee named Zack and I thought I knew what I was going to do until he hooked me up with an awesome deal and then called a couple stores for me to find the one that had the phone I wanted in stock. He definitely went above and beyond with the customer service.
Called this location to ask if they have replacement batteries for a phone, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes, in fact I am still on hold as I write this. There is no reason what so ever to leave a Verizon customer on hold for such a length of time. No way to run a retail business.
I switched from Sprint to Verizon and I am so glad I did. The phone service is much better than what I had before and the service I received in the store was better as well. This location is one of the only options I have in the area and it was where I went first. We went in the first time to find out what we needed to do to get switched over. We were connected with a staff member, Willy, who immediately gave me his phone number and told me what I needed to do and to contact him for an appointment as soon as things were lined up. I did that.Once we came in for the whole shebang, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. The phone stuff was fairly easy and Willy took care of everything. The only part I wished was better was that it seemed a little rushed and I wish I had more explained to me about the bill and what I needed to do to get the discounts I was promised. I dont think it was intentional and I realize I was keeping Willy past his scheduled time for work...on that note, he was very gracious with his time. I will continue to come to this store since I have had only positive experiences thus far. So glad to be with Verizon and no longer with Sprint. Thanks Willy!

I was having trouble with my phone that was only two and a half years old, it wasnt holding a charge. I went in to Verizon they checked it all out, I got a new phone, because of my extended warranty it cost me nothing. I have never had any problems with Verizon and their customer service has always been very good
While waiting for my turn in the queue, I was conversing with another customer, when an employee who was with another employee, turned to us and told us that we need to change the topic of our conversation. We were sharing our Verizon experiences. I stated that I have freedom of speech, to which she responded that this store was private property. I stated that I could leave her private propertyy and take my business elsewhere. she went on a bout that store being the 14th busiest in the nation. Quite frankly, it wasnt busy at all, just a lot of staff standing around, for example a young Hindu staffer was consorting with a barely dressed white woman. I told Mari (?) the confrontative staff person that she was wrong to address the female customer I was talking with, because she was attacking the woman, and not me, the male. Hard to believe but I was actually bigger than Mari. The whole situation was untenable, and reflects the fact that today, Gen XYZ are ill prepared for the work force, curtesy, and simple regard for the customer, after all were the ones with the money. This employee needs a severe reprimand if not dismissal. But I suspect that Verizons is so big that it doesnt care.
Purchased a phone in store and they had to ship it to me. They did not put my delivery address in correctly so FedEx couldnt deliver it. Took multiple hours of phone calls to Verizon to allow me to even go pick up the phone myself at the FedEx office.Edit 1 week update after original post:Due to a restriction that Verizon placed on the delivery I could not provide my apartment number to FedEx to complete the delivery, and this restriction prevents me from picking up the package myself from FedEx. After 6 phone calls to Verizon, attempting to get them to update the shipping address, they updated it to the wrong address and the phone was delivered to a family members address in Idaho. Multiple Verizon reps told me the address was updated and the phone would be delivered the next day, only to find out the next day that nothing at all changed. Verizon told me that the mistake was FedExs fault, which I find very hard to believe. I had my family member ship it to me themselves and it will be here tomorrow.
Was in town visiting from Texas and my phone started acting crazy. Tyler helped me get what I wanted. He put the case and screen protector on for me. He is the best! And easy on the eyes too. Lol. Tyler and the manager are great guys to do business with. One of the best verizon stores by far!!!Thank you so much!

Had a very frustrating experience in trying to JUST upgrade my phone. Between the store personnel and the Verizon Loyalty department on the phone, there is a huge disconnect within this company that causes nothing but frustration and the result is very poor customer service. There seems to be a it is what it is attitude with only obligatory apologies and promises to do better when its well known that it wont get better. Later in the day, to his credit, Thomas one of the store managers did call me and we had a very good discussion. He explained the issues from his side and he understood my issues as well. Good follow up by him that does go a long way in resolving customer complaints. Those are not easy calls to make, but generally go a long way in retaining customers. Kudos to Thomas.
They advertise a $1,000 for broken or old phones. But only if you purchase their unlimited plan. And for MY phone? $400. Guy at the front helped three other people and completely ignored me. Steer clear.
Added a Jet Pack to our account yesterday and the sales person did not activate it, or provide any instructions on activation. Spent an hour with chat and phone support afterwards trying to find someone to do something that should have been done in the first place. Poor support all around, but especially from the store.
Luis was a rock star and helped me with like 4 issues I was having within 5 minutes. Outstanding service and willingness to help regardless of your issue. Highly recommend this location.
I was just at the Verizon store this week getting my aging parents switched over to Verizon. I worked with John in the store and he was outstanding. He listened to me and put together a plan that was the cheapest and best option for my parents. I was truly dreading having to make this switch as I assumed it would take 3 trips and more than a few instances of me wanting to either throw the phones in the trash or just give up. Well, it did take 3 trips, but that was At&Ts fault not Verizons and It did surprisingly not include any instances of me wanting to give up or throw a phone. John was the best.

I was so very disappointed with my visit to this store. I went in to up-grade three phones, and after THREE HOURS, I was only able to walk out with one and the entire time the rep kept saying how sorry she was, even the manager was no help. Staff needs better training. Now I have to have the other two phones mailed to me, even though they had them in stock.
Great experience. We are not very tech-savy but Devon was an excellent help to us. He was very knowledgeable and patient and went out of his way to take care of us.
This is a wonderful store to visit if you have rational expectations for what you want to accomplish. This is a sales location, people, not where you go when you’re too lazy to Google something. Biggest piece of advice: come with your passwords, whether it’s iCloud, Google, or whatever. I shouldn’t need to say this, but Verizon doesn’t know your passwords (thank goodness!), and it isn’t their job to help you reset them. Again, Google is your friend.And if you don’t want to wait forever, don’t bother coming the first or last hour they’re open- it’s always a zoo.

Horrible service unless you are actually in there to buy an expensive product. I went in there for help with a charging issue and every person that got on the list after me was helped before me. After signing in at the front, no one came to greet me or offer assistance. We have 6 Verizon lines and pay the company a lot for those every month. We should be able to expect some type of service when needed.
They are busy as usual, they are getting people in as quick as possible, if they can fix problem outside they do that .thank you to Verizon and your geat staff keep up the good and hard work
I came in last week because I left verizon and went to t-mobile due to frustrations I had with verizon. Once I left verizon, I could no longer log into my account to access my monthly bills, something that was not disclosed to me when I called in. So I called in again and was advised to go to the store where the phone employee set an appointment for me. In the process I worked with two lovely and charming verizon employees at the Fort Collins location David and Thomas. It blew my mind to see how genuinely kind these two were. Even knowing I left verizon they did everything they could to help me figuring things out on my final bill and even explain what I was originally frustrated about. David even took the time to call into t-mobile with me and help me get things squared away. This willing to help no matter what it takes attitude its what helped me finalize my decision to come back to verizon. I wish I never left and simply came in to talk to David and Thomas to begin with. I have already paid for this month and next at t-mobile but I fully plan to bring me and my family back into verizon by the end of the year. I am so glad these two in the store were there to show me how great the people at Verizon really are. David was sure to give me his contact information, something I will hold onto for when I come back. If you plan on visiting the store soon ask for Thomas or David im sure they will take great care of you.
Even though the business restrictions are in place, everything went smoothly. I went in for new service and I was satisfied with the staff and products.
I went in because my LG G5 wouldnt charge. I was told the charging port was shot and I would need a new phone. Then I went to Best Buy. They told me all I needed was a new charging cord. Save yourself the time and trouble and skip this store and go straight to Best Buy.
Ordered an item online. Said it was ready for pick up, so I went and picked it up. They werent even busy at all but apparently they have never heard of double checking, because I picked up my item, went all the way home just to find out they gave me the wrong item. So went back. Got the right item, no apology given, just honest mistake. Horrible.

The facial recognition on my IPhone XS had stopped working. When I went into this store I was expecting a long wait at the end of which I would be referred to an Apple store because that is what had happened when I visited the Verizon store in Greeley. Nevertheless I thought I would give it a try. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Replacement iPhone will arrive in 2 days. No questions asked, they simply solved the problem and saved me a lot of headache with talking to Apple support or driving clear to Cherry Creek to an Apple store. Very pleased with the experience.
This is one of their newer locations in a fairly new retail development. The store is very clean and visually pleasing. As someone who has been a customer of all the big cellular carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon), I can say that Verizon is one of the better providers as far as coverage in Northern Colorado. Their reps are also of a higher caliber-very knowledgeable and professional. The one drawback is that they are more expensive then their competitors. They don’t often do promotions because they really don’t need to. They have a lot of customers, for good reason.
I had an appointment for noon and waited until 1:30and no one showed up at store.Im really tired of Verizons Customer service,it took me three times calling them for me to get to talk to a human after waiting and listening to the so called music for 30 minutes.
I walked in knowing I wanted to upgrade my phone but needed answers as to the best way to do it. Dave spent the majority of the afternoon helping me make the best decision for me as well as answering countless questions I had about other products. At no time did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions and if I asked a question he did not know the answer to, he went and found the answer. I ended up not only upgrading to an iPhone 11 Pro, but also upgraded to the new iWatch. Dave is very professional and caring and made what is usually a mundane errand enjoyable! I would recommend working with Dave as he genuinely cares about the customer.
Do not I repeat DO NOT switch to Verizon. When you have legitimate concerns about being over charged the store is just as bad as the 800 number about solving problems!
The 800 customer service line was very helpful, but the local store was not. I went in for a new phone and was ignored when I asked for a manager 3 times. I was charged for a screen protector that I didnt need. The sales rep took my phone in the back to put it on - NOTE : the Note 10 comes new with a screen protector ALREADY on it.
Dave helped me switch to Verizon and upgrade phones. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He definitely deserves a raise! I would highly recommend asking for Dave for any of your phone or service needs.
So I get off work at 6:30pm which doesnt leave me a lot of time to get certain things or errands done during the day. So when I went to Verizons south location on a Monday around 6:40pm for an upgrade, I was greeted by 3 staff members playing on their phones and none of them seemed to want to help. When a girl finally asked what she could do to help me with I was stuck with dead ends. So I left and came back the very next day with more information I needed for them to help me. When I walked in the same girl greeted me and LITERALLY tells me We close in 20mins!. What kind of bull costumer service is that??? I said nothing further and just walked out. EXTREMELY disappointing and will not be back to this location. I will for sure let friends and family know to stay away from this location!

This store was helpful. The guy that helped us hooked up our new Sim card without charging us. He recognized that we were long time customers and provided the service the way it should be. I was impressed with the layout. It felt like a place you could hang out and not feel like youve been there too long.
Horrible customer service I was there with a friend waited for hours to be helped and when we finally got help the manager Becky was so rude had horrible customer service no patients with customers She locked the Doors before the actually closing time I was trying to go get something out of my car and I was locked in the store trying to get out for five minutes employees acted like they didn’t even acknowledge that i was trying to get out She didn’t even acknowledge some people of color that was waiting outside to see why doors was locked before closing time The worst phone company and employees Becky should not be working with people she not manager material.
Felt practically coerced into buying the Pixel 3XL at the Foothills Verizon. I went in looking to replace my former phone with a phone that had a good camera... Turns out, thats all this phone has to offer, and realistically - cameras not that great. Not to mention, most add-ons/adapters come back as non-combatible. $1000 down the drain. Ill be switching from a Google phone and Verizon.
This is a very busy store and might require a little bit of a wait for help but I have been greeted promptly every time I can ever recall coming in. Recently I had a piece of equipment with an issue and without going into to much detail wanted to leave a thumbs up for JOHN F for going above and making me happy. I;ve been with Verizon forever and expected the effort which he did. Thank you.

I just made a $4,000 yearly commitment to Verizon! Is it to much to ask for the phone to be set up and working when I get it? 1 hour and 15 min drive and Im not worth the time to activate the phone! Lazy people everywhere these days!I had to have a 40 min phone call to get it working!
Called Verizon customer service to activate a cell phone. They told me I needed to go to the store and get a new Sim card. I went to the store and was told that that particular phone could not be activated because they discontinued service to it and it wasn’t a 4G phone. It says it’s a 4G phone right on the Sim card and on the back of the phone. I was told that it was junk and it didn’t even have any trade in value. I was also told by the associate (I won’t embarrass him by naming him) that I needed to buy a new phone. I left the store disgruntled and called back customer service and got another technical support person that successfully activated the phone with no problems. Being told three different things from three different people is not my idea of good customer service. Further, the store, possibly using cheap sales tactics, was basically lying to me. I do not appreciate that and I cannot recommend the store.

Reviewing here because there is no way to review customer service for verizon. Absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I was accessing information on the website and was shown conflicting numbers on my device payment bill. When I reached out to verizon support regarding the discrepancy, the first agent gave me 2 additional numbers that also conflicted for what I owe. I was then passed off 2 times for a total of 2+ hours, and had to explain my problem multiple times to different agents. None of them answered my questions. There is no excuse for this level of poor customer service.

I walked in and was checked in at the door. Sat down and waited about 15 minutes and was helped promptly by a gentleman and asked what was wrong with my phone...it had froze up, it was in stuck mode. He proceeded to show me what to do if it ever happened again and also deleted some unnecessary programs i didnt need on my phone. My phone is now working and a lot faster. I was totally amazed to be helped so quickly considering it was a Saturday morning but the store was fully staffed so that way they could get to you promptly. I love my Verizon phone and the great service I receive.

I dont like leaving bad reviews and in fact I waited a couple months before deciding to write this one... I was treated poorly and with lack of human respect from a store manager. I dont know her name or if she still works there. I was traveling through Fort Collins a few months ago when my phone stopped receiving data. Desperate for help I turned into the first Verizon store I saw. When I got there they had just closed and there were still customers and employees in the store. This manager walked out and I said is there any way you guys can help me as I have no data and therefore no way to navigate to a different store. She told me they were closed and there was nothing I could do but come back in the morning. I asked her if there were any other stores nearby and she didnt even bother to respond. She got in her car and sped off. I called a friend who helped me find another Verizon store nearby on Council Tree Avenue. They were incredible and helped me get back online. They were also a third party store. I point that out because the store that refuse to help is a Verizon corporate store and is therefore the public face of Verizon. In my opinion, they should be held to an even higher standard of customer service and care. If she had simply pointed me in the direction of that other store I would have never wrote this review. I hope Verizon reads my review and trains their managers and employees that even when you just clocked off customers still deserve your respect and to be treated like human beings.
Better off calling the customer service line for any problems. They couldn’t explain why my issue happened, nor could they help fix the issue. Amateur hour customer service/management. I ended up leaving unresolved when the employee told me it was my fault and I gave incorrect information... which isn’t what I was told on the customer service line when I called for a refund and to cancel my service as soon as I left.
My husband and I avoided this store for about two years. Just yesterday we stopped by to look at updating our phones. We were helped by Jordan who went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us fit new phones into our budget. He was extremely helpful and polite. We were in and out of the store within an hour with a new phone for me, a new peception about the customer service for that location, and most importantly, we felt appreciated as long term Verizon customers.
Horrible customer service! All the employees care about is selling you a phone. My phone was having internet connection issues. Candace and David said they cant help with internet issues. Even though I said the problem was getting worse. Why have customer service if you cant help? The young lady with blue hair was sweet and helpful but I asked David for someone elses opinion and he refused.
Rudest, most condescending jerks Ive ever experienced. I asked them to print my final bill for me because when I called customer service a month and a half ago and asked for my final statement to be sent, all they sent was an amount I owed. I drove to the store and the kid at the store said he couldnt print it and to call customer service which i already did! I asked him to call for me because obviously when I did, they sent the wrong thing. His literal words were I could call them, but Im not gonna. Screw Verizon. The lady I called and talked to with customer service was very pleasant and helped me. Obviously the moron working in the store needs a little bit of customer service training. I came in, obviously upset, all he had to do was try to make it right. Couldnt handle it. Ill never regret switching to Sprint and Ill never go back. Plus theyre way overpriced for the same service.
Super unhelpful service. I received a replacement phone in the mail and was struggling getting my data transferred over to the new phone. I tried using the google drive as well as the phone-to-phone transfer using a cable and the drive wasnt transfering all my stuff and my old phone automatically shut off every time i tried the phone-to-phone method.so i called the store for support (since i have 5 days to return my old phone before verizon charges me an additional $500). I called in to set up an appointment to come in and get assistance, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, was told that was a service they do not provide. What? you dont provide customer assistance with a replacement phone? Only if i buy a new one? When i explained what was going on, he suggested i write down my contacts by hand and add them to my new phone. Although i could absolutely manually enter the hundreds of contacts i have, that solution wouldnt work for pictures, documents, apps, etc. He then said there was no other way to transfer besides the two ways i was explaining to him and he had no other suggestions on how to help me. i asked him how he would assist a customer in the store with the same question/problem and he said he wouldnt be able to. At least he was honest in his incompetence regarding phones.

Every time I come to this location, Im met with less than adequate customer service. On my most recent visit, I was sent by technical support to my local cooperate store. I was trying to work with a guy in the store named Jordan. When I tried to explain why I was here, he interrupted me and then tried to assume the issue I was having. He didnt listen to a word I said. Then he rudely told me I cant do that! I tried to tell him what tech support had instructed me to do, but again he interrupted me. So I stopped talking and let him look through his tablet for a solution to my problem. He didnt speak to me for the better part of 10 minutes. Finally, I asked him if he was able to see my account. He said yes. He then rudely informed me that the only solution to my problem would take quite some time and asked if I was sure I wanted it fixed... I again tried to explain what I had already been through with tech support. He AGAIN interrupted me and told me, thats not MY fault. I didnt do it. I almost left then and there! Im going to find a new store to utilize when I need Verizon support!
MISREPRESENTATION! I bought two samsung note 10+ in august 2019 for me and my girlfriend. Customer representative in Verizon store told me my phone will be locked under verizon for 60 days and after automatically unlock. So now Jan 30 and me and my girlfriend going to Europ and uor phones don`t accept any other carrier. Customer service can`t help thy only give me advice to buy unlocked phone. Why should i have verizon phone it is question. DO NOT RECOMEND!
My experience with the staff here was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Aaron was an awesome associate who got me in and out of the store quickly. All of my questions were answered. I recommend making an appointment online if you are coming in during busy hours.
Talk to Heather. She has been the best service we have ever received from Verizon. Quick, knowledgeable, and saved us money on our plan while upgrading our phones.
I am so glad I went to the Fort Collins store yesterday. They were so much friendlier than the Johnstown store. The Johnstown store is just a couple of miles and Even though It is a bit of a drive, I will definitely go to the Fort Collins store.

Wow! these people are ridiculous. Ive been using Cricket for decades now and just thought Id at least try looking at another company. I walked in the door there, and after about 10 minutes of looking around and employee approached me and asked me my name, I figured to help me. Nope. He was there to inform me that I was 6th on the list of people they were going to help. After looking for another 15 minutes I figured 2 things...after 25 minutes in there store without help....they did not need and therefor would not appreciate my business, and 2, every phone they had they wanted to lease or rent or whatever but they wanted monthly charges of about $30 to $70 a month. I bought...outright a GREAT phone from Cricket for less than $100...and if you are a new customer...THEY GIVE YOU A SIMILAR PHONE FREE. I decided to stick with Cricket, but now I have another very good reason to.
Really efficient service! I just needed an upgrade to my plan (so a pretty easy request), and within 5 min., I’d been greeted at the door, had my data usage reviewed, and my plan upgraded on the spot. Got exactly what I needed with no attempts to upsell.
Willy was extremely helpful and solved problems with respect to our account and devices along with saving us money. He is clearly a superb represenative.
Absolutely wonderful, Jordan was very helpful and worked with our time frame needs. Very professional and accommodating at the same time. I will recommend my family and friends to visit Verizon.
I never like going into a Verizon store, they always have you sign in even if your only there to browse. Then when you are trying to buy something you want they are incredibly pushy about adding more things into the mix for more money of course. Usually they will stop after a few firm nos but that hasnt always worked. The one positive thing I can say is the staff is usually friendly.
So last time i was there to help with my broken phone, it was an extremely long wait. It was very frustrating, but, once my turn had come, the worker was very helpful and gave me good information. Another complaint is that I was hoping to call to get information on screen replacement but the recording said that I should call back during normal store hours which it then listed was from 8 am to 8 pm. I called at 3... Very frustrating that I wasnt able to contact anyone about a simple question.
The solution specialist that helped us with our account was AWESOME! Very helpeful, knowledgeable, patient, friendly!! Would go back to her!
Horrible experience. I walked in, and the guy seemed irritated I was there, even though it was an hour until closing. He was trying to hint that the wait was 35 minutes, so I should probably just leave. I told him that I broke my phone, so I had to stay. I waited over an hour, while multiple employees stood around and did nothing. One actually went over and told another that he had been standing there for awhile and he needed to heIp. I also saw them assist many people that had been there after me. Finally, someone helped me, and said Oh, we cant help you with a broke phone, you have to file an insurance claim with this number. Unbelievable how the guy who checked me in an hour ago didnt tell me that. Why would you let me wait an hour? Wouldnt you ask questions and find out more about why someone is there? I even told him I broke my phone. It would have been as easy as asking me if I had insurance and giving me the number. I would have been on my way. I will never return to this store. Although that seems to be what they want. They dont want to help their customers, nor do they like being busy.
Started out good. If you want to buy something, you are good. But if something goes wrong...good luck. I have been into this store 3 times now to have an issue resolved. Told, The manager will call you tonight or tomorrow. Nothing! Not a bit of follow up to help a customer with an issue. Then I get a text from the GM after my visit. I responded that I need to work with her directly, as clearly management doesnt care at the store. And nothing back from her. This store is horrible!!
Recently purchased a new IPhone X from my local Verizon store. The salesman, a man named Lando was very helpful with answering my questions about the upgrade process and sent me home with a bundle that he promised would save me money month to month. I received my first bill and it was very different than what was discussed in the store, when I tried to return and discuss the bill with the staff, they paired me with the same salesman who helped me pick the phone. He legitimately argued with me about what my bill looks like after I voiced my concerns. He refused to help me fine tune my bill and refused to return the optional perpetuals he included in the package when I purchased my new phone. Worst customer service I have ever had when purchasing anything. Especially something that retails for $1000. I will not work with that gentleman again.
We opened all our lines at this store when switched from sprint. It’s always been great. Today I went in to get my new screen protector put on my phone and was refused a service. There were 5 employees at the door so I figured it’s not busy. Told the guys who greeted me I have a replacement in my hands just need someone to put it on my phone, which was told, we dont do that since we are not authorized, but can give you the name of the store that can. My husband was there last week and had no problems. As I walked out I called customer service and was told that they don’t understand why that happened, so I went to a different location and got it done. Dont think simple things like that should be an issue at the store as a long term customer that has not only personal but business lines with you guys.
Had a billing issue that never got resolved! Now Im paying twice for one month!!! No one will help with this problem! It goes from one person to the next till I get the answer of it will take a couple weeks to process! Screw these guys!
I almost left Verizon for good cause of the service I got at this store. I would definitely recommend picking a different store or calling customer service.
You need to be careful when you shop in this store. The employees work on commission and would sell you anything and everything even when you do not sign up for it. They also go electronic so there is no paperwork you can see when you sign up. I was told by the sales person, Rachel on 7/15 to go home and look at my contract. When I went home to look at my contract, it was not what I asked for based on what my colleague is getting - data and price. I went back to the store to inquire and the sales person who greeted me at the door on 8/6 afternoon said I can upgrade you but it will cost $5 more. I said that is not necessary but when I came home, I received a change of contract e-mail and he upgraded me anyway when I said I did not need it. Once again paperless and I did not need to sign anything this time. DANGEROUS...BE CAREFUL.
Im just trying to buy a phone case and I have been waiting over 30 minutes to pay. Im trying to give them my money and theyre trying really hard to lose my business. Its not hard to have a check out counter or check out customers in between longer purchases or concerns.
A product within 3 weeks of purchase (screen protector failed) through no fault of my own. Was greeted by a rude worker who snidely talked down to me and said that wasnt their problem .Discussrd purchasing a different product with them and went to go look at merchandise. Groups of workers were standing around and no one offered to help me find a product. I left and purchased elsewhere. Love my new phone but service was the worst at this store!!
Niko was very rude. There was a problem and he was not about tying to help me problem solve or figure out what my options were. He was all about arguing and repeating the same thing to me as if I didn’t understand. No matter what my question was. Very poor customer service skills.Go somewhere else. This locations has terrible reviews for a reason.
