As an immune compromised customer, I find it very unprofessional and dangerous to see multiple employees not wearing masks during the current mask mandate. Not only were multiple employees not wearing masks properly, they allowed multiple customers to enter and order without masks. Pretty sad to see such a blatant disregard for public health and safety. I’ll definitely not be returning to this location again.

If you send out birthday rewards over email, you really need to honor them… even if “the system won’t let you.” Not great on the customer service. Very nice people otherwise.

Bagel cut paper thin on one side and crazy thick on the other so one side was a bagel chip and the other like it wasnt toasted at all. The sandwich itself is half the size of the shields location. Definitely a huge waste of money and they obviously do not care about quality at all

I made an order to be delivered to my house so that my wife and kids would wake up to breakfast. I ordered a dozen, which is always 13, I received a call from home wondering how many bagels did I buy?..! So my family only received 8 bagels! Ive heard of some horror stories of delivery services eating the food they deliver...I cant say for sure what happen but I know Gibs didnt short me on my order, it was hard to get ahold of the driver they tired. Knowing that Gibs didnt have someone that could deliver, I ask if I can pick up the rest of my order, so when I got to the store they have me another 13 bagels and 4 cheese Danish, they went above and beyond to correct a mistake they didnt do, they forget have my business.

Playing awful heavy metal music. Forced me to sign for a $7 purchase and had no hand sanitizer afterwards.

Interesting location but they made it work. People kept coming in so that was a good sign. My bagelwas good and the jalepeno cream cheese was yummy. I got aspinach oarm bagel. My husband got the everything bagel and enjoyed it.

I have two gibs bagels close to my house. I go to both locations almost every weekend. The one off of Harmony and Ziegler. Is not even close to as good as the one off or Harmony and Lemay. I try to give it a chance but on a consistent basis it is wrong made poorly or warm when you ask for a bagel not toasted. Anyway I just want to let everyone know if your on the east side and want a bagels. Its worth the extra 3 minutes of driving. Well worth it.

Very poor experience this morning. We waited about an hour (we get it, it’s busy) before someone else who was waiting for their order told us they had lost their order and that we should ask. “Good Luck!”The employees had our order in, it just never got made- they tried to hurry and get it out (mostly correct) The kids working didn’t apologize, or even make eye contact when we tried to ask about our order. They tried to avoid us, I wanted to just walk out but we had already paid for food-We remained understanding, but would have appreciated if the situation was handled differently.

The bagels are the best, but the workers could stand to smile every once in a while. Especially since the square device you pay with encourages tipping.

Good bagels, but the order was made wrong. Enjoyed the bagel bites, just the right amount of bagel for a snack, with mid morning coffee. Unique bagel sandwiches, Have tried several and they were all good, when made correctly.The salt bagels are really salty!

Love this place. The service is always quick and nice. The prices are really good, nothing is super expensive. I usually get the sausage and egg bagel on a salt bagel, which is great for any time of the day. To drink, if youre looking for something hot, get a pi chai latte. Great food, service and location. A regular stop for breakfast on a weekday morning with early hours so there is plenty of time to sit and chat with my spouse before we head to work. The bagels have a perfect level of bite to them and are always fresh. Plenty​ of sandwich options and good drip coffee to accompany make it easy to go to often and yet never be tired of.

Ive been goin here for a while .Here lately. The service has been horrible. The past two times Ive been. My order was wrong. These kids working do not listen To their customers order. They could Care less that they messed up.. If you want to be happy with your breakfast. Dont go here harmony and leamy.. all they care about is if they look cool . If I could give it less than one star I would...The location at Oakridge (Lemay and Harmony) has a full staff of people who are so worried about being cool and impressing each other that they cant get your order right. They dont listen to their customers and the quality of their food is suffering too. I work a block away and would rather drive to the east harmony location even though its less convenient. I ordered a sandwich today, with no onion. They toasted it, without asking...made it to go, without asking....didnt ask my name so how do they know who ordered what.....I not only got onion on my sandwich, I got more onion than anything else. For most people this is just an inconvenient pick it off your sandwich issue, since onions make me really sick I had to throw it away. What a waste!!! I LOVE Gibs but I may have to find a new favorite place since they dont seem to care about standards at this location.

I have been going here for years. The service and quality are pleasantly consistent. And they know how to make a good bagel.

I love pumpernickel bagels, but they never have a dozen here. When I mentioned that I was disappointed, they offered to make a dozen just for me! Now all I have to do is call before they shut down their ovens (I called before 10 am) and theyll make a dozen and set them aside for me any time I want! Superb service, delicious bagels.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. If it doesnt take 35 minutes FOR A BAGEL then the order is wrong. I have really enjoyed the food from Gibs but it’s not a good enough bagel to wait that long (it’s just the only bagel place). Also, why is a manager not available on a Sunday? Even when the order is wrong or it takes 35 minutes there is no empathy or “sorry” for the customer. Really sad such a “successful” business exists where it really has no reason to except for the fact they are the only bagel business in town. If I could have rated a 0 I would have.Update: When GrubHub refunded our double charged order immediately and gave us a $5 gift card, we informed this location so they wouldnt have to refund us. We got a quick “k thx” instead of an apology. TRAIN. YOUR. STAFF.

I was in there today for the last time. I quit going a while ago because their coffee is always awful. Today I was desperate so I gave it another try.They were out of plain cream cheese and coffee as well. I had to wait until they brewed new coffee and it took forever to get my bagel with no line in front of me. Very poor service and the worst, tasteless coffee in Fort Collins.

I ordered a bagel with lox and cc, and there were about 3 tiny pieces of lox on each half of the bagel. The cream cheese wasnt even spread across the bagel - it was as if they put a dollop on the bagel, and then just pressed the top the bottom and wished me luck. If you want to call yourselves a NY bagel, then the lox should be a bunch of slices, on top of a bunch of cream cheese, with capers. Disappointment (when I finally received it - but that ones on Postmates) doesnt even begin to describe how I felt. Gibs - you were supposed to be the one thing that made my stop questioning leaving NYC for this cow town.

First and last time going to Gibs. Ordered 1 bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side, a peach smoothie, and an extra bagel(no cream cheese) all to go.I got 1 bagel with half cream cheese/half strawberry on the bagel, a mango smoothie, and no second bagel. Had to ask and wait a few extra minutes for the second bagel to not even be toasted.Bagels themselves were average, smoothie was tasty even though it wasnt what was ordered, but charging $2.80 for cream cheese seems a bit obnoxious.

Ordered off Grubhub, and was delivered watery coffee with no milk ( dont offer a cafe au lait if thats not an option) and a bagel. I ordered a pickle which also didnt come. The bagel was good, but very disappointed by the coffee and messed up order. An updated online menu would greatly improve the experience
