Getting unbelievably expensive. Coffee drinks are very good but not the best. Love going to a coffee shop that serves a cappuccino in a China cup with a design in the foam. But still Starbucks are everywhere and we go there fairly often.
Today I have to give a HUGE shout out to one your barista, today my heart filled with pure joy as I watched a young man with his Starbucks apron still on gently help a blind man get across the intersection. Just for him to take time and help another person is what we should all do everyday! Thanks
Conveniently ordered through the app, and got my drink right away. I love the customization options to change your drink in the Starbucks app, and use it everytime i order for points toward free drinks. Customer service here is always good.
Is not service dog friendly. We are backpacking across country with our service dog and we were told we couldnt be inside with him even though the sign claims service dogs are welcome. I guess that doesnt count for anyone who resembles homeless. Have always been treated with respect and friendly service at every other Starbucks we have given service to on our travels, but this location was a huge disappointment.
A nice Starbucks, just busy due to its location. Nice that it has bathrooms in it because most stores around it dont.
I love the interior of this location. It compliments there art deco design of the building beautifully.Plus, theres pretty good parking available, considering its off College in Old Town.
Loved tha atmosphere the staff is amazing
It was excellent service friendly staff and waiting time was minimal.
Great place, great location, just not good spot for working/studying (its too loud!)
Standard Starbucks but right downtown in Fort Collins a block from Old Town Square.
I have an invisible disability and urgently needed to use the locked restroom. Instead of accommodating me, I was humiliated by staff in front of other customers. They told me I could not use it and that they don’t accommodate. When I called corporate, they did nothing for weeks and not until I called and reported it again. Then the regional manager said he would ‘look into the law’. Two months later low and behold ‘city regulations state that they must accommodate’. But still, zero effort at apologies or reparations. This cancel culture is really intolerable.
Staff is super friendly, my drink was amazing. My only thing is that during non pandemic times the store isnt the best to sit down and study in, which makes sense based on the location.
10 min to get pumpkin bread.... slowest coffee shop I have ever been to
Good customer service, friendly staff, and fast
Excellent nitro cold brew! Great baristas!
I love this place, the only problem is parking.
🙂
Clean and timely service
This is my go to Starbucks location. They are so quick with my order and always get it right. All the employees are super nice and have taken the time to remember my name and greet me as soon as I walk in. Its such a welcoming place that is also super cozy.
People were very nice, drinks bitter and burnt tasting.
Great baristas. Always get my order correct. I wish I could tip, on my credit card!! The employees are always super friendly. My drink is always excellent. Really wish card tipping was an option.
Didnt serve ice in my water, coffee way too hot
Wonderful customer service and a great recommendation of something new to try.
Live this Starbucks. Always efficient and friendly!
Great food and drink
Awesome for free internet, but everything else to me seems quite overpriced, considering there are a handful of local gourmet cafes strewn throughout Fort Collins with more reasonable prices and more ethically sourced and higher quality coffee. Sure they have some staple flavors, but you can get the same thing, for cheaper and better if you look for it. I highly recommend checking out the Alley Cat Cafe if you havent been there yet!
Was quote backed up this morning.
Its a Starbucks, which I like, but if youre visiting this town go to one of the great local coffee shops down the road! Starbucks are great, consistent, and perfect for in a grocery store or strip mall, but not for that local flavor and taste that can be so much better. Seriously, 4 great coffee shops a few blocks south of this guy. Try something new!
Customer service a bit spotty when it came to accommodation with my hearing loss, and I could tell she was getting frustrated, so I just got my drink and nothing else. I dont think Ill come back because of that.
It is a Starbucks so you know that all of their menu and items will be around the same as any other location. The location of this establishment is really cool and pretty. Every time I have been into this particular location I have felt I was inconveniencing the staff. Last time I was in here, we had the audacity to ask if we could use the restroom -before- purchasing our drinks. We were told no, and decided to grab coffee up the street at a local establishment instead. Starbucks is a typical chain, I would not waste time or money here with all the cool local places around.
Its a Starbucks. Im a huge small batch and artisan coffee person (I drink my coffee black most of the time and brew it multiple ways such as through French press, drip, and Keurig and we have a Burr grinder) and my now husband and I went here in 2018 around November or December. I enjoyed the seasonal Gingerbread Latte drink had at the time, and I consistently enjoy their nitro cold brew with salted cream (its not too sweet, but its bland) but, as is common with Starbucks, their drinks are more of a gimmick filled with sugar than a drink. Take for example the Unicorn and Zombie Frappuccinos that have been around in the past. Starbucks Baristas I know say it was a nightmare to make those drinks, and when I looked at applying to the company they mandate just about everything when it comes to a Baristas appearance to the point where I wouldve had to buy an entire new wardrobe to work for them, in addition to paying as close to minimum wage as possible. But aside from business practices I disapprove of, you can definitely do a lot worse than Starbucks (side-eye to watered down Dunkin Donuts that tastes like burnt cardboard that I cant even finish thats worse than hotel coffee), however at the end of the day youre still getting Starbucks. If youre in a hurry, or the chain is one of the few options available (this is the case in most of Utah), there are definitely worse options and I dont entirely judge people for being interested in the gimmick-y drink. I have a rewards card I got as a gift from family that I occasionally use once or twice a year for a quick coffee fix.Ultimately, it wouldnt hurt Starbucks bottom line if people were to check out other, smaller shops nearby that dont tend to garner as much name brand recognition as Starbucks. Old Town itself is a host to many places like The Bean Cycle and other such shops that nail the atmosphere of a good coffee shop where you can sit and have a good chat over a steaming mug of tea or coffee. When I was a teenager, I used to sit and chat with my limited friends at coffee shops after school, and these places really made it possible to have a social life at all and gain an appreciation for the complexity possible with coffee and tea both. But, at the end of the day, those who dont like coffee but want caffeine or who want the sugary, gimmicky drinks will come to the chain in droves.
This is the best Starbucks! I used to come here almost every day before COVID and after a nearly 12 month hiatus, I came back for my usual Americano and the wonderful staff remembered me! The partners are genuine and kind and the store is very clean and well kept. My drink always comes out perfectly and I never have to wait too long or feel like I’m being rushed while ordering. Truly a gem of a store.
The coffee is pretty good, the staff is very helpful, there is outdoor seating, and the breakfast sandwiches are good as well. Oh, and I absolutely love the chocolate croissants. If you go here, you should try one.
Great coffee and great people that make t for you! Good vibes. However...if you need screen door(s) repaired, this isnt the right place to go.
Good Good Starbucks. Great people, friendly to homeless, and very convenient in old town.
Dark Roast is so good for sobering up after partying and hunting down good leads on job applications😉
Thank you baristas!
Smores Frappuccino...ok
Great Starbucks. Store was clean and neat. Crew was friendly and fast with a sense of humor. Drinks were prepared correctly and quickly. Good visit.
I always come to this location for their bento boxes and a quick pick me up for my drive home!! Great people and some lovely views of the downtown Fort Collins area!! A nice stop to or from wherever you are going!!
I enjoyed the corner location of this Starbucks as I sat near the window for a few hours. Everything was pretty standard for Starbucks however I would love to see some bigger tables. It was difficult to get my coworker and Is laptop on the same table.
Great place the coffee isvery hot
Comfortable atmosphere, friendly service located on the corner of Walnut & Collage Ave. Under the Historic Northern Hotel.
Not a lot of parking, but the drink was good
I enjoy this place. They recently remodeled and the staff is all really kind. They even remember my drink most of the time. And reading some of the other reviews...kind of has me puzzled: Yes there are some homeless people there, but theyre people like you and me, theyre kind and they need coffee too! And they certainly dont outnumber the college students and the rest of us business people working in Foco Square. Good solid consistent cup of joe and good service.
Good service! Glad they were open!
I come here to use wifi and get a cup of coffee somtimes it real good amd fresh alwas hot and easy access theres a few locations in ft co stop in and try a cup wnd a slice of coffee cake
Was filled with homeless people getting warm and coffee one barista so manager not managing well she did a great job getting our order quickly and accurate. The outside was dirty couldnt use the tables outside, the corner is a great place for a Starbucks but if your going to cater to the homeless I would suggest having a barista bar outside so your paying customers can actually have a seat and the area may stay cleaner. The breakfast sandwiches were once again great. No drive up at this location and parking is limited
Always great coffee no matter what state or establishment you are at.
If you enjoy a strong cup of joe while you sit outside with your pup happily enjoying his pupachino....youll love it! Plus the one I go to offers spent grounds for your garden👍
I don’t know why I keep giving Starbucks Northern Hotel another try, other than it’s location. The coffee is weak, every time I try to get a dry cappuccino, I get a very weak latte, tastes like steamed milk in a cup that was rinsed with coffee; there are non-service dogs inside, smokers outside; it’s dirty, they never clean the tables or empty the trash; and of course one can never find a seat because individuals sit all day long on their laptops, taking up a four-top table for one person. Pretty much the same at every Starbucks in Loveland-Fort Collins. I’m done with Starbucks.
The cashier was patient and didnt Huff or puff when I was still trying to figure out how I wanted my drink and didnt roll her eyes either. The small thing I didnt like is that there is NOT a bathroom within the store. You have to go through a clothing boutique thats to the right of the store, then through another set of doors, then about 10 feet more to get to the bathroom doors. So from the cashier to the bathroom, its like a 2 minute walk.
There’s always great people watching to be had here due to its placement on a major street corner in Old Town Fort Collins. If you’re coming in during the morning rush, make sure to place a mobile order via the Starbucks app or you’ll be waiting quite a while. The bathroom situation here is a real hassle, as you have to ask for the code from the baristas then walk down a hallway through to the lobby of the main building it’s in.
It was really great. The service was nice
Best Starbucks in northern Colorado! Wonderful staff & perfect drinks every time. Thank you, always!
Staff is great. The problem is half of the time when I go in for breakfast they are out of whatever I want order...
Pretty cool wedge layout. Enough space inside to get work done. Lots of outdoor seating. Staff okay, not too engaging tho..
Come on, its starbucks. of course its good. and they are taking action regarding issues about plastic waste?? amazing.
Good coffee!
Nice employees and an awesome group of HRC canvassers were outside. I loved it.
My kiddo saw a butterbeer frap online and the baristas were happy to oblige. Great service!
Pumpkin creme cold brew was delicious.
This is right by my work so I usually pop in for a coffee as the lines are short and the drinks come up fast. Lots of unique gift ideas for loved ones as well!
I love this place this is my place and the barista Ashley is a very nice person thank you.
Corporate coffee, you know what youre getting and its good.
Coffee at Starbucks always tastes burnt. Beyond that youre always just a number
Great location and service, wouldnt mind some more space at the store.
Always pleasant!
The cashier was very friendly and helpful
Contemporary corner location. Opens early. No restrooms in store, but shared common RR down the hall. Busy.
They were all co-operative kind and happy to serve me. I think I may haave fallen in love with one of them
Until Starbucks Supports law enforcement I will not purchase any Starbucks!
Thanks for making my evenings before work wonderful. Jessey made my night a few weeks ago when I really needed a friendly face!
Always perfect coffee
Good for people watching. Brisas are not the best at knowing the drinks or how to make them. For such a busy store they should know their stuff.
Good coffee and good energy
I thought it was pretty nice to just sit inside because there are a lot of Windows so it feels very open and there is also outdoor seating which I love. It is the perfect place to just people watch or just get a coffee and chill and use the wifi. My only concern is the bathroom is nonexistent inside the Starbucks building, you have to walk through the clothing store next to it to use the bathroom in the hotel nextdoor. (I did not mind walking but for someone who is elderly and who cant walk very far it would probably seem inconvient to them.) The bathroom in the hotel does have a stall for wheelchairs though so at least they have it accessible for handicap. Parking is on a busy street so it is sometimes hard to find. Hope this review helps someone!
Pumpkin spice latte was terrific!
A typical Starbucks. Service was good, coffees were even better. Would come back in the future.
Good place good coffe.
Love my Starbucks. Service is always consistent and drive thru is a perk!
I am here almost everyday..great service
They got my hot chocolate wrong it tasted like coffee
The absolute rudest customer service everytime!! (except that one guy ...) at the drive thru window. At least they are consistent!!
My only complaint is that they dont have there own bathroom, past that, wifi great, the employees are beond expectations, really helpful any kind, the store it self is so clean you could probley eat off the tile floor,
Its a corporate, overpriced, cookie cutter place. We had free gift card.
I mean its Starbucks people you get what you pay for and these highly agglomerated corporate whip-like are just rakin your average Guatemalan plantation owner, Eduardo over the freakin HOT ONES!! THREE STARS. THATS RIGHT IM NOT AFRAID TO SAY WHAT YOI JERKS WONT. STRIKE ME!!!!
The last three times Ive been to this particular location I was helped by the same barista with dark brown hair, who was very rude each time. All three times she messed up my order entirely, which at first didnt bother me much. But three times? She also made me feel stupid and gave me a rude look when I asked her if she could make the drink that I ordered. When she made it again she made it the wrong size and it didnt even taste like a Starbucks product. She also overcharged me once, adding another drink I did not order, and got upset when I told her it was not correct. Will not be returning when she is there.
Fast & friendly
Great place to get a latte and people watch.
Like to hung out here. It’s a plus they have a drive true
Great little corner shop. In old town, friendly staff, but a bit chilly.
The staff is always nice and friendly.
Starbucks coffee is okay but if youre in Fort Collins the homeless are like pigeons in Central Park so just so you know
Fast friendly service.
Very nice decor good customer service great coffe!
