Love this place! One of my favorite breakfast spots. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing!! There is an occasional miscommunication, which mentioned in my previous review, but management addressed it prompty and they have adjusted accordingly. This shows me that they truly care about your experience being a good one which is what customer service is all about!!10/10 I highly recommend to other people!!

Was here for a month n half over the summer and easily became my only spot to get coffee. I tried the other hot joints and they just didnt come close in flavor. Highly recommend the medium hot bumblebee with oat milk.

Love all of their specialty flavored drinks, only thing is that they are really sweet. Everyone is very nice.

Fantastic coffee, customer service, food and atmosphere! I got an iced coffee with lavender and honey as well as a breakfast sandwich - both were delicious!! I would highly recommend getting something to eat and/or drink here.

I really enjoy going to this place.The snacks, sandwiches and tea lattes taste great.However about half the staff seems to not properly follow requests. If you ask for extra something or to do something extra to an item, it will often not get done.Id totally give 5 stars if the staff was a bit more attentive to requests.Worth a visit ither way (:Edit*Since reviewing recently, my complaints have been addressed and I definitely find this spot 5 star worthy. Not only is the food and drinks great; the management really cares about your experience and genuinely works address concerns.

I have gone to The Crooked Cup many times, and have always had good, fast service. The baristas are always sweet and have great recommendations. I like getting a dirty crooked treehugger, and every time I’ve gotten it, the drink has been the same top quality. I love bringing my friends here!

Happened upon (first visit to Fort Collins, CO) this quaint coffee shop while on a morning stroll through “Old Town”….Delicious coffee and kolaches, lovely, warm atmosphere and fantastic service! Incredibly cool spot, all the staff are amazing and its the highlight of my day to come see them. Ive never had a bad drink here. Be sure to tip extra if you order sandwiches (it takes the baristas a lot of time to make). Prices could be a bit lower, but hey, old town rent is expensive.

Really great stop in old town, Fort Collins. Great coffee, and great food. We had an iced soy latte, cold brew, and cappuccino and all were delicious. The cold brew has that perfect berry taste typical of a good blend. The bagel breakfast sandwich and BLT were both delicious. It was quick with great and friendly service. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and it is a smaller coffee shop but on a Sunday morning it wasnt too crowded. Great stop for a quick bite or coffee!

This place makes some fabulous Chi tea!! My absolute favorite in all of FoCo! They have some interesting names for their drinks, but it makes the event of ordering your normal late a little more fun. People behind the counter are always nice, they have plenty of options for folks with allergies or non-dairy consuming diets. It’s my go to for that perfect warm drink!

Ive been twice now. Both the tea and the coffee are great. The kola hes Ive tried are tasty. I just wish there were more vegetarian options.

This is my favorite coffee shop ever. I very rarely like to hang out in coffee shops but frequently find myself coming back to spend time here. All the kolaches are delicious and very unique. The strawberry cream cheese kolache is dangerously good.

I used them through EZCatering for an event, and went in person today. The cinnamon rolls are HUGE! Great pricing. Food was warm upon delivery. Coffee was hot and tasty. Blueberry muffins were large and YUMMY! The blueberries were big too! Very tasty. They gave us individual cream cheeses for the bagels without asking and it was enough to spread all over both sides and then some! The delivery and counter people were so friendly. Restaurant was clean (small if you are going with more than a few people). Highly recommend. YUM! Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and had to leave a review as The Crooked Cup is more than deserving! Staff is always friendly and nail treating their customers the best. Their ham kolache is by far the best I’ve ever had and is a favorited here among anyone who comes in. Their drink and food offerings are on point and help that morning wake up be what it should. If you haven’t been here to support local, get a super chill environment to enjoy while eating or just having a drink you are more than simply missing out and this comes from a longtime patron. Good Chai and snacks but I didnt like the regular coffee. Very nice staff and not large enough if you are in a group of people more than 3.

The coffee is pretty decent for the price. The staff are nice. Not much by way of gluten free things, but if you can have gluten, the bagel sandwiches are fantastic.

Old Town’s best flavored lattes, best breakfast burritos, best breakfast sandwiches, and the best kolaches you have ever had in your life: All served with unparalleled friendliness. I don’t know how they do it. Once I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, and then they realized they were out. I said I would eat another flavor, but NO. They Offered To Open Another Burrito And Rip Up And Sprinkle Bacon Into It For Me. They INSISTED. When I visited with my openly-adopted birthson and his family, he ordered “A cinnamon roll the size of my head,” and they followed through, and he was The Happiest Child. Crooked Cup is the first place I take visiting friends and family, because they ask to go there immediately. I’ve been ordering here regularly for a year, and I have not been disappointed. Wonderful, thoughtful, memorable. 10/10.

Amazing place! I just went for the first time today, I have had their cinnamon rolls prior (super good) I had a kolache-AMAZING. The latte I got (the crooked pearl, white chocolate, lavender and almond!!) Was one of the best I have ever had. Will absolutely be back, everyone should go!All of the staff were very nice too!!

This is my favorite coffee shop ever. The most depressing part of moving to boulder for me was that I wouldn’t get crooked cup as often. I love that they have a large selection of tea lattes since I do not drink coffee. Most places tea options are bland and boring. Crooked cup has a great selection of drinks/food. I see some people complaining about price although I think their prices are fair. They use good ingredients and they don’t fill half the cup full of ice so you are actually getting a lot. Most of the time the staff is pleasant and prompt and usually consistent. No business is perfect but crooked cup is consistent and that’s what counts.

The best coffee shop in all of foco hands down!!! I like coffee but am more of a tea fan, so I seriously appreciate their extensive/creative list of tea lattes :) the crooked pick me up w/ chamomile makes my mornings better by far! (plus, theyre one of the few shops that offer oat milk)

The Crooked Cup is a cute little cozy cafe. Definitely nothing particularly special about it, besides how empty it tends to be... The staff are super nice but there appears to be a high turnover rate due to poor management. Enjoy the basic atmosphere, but the entire display case is fake, and after some inquiries into the business I felt like I was getting a mixed message. My experience there gave me the feeling the business was less genuine than the impression theyre trying to convey.

I love this little cafe. Everyone who works here is very nice, and so is the owner. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is delicious. Perhaps the strongest selling point of this cafe is its large selection of drinks and specialty drinks. I love all of the concoctions on their menu.

I am in search of the best mocha (no whip) in Fort Collins. While there is no clear winner as of yet, The Crooked Cup on W. Oak St., makes a deliciously memorable mocha that is well balanced and isnt heavy on the chocolate like one particular competitor in town. I cant speak for the food or other drinks, but the mochas and the customer service get five stars. Highly recommended.

Grabbed a tea latte here on a study break. Very solid! I enjoy their tea selection. They have some very interesting drinks on the menu, so Ill be returning to make my way through those. I was surprised at how dark the place was, so be aware of that if you plan on coming here to study. I didnt remember to check for outlets, unfortunately, but I saw a few others there on laptops, so they definitely have WiFi. Kind of a narrow place that makes you feel like youre on display to the counter staff, but overall not uncomfortable. Location is just slightly out of the way, but that can be kind of nice on a busy day.

Owner is definitely a Crook, he deliberately stole from my family and lies about everything, beware of doing any type of business with Gabe Armstrong, you have been warned. Any info on his whereabouts is greatly appreciated, as legal matters are pending.

This place has the most delicious coffee in all of northern Colorado. They had a stand at the library when I went to school at FRCC, and I LIVED for the moments I could go get my caffeine fix. The people who work there are so amazing and kind, and I cannot stress how amazing the drinks are. Do yourself a favor and go get yourself a Crooked Englishmen. You wont regret it.

This place is one of Old Town Fort Collins’ best coffee and snack shops. I am obsessed with their Honey, Cinnamon and vanilla latte. Their kolaches are so yummy you must try one!

In the high competition coffee community of Fort Collins the Crooked Cup stands out. They have a homey feel to the store, good service and products. The little shop in the Front Range community college is pretty cool too!

When in old town, this is my coffee shop of choice. I will admit that I prefer coffee shops with good atmosphere and good people. This is make or break for me. Crooked Cup as both. Highly recommend.
