I love Lima and their staff. They are always helpful and cheery, and have great recommendations for when you don’t know what to get. My favorite thing to get is a lavender dirty chai. They are very prompt about getting orders out. It’s a cute little place to go in the mall!

I love Lima coffee! For one, their coffee is so incredibly fresh and has a beautiful verity of flavor. Secondly, everyone who works there has always been so sweet and personable. I feel incredibly lucky to work at mall, I go get Lima coffee about 3 or 4 times a week. They remember who I am and just how I like my drinks! Thank you guys for a great experience every time!

I tried Lima once or twice when I moved to Fort Collins in December and enjoyed it. However, yesterday I had the opportunity to speak with Amanda, one of the owners, and it sold Lima for me. It was truly one of the most genuine interactions I’ve had with anyone since moving here and meant a lot to me. The coffee was wonderful, the service was wonderful, and the location should NOT make you apprehensive. I was weary of going into the mall just to grab a cup of coffee, but parking is easily accessible and supporting the Lima family is worth the time. I cannot wait to get a bag of beans the next time I go!

The Lima Coffee Bar is such a great spot to stop in and grab a coffee or meet a friend to hang out for a while. The baristas are so nice and the atmosphere is great. Its not your usual spot for a coffee bar, but dont let that fool you. Its absolutely one of the best places for coffee in town.

Love this place! It’s in the middle of a mall but there’s plenty of seating indoors and outside as well. Loved our oat milk lattes and they have a fair number of fun syrup options. I was going to order an oat milk mocha but the barista made sure to mention that the mocha sauce contains dairy so I was able to order vanilla instead — much appreciated! I also believe their drinkware is compostable which is always nice.

Super cute modern coffee shop in the mall, the customer service is very good and everyone who works there is super friendly. I love the seasonal flavors and their creative drinks like the upside down latte. Also a very photogenic place, cute coffee mugs and cups for pictures!

Lima is a wonderful coffee spot! The excellent service, delicious drinks and yummy food are a great shining beacon in the otherwise dim and pathetic Foothills “mall”. It’s totally worth coming in just for the coffee and company, they’re great! Highly recommend the frozen hot chocolates!!! 💙

Coffee is great and customer service is FANTASTIC! I go to Lima because I love their espresso - and today I have another reason!I came in right when they opened, and (because they were finishing their setup) they gave me a free French croissant 🥐 and a drink card just for the extra couple minutes wait! The baristas are super friendly and truly care about quality customer experience!

They care about every step of the process, from where they source their beans, how they are roasted to give the best flavor, and shipping quickly to make sure you get the freshest and best cup of coffee possible. My wife and I are life long coffee drinkers and used to a lot of so-so coffee that is often sold at Premium prices. You know, the kind of coffee you feel you have to force down just to get the caffeine lift? Not so with Lima fresh roasted coffee. Lima coffee is truly a sumptuous delicacy. Its so sad when the cup is empty. Its so good that we only drink it black. Cream or sweetener of any kind would ruin the experience. My sister introduced to this roaster, and their coffee is in my pantheon. They seem to get the roasting right no matter the variety, whether it is a lightly roasted Ethiopian or a medium roast blend, it is all clean flavored and tasty. Give them a try!

Ive ordered from Lima twice now. The first time it was an Ethiopian single origin (Guji), and after a delightful experience, I ordered two the second time (Kichwa Tembo and Huila).Ive found this to be one of the few companies whose tasting notes accurately capture the flavor profile of the coffee. Sometimes youll read things on other websites like, candied oranges, prickly pear, and persimmon, and then when you taste the coffee, its... coffee. Not so with Lima. When I prepared their Kichwa Tembo for the first time, I was like, Wow! Im getting... some kind of fruit, and flowers. Jasmine for sure, and some kind of citrus. I walk over to the bag, read the tasting notes, and to my surprise, Jasmine, Honey, Grapefruit. Whoever authored those descriptions nailed it.Dont be afraid to give Lima a try. Youll be glad you did!
