I have to say The Cart is one of the hidden gems in Fort Collins. The owner and staff are beyond friendly and amazing. I have been here many times and not once had a bad experience, drink, or atmosphere. If I lived closer I would come more often, but will make sure to stop by anytime I can! Bonus is that their Pumpkin latte is all year round! Everyone should try this place out.

This is my go to place at the start of my day when The Alley Cat gets too full. The employees are nice, friendly, and welcoming. They have plenty to offer on their menu. Good space to go to thats conveniently connected to Sprouts.

Dont get icecream here.I paid $5.32 for this. I should have just walked the extra 100 feet and bought a pint at sprouts, and it would have been way better. It also tasted old/freezer burnt. Avoid.

I saw the lady behind the counter lose her mind over some young lady not wearing her mask properly this morning (power trip) like I’ve seen so many places...no big deal, the new normal in Fort Collins, the kicker though is she didn’t think anyone was watching after the incident and proceeded to blast a giant gross sneeze behind the counter blasting EVERYTHING a behind the counter. Unreal. Makes my choice in the future easy.

I was in need of a lift so I headed to The Cart after be work. I got a small frappelate, delish with caramel and a hint of chocolate. Its great that they can decorate the drink without over kill. Because decorations on top of a drink should just be a garnish. Plus, they not only sell a great tea, The Republic of Tea. Also sell flavored syrup, such as Creme de Menthe

Pretty large coffee spot with plenty of seating to hang out with friends or get some reading or work done. Theres even an outdoor seating area to catch some sun on those nice days.

Wide variety of sandwiches for $3.99! Located in Sprouts, with convenient shopping (and ICE CREAM!), if you like. Plenty of upgrades available for a little more, but with so many choices, why spend more? BLT today, all the fixins. wow . . . . quick, tasty, AND inexpensive.

One of many delightfully fancy coffee shops in the mission, and as youd expect, the quality is quite high. The interior space and outside parklet give you options for seating and for what its wort, I like their cups a lot. If you can, dont get your coffee to go.

My favorite coffee in Fort Collins so far, taste-wise. Smooth and rich, not bitter. Great staff and a good place to meet with friends or hold a small business coffee meeting. Its attached to Sprouts, so you can tack on your grocery shopping, too.

I had an amazing experience here. I’m not from town, so I had a hard time finding The Cart (it’s IN Sprouts by the way) so I called. The man on the phone was receptive, bright, and helpful. I told him I’d rather come to The Cart than Starbucks. He told me where they were located. I parked and walked toward the door...and the man on the phone (which happened to be the owner) met me outside on the sidewalk! He introduced himself and was so so so kind. He escorted me to the barista bar and paid for my drink and muffin. The coffee was amazing and the muffin was delicious! I could also tell that the employees love their job, which is a testament to management and the quality of their product. I’ll be returning for sure!

Very cool place! Excellent coffee of course, but they also have stuff from other great local businesses. Burritos from Consuelos, ice cream from Walrus. The owner is always around and talks to everyone, so if you like some social life with your coffee definitely check this place out.

Theyve completely redone this place. Its no longer a tiny cart in the side of Sprouts, its a full on Cafe offering delicious coffee, Sprouts baked goods, and Walrus Ice Cream and shakes(12 flavors if I remember correctly). Go here for your coffee fixtures or breakfast. Theyll also throw a scoop of ice cream in your coffee if you want.

Honestly, I dont know what it is but, Espresso Di Cincotta is my favorite coffee shop in town. This place just feels like home. It has such a great feeling and its my favorite coffee in town. Cute little hang out spot to do homework/work. The ladies there are always very hospitable.

This is my new favorite hangout. A mug which includes a free refill is less than $2. It is a friendly unassuming place and definitely more strip mall than traditional shabby chic coffee shop. The aet on the wall is actually affordable!!

Beautiful renovation, kind and friendly folks, unfortunately my latte was more like warm milk..no flavor. Im guessing if I added a bunch of syrup and more espresso it could be better. Also the coffee was a little bitter for my taste.

It’s a place where everybody knows your name. The espresso is local and the baristas are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you’re a foam fiend then this is the best place in town to get a cappuccino!

This morning my husband surprised me with my favorite latte. Unfortunately it tasted like flavored milk. Honestly, we dont pay six dollars for flavored milk. I added a third of a cup of regular coffee and it was a little better.

I purchased a brewed coffee at 4:15pm today 3/24/15. The place was slow and the one female employee was nice. Unfortunately the brewed coffee was flat empty, so I had to wait for a fresh pot. The employee was unaware it was empty. I would have been ok with this if the coffee had not turned out to be very, very weak. Like brown water kind of weak. I didnt taste it until I was a few miles away since it was also conveniently scalding hot. What a disappointment.

Baristas are always super friendly and make a mean honey latte! Love the casual, neighborly atmosphere.

My Wife and I have a Catering Company called Juli y Juans Kitchen, and we always go here for our meetings. They have a great space inside and outside where the sun in delicious. My wife is Colombian and coffee is so important... We had found it all in this small business. From the owner to their staff, all amazing!! My favorite... Ice Mocca with Whole Milk... and now they also have Icecream & Burrtios !! It is a treat!! =D

Had to go back on what I said before. They were known for staffing really friendly people for a long time, but the owner is a straight bigot (from his own mouth) and I just cant tolerate that kind of behavior any more.
