Always has the best prices for gas in any area! This place is always clean and the place is usually stocked. They accept all wireless pay like Apple Pay, Google Pay or Tap pay. The clerks could be nicer in my opinion but I’m usually just paying at the pump anyway. Definitely a go to place for the cheapest gas in town.

They are usually very fast at checking out, the selection of items is USUALLY good. Some days I cannot get what I want because they are sold out. Also their prices are a little high on most of their products. Overall a decent gas station

Depending on whom is working. All employees but one has been professional. Theres one that always has an attitude. I give 5 stars except when Amber is working. She is NOT a people person. I dont believe Ive ever seen her be nice to anyone.

I usually go out of my way for a Maverik but I probably wont be coming here again. I really wanted a coffee and cinnamon roll but all the coffee machines were down, no cinnamon rolls and no receipt paper at the pump. Not to mention the place was pretty gross. Take some pride in your store.

Nothing convenient about this place. The employees will stand and finish their conversation before acknowledging customers building up. Their card readers at the pumps never work correctly. Always have to see cashier. Pain in the a$$. My husband and I will be spending our money somewhere else!

Today they are SLAMMED !!!!! The Employees are working hard !! Doing a GREAT JOB as there are only 2 of them to handle a massive crowd. Keep it up !!

One of the places I can get a decent price for high octane. I use this in all my gas powered outdoor equipment.

Its a clean store which is the only reason I gave more than one star. Aside from that, visiting this place always ruins my day. The employees are miserable, working at this location must be the most horrifyingly terrible experience judging from the the way they behave. I feel so bad for them and I try not to take it personal that theyre so obviously disgruntled and unhappy. One day maybe they will be free of this awful gas station which has caused them such pain and suffering, and the conglomerate that currently employs them can move on to testing shampoo on baby bunnys or something equally horrible.

Used to love this place but lately the cashiers have become the rudest cashiers around. The deli employees always great. But after tonight I wont be back. The chunky gal with the bright red face is the worst and customers do not deserve the treatment. She is crazy or on some kind of bad drugs.

This gas station does not have a functional number online. I have heard from possible employees that there is a number but corporate will not change it for the public to use which in my opinion shows a sign of terrible customer service so I refuse to go to this gas station till theyre willing to show that customer service matters. Act like your customers matter at least you will not get my business until you do.

The service is hit or miss. I come from the western slope where maverik has become one of the most dominant gas stations and they are fantastic. Rewards program pays you out quickly for gas, cold drinks, hot food etc. However I find their portions smaller than any other location that I have ever been too and 9 times out of 10 I have to order a bowl because they do not keep up with the demand while 13 burritos that no one want sit and get soggy and soft in the heater. I will continue to return but I wish they would make more locations and audit this one.

As a stranded, medically disadvantaged customer...I was bullied a and made to leave rhe property and lied to by the maitenance guy ..the whole thing ..is on camera....I callledcustomer service ...rhey placed me at risk had to be taken by ambulance to much emergency ..where the suffering continued..

I loved my experience here. They have good food and real gas without ethanol. The only problem I had was there was a drug addict from the hotel behind it inside acting a fool but thats beyond the store ability to discriminate. I will be going back. They have so much here other stores dont. I hope this review helps.

Horrible, 3 people behind the counter, 10 people in line, one register open. They open a new register and wait on people that just walked in, not the 10 people that had been standing in line for 20 minutes.Never go there again.

The virus precautions are beyond insane. The condiments for making coffee are kept at the register. So now instead of just me getting the condiments, the person WHO TOUCHES ALL THE MONEY now has to touch the condiments for me. Not that Im scared of a virus with a 99.89 percent recovery rate, because Im not. Besides, wearing a cloth mask to protect yourself from a virus is like erecting a chain link fence around your house to keep out mosquitoes. Wearing cloth masks and gloves when you just touch everything is pointless. I will not be returning here.

The pumps, parking lot, shop and bathrooms were very clean! This was a perfect stop on our long road trip drive. Staff was very kind.

Bad customer service eating behind register not washing hands then refused me a sale because I was paying with a $100 bill. Nowhere does it state that I cant use big Bills then the rude kids got attitude hes luck Id go to jail for dragging him out of the store.

Has everything you might want while on vacation. The grill food is good and they have a cinnamon in the store. Fuel prices are fair and they have ethanol free gas. Bathrooms are clean and they have security officer who knows what he is doing to keep the riff-raff from bothering the customers. The night shift is friendly, helpful and professional. Beer is ice-cold. They accept EBT.

This place was great when I first opened. But now look at their drink display. There’s open spots everywhere and they are never stocked! Also their gas prices were great when they first opened. But now they are up to shell prices. This place is a joke now. I will go elsewhere even though it’s by far the closest gas station.

Have always had good service with a smile here. And they have Cinnabon! Yummy.. that alone is a reason to stop!

Great store with lots of variety. Would give it 5 stars but the employees seem to not have a sense of urgency in serving you. Ive visited the store frequently since its opening and each time Ive had to wait on an employee to get to the register, finish unpacking a box or mopping the floor before they take care of ringing me up or taking a food order. They are all usually friendly, but this is a convenience store where people are in a hurry to get in and get out. Also would suggest they extend the time they make fresh pizza and tacos, current time is 6pm With that being said, the pizza is great and Maverick is a great facility!

Poor customer service. Really rude. Make jokes about people and honestly dont even bother to work hard. They just hire bums to work and it shows. Bunch of low lifes who work there and dont ever bother to show customer grattitude. Never pumping gas or buying from that gas station again.

Clean new gas station. Inside is nice and big. Clean in and around gas station. Bathrooms from what I have experienced are very clean. The traffic light coming and going from gas station can be very congested at times during peak traffic hours. I recommend this Mavericks.

This is a great location with competitively priced gas and excellent food/drink options. Ive noticed multiple times though that there is only one employee at the registers while there is a line of around 10 people. The employee will be friendly and working fast, but sometimes looks overwhelmed. It would be nice to see two people on the registers.

Told one of the employees that the coke in the fountain machine was out, he said ok and then proceeded to stand at the counter and do nothing. Didnt tell you for the heck of it.

Very friendly staff. The rewards program is nice. Every 10 items that you purchase in a certain category gets you a free item. For example every 10 energy drinks gets you a free one. Bonfire Grill is really good for a gas station food place, and Cinnabon is good also. If youre looking for prize giveaways they always have a contest for many different items. Overall a really nice gas station.

This place is a joke! The employee working at about 925 pm on July 6th is a complete coward. NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! Told the police my sober driver was drinking. Got pulled over before we left the parking lot. Wasting tax payer dollars, the time of the police on a Saturday night, and not to mention he was the rudest employee in northern Colorado. I would rather run out of gas and push my truck passed the Maverick instead of dealing with the unprofessional staff again. Thanks for the hassle!!

Usually great people working but if you get off late dont go there after 9 pm!! Junkie cant figure out how to work the scanner then makes me go grab another so they can make sure they charge me for it only to forget to put THAT ONE PARTICULAR ITEM in the bag!! I mean my bad for not checking before i left but seriously?! You have ONE job. If youre going to go out of your way to make sure you charge me for something at least have the decency to give me said item. Crack head.

Rico is the only person I ever see working. Someone should promote him, his manager has made one appearance when I was there. And she was rude and completely ignored me at the front counter. 5 stars for rico, 0 stars for maverik.

This would be a great store if they had different people working there. I was offended - if I would have had my grandkids with me I would have walked out immediately. The manager (I think - bc she was bragging about being there 12 hours a day) kept telling people about all the weight she had lost and one of the cashiers said “you better get off that pipe!”A young man was paying at the other register and the lady cashier and the manager started teasing him about all his “baby mama’s”. The manager then dragged him over to the contraceptive aisle and told him he needed to buy some. It was ridiculous! I am not a complainer but bc I really like Maverik I think someone should know about this.

Was told I couldnt come in without a mask when other people were in there without one, very rude service not polite at all, dont like your job quit!

I love mavericks but this was by far the worst experience I ever had!!!! when I showed up for a late night snack I asked lady if she had nachos she told me if they had cheese left witch is fine but her attitude was terrible once finding the nacho station I built my nachos and she continued to give me dirty looks when doing so I got in line to wait to be checked out she popped in the register and checked me and my belongings out but was very rude and inappropriate to the point where I do not want to go back to this Maverick ever again, I even had To ask for a bag when I had more items and I could carry she ruledly through a bag at me to where I had to bag my own items, called the next customer up to where I was feeling very uncomfortable!!! I understand people of badd days but this was very badd customer service I hope you guys change this in the future!!!

Right off of I-25 Great pizza, and Cinnabon is amazing. Playground is great for kids to get some energy out.

I come here often and each time it gets worse and worse. There is always a line of at least 10 people that extends so far you dont even know where it ends, with only one person working the register. They are always rude and I am really surprised on the rare occasions one of them is remotely friendly. I used to come here everyday for mt daily drink/snack but you guys are horrible and unwelcoming. I will be going out of my way to another store just so I dont have to be treated as an inconvenience to you. You all should be ashamed.

Although I live in Ft. Collins, I would think this would be a nice place to stop for gas coming up I25. Plenty of pumps, very clean, a lot of choice for drinks of all kinds, including milk shakes. Fresh baked pizza, sandwiches, and my favorite Cinnabons.

Maverik gas stations are a SCAM in every way. My car dont run very well on that crappy gas, soda pops taste like salt, chocolate is stale, people that work cant count change. Try another gas station.

I come to this gas station 3-4 times a week while I’m working . It’s not a bad gas station . Clean, fresh food, staff is generally on top of things . The gas prices are usually okay some times a bit high . Overall though great gas station . Only thing I wish was that had a more consistency with there ice orders still isn’t to big of deal . Definitely if you work in the patch and need a gas station to use on your way to new Raymer or some place in the sticks this would be the place to stop.

The first time I went in there it seemed like a very nice gas station. Except the lady Christine who was working was extremely disrespectful. Knockin our items over, leaving it for us to pick up. Rolling her eyes when we signed up for the maverick reward points. We were supposed to get a free drink for doing so but it woldnt ring up free....she didnt want to help figure it out so we paid for it anyway. Making us feel like a inconvenience . The second time I was there we were buying eggs for 99 cents..it was ringing up full price. Christine refused to change the price then said Then dont fuc**** get it I agreed and didnt want the item. I then got kicked out while my friend proceeded to buy the rest of the items. I feel very disrespected and i feel she was treating us very poorly. The only 2 times Ive ever been in there Ive been treated as such and its not okay. Christine should not work at a nice gas station like the maverick. Makes something so nice look so shi***

Waited 20 mins to be helped because the woman working decided she needed to count all 4 drawers before helping customers. She saw us before she started her drawers, and then proceeded to be as slow as possible.

Nice place in an area of fort collins that needed one. With that being said....great variety of drinks, a milkshake maker, flavored coffees and if your lucky, hot coffee and (sometimes) fresh brewed iced tea.Some downsides....the burritos arent anything special and dont leave a lasting impression. (THEY ARE BLAND) The cinnabon station jacked up their prices (raised one minibon pack by four bucks--Cheyenne TA is cheaper) and promised us discounts every month but have failed to follow through on that promise (in other words...THEY LIED), they gave us one day with a discount instead, their cheeseburgers, mini tacos, and chicken sandwiches are cheaper elsewhere (try 7-11), the app doesnt even work despite emailing customer service...(never got back to me), and the street tacos arent that great.....For the XXL drinks, they have rude little bitches there that state its actually 45 ounces thus, it doesnt qualify for the 99c refills. (7-11 its 99c refills regardless) I didnt even ask, HARVEY decided to try and give me a lecture about it. And they so wont tell me when the manager comes in.My souvenir cup is the equalvant of a large cup but they are trying to scam me to pay 1.39!!! Incompetence astounds me...Plus, the customer support number doesnt work and the other number is just automated message...Good gas station with obvious, pathetic flaws

Go in regularly. Staff is nice. All useless or unfriendly employees seem to have weeded themselves out. Line can sometimes get very long but its a high volume establishment

Manager/assistant manager very rude and unfriendly. i have been visiting this location quite often and everyone was nice at first, then one day i went in and got the cold shoulder from all the help but especially the manager, i dont know why because i have never been rude or disrespectful to anyone there. prices are very high, never enough staff behind the counter to keep customers helped, they are usually outside smoking or standing around talking
