Just had almost all of our windows and doors replaced by Greyrock and they did a fantastic job. The wait was a bit long (4 months) but so is everything these days. The installers were friendly and professional and the cost was super competitive. We got much higher quality for less cost than several other companies we got estimates from. 10/10 recommend.

Door was due to be installed in Sept. I called salesman in Oct 4 times. 1st time said his contact was on vaca, 2nd call he said corporate had no internet, 3rd n 4th call he never returned. Called Provia directly they told me production delays but door sched to start build next week. Finally got door installed. Installers didnt have trim in truck. Ive now called 4 times to Greyrock n NEVER get a return phone call. To add insult to injury side light has a ding in it. I do NOT recommend Greyrock - plenty of other competition that hopefully offers better customer service.

Great experience with the folks at Greyrock. We replaced two doors in our house and both have been a great addition. They were actually able to replace sizes that other companies couldnt even work with. Dave kept us up to date throughout the pandemic with the expected delays. Install was quick and cleaned up really well. Sliding door with a doggie entrance was very well received by our pups.

They were closed. They need to update hours of operation.

I highly recommend getting a quote from Greyrock! I am not one to normally write reviews, but I need to let people know about my experience with Greyrock Windows. My new windows and sliding door were installed yesterday, and I am so happy with the work! From my first meeting with the owner, Bill Walsh, I could tell that he was not only extremely knowledgeable, but very honest and he sincerely had my best interest in mind. My consultation was very informative and low pressure. Then, at my request, He quickly measured all of my windows and entered data into his tablet as he went. I had a good idea of my cost within in minutes, and received an official quote within a couple of days. When my installation day arrived, I was equally as impressed with the Greyrock Window Installers. Bill and his two installers met me at my house and we walked through the project together. I was very pleased by how professional the installers were. They were extremely talented and clean, and left behind nothing but some great looking windows and a sliding door. I saved money and could not be more pleased with the work!

We have had Greyrock install a new front door as well as replace all the windows in our house. Bill was very friendly and gave us a very fair price for excellent quality materials. The installers, Brandon and Logan, were fantastic. They worked quickly but carefully and we wonderful with our golden retriever who wanted to help. I dont hesitate to recommend them at all.

STOP LOOKING AROUND AND GO WITH THEM! Seriously, My house got killed in a hailstorm. I met with several window people and endured the condo time-share, storm chaser style sales pitches from other companies. My experience with Greyrock has been amazing. It started with Bill, the owner, coming to my house to explain windows to me after hearing the big companies sell to me; his honesty was refreshing. Eric measured my place perfectly. Tracey, on the phone and at the office, kept me in the know. Kenny, Logan and Jeremy didnt just install my new windows, they absolutely took great care to make sure the job was done right. I was so impressed I bought them lunch and tipped them out! UNREAL! The windows look amazing. I was hella nervous about the process, they made it look easy. Buy local! These people know replacement windows and patio doors. Honestly, how many companies do you do business with where you know everyones names? Hire them.

From the owner Bill on down the line to the installers, a 5 star experience. The sales associate Dave Orbegoso showed up on time. I showed him the windows and a sliding glass door that was needed and he went right to work with the measurements. He was very knowledgeable and didnt try to sell me the cow when all I needed was a gallon of milk. The owner Bill showed up at installation and made sure everything was being done to my satisfaction and was there to answer any questions. It was closer to 8 weeks (as for-mentioned by Dave) but well worth the wait. The price was right, and the quality was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality at a fair price in Window replacement.Thank you Bill and Dave for making this a smooth operation. Bill the owner was always on time, professional, thorough, and even made a special trip out when I wanted to see the demo window again before deciding. I am very happy that I chose them to do the window install for my whole house. The installers Jeremy and Logan were great to work with !! They were friendly and professional and do top notch work ! Their attention to detail is unprecedented and the quality of the finished product looks amazing! They left my house spotless and you couldn’t even tell they were there other than having fabulous new windows ! I would highly recommend them to anyone, they beat the big box stores on pricing and it’s always great to shop local !!

This was one of the worst experiences Ive had in a while. I had a damaged single windows that needed to be replaced in our bedroom. Installer came out for measurements on November 5th. For a high efficiency window it was going to be about 700 dollars installed. He told me it would be 6-8 weeks to get it installed due to some nonsense about being custom made etc. I said fine. They took a 50% deposit that day and charged my card. After 9 weeks I heard nothing. So I called them and magically they needed more measurements right away on a Saturday. Translation: they likely completely forgot the order all together. The owner of the company said this would be 1.5 weeks to get taken care of. His name is Bill. Today is 3 weeks later. Total is over 12 weeks since they took my money. Again Ive heard absolutely nothing. I reversed the charge on my credit card this morning. These people are a complete joke. Shop elsewhere.
