The windows are just fantastic! An excellent product and were delivered and installed ahead of schedule! Kim and Juan Lara and their crew were just great and we couldn’t be happier! Thanks also to Clark Mase and Don Borden for making the process go so smoothly.

Nexgen replaced all my windows and a sliding glass door with the Marvin Infinity (fiberglass) model.The crew kept the inside of the house very clean but made a big mess outside. They used a Sawzall to remove the old vinyl windows and now I have tiny vinyl pieces scattered all over my yard and mulch with no easy to way to clean it up. The caulking is a big part of the finish quality for this kind of window replacement job; unfortunately, there were a few windows with sloppy caulking.A few of the windows have a grey foam tape sticking out of the corners. The installation crew said that this tape was used the manufacturing process and that I could trim it out if I wanted (which isn’t really my job). I tried that, but there is still a gap in the frame with the tape visible inside. The sliding glass door was expensive, but the quality doesn’t match the price from my perspective. I would explore other options for replacement doors.

We’ve had our NexGen windows for about a year now. In the winter time when all of our other windows had condensation, the new ones didn’t. The product is excellent. We even saw a reduction in our heating bill. Ted is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

When replacing all of our windows, the company we were using could not change four windows into two long ones, saying they would be too big. Nexgen’s frames were stronger and they were able to make the two long windows, eliminating the 8” space between. It made a world of difference in our living room! We wish we had used Nexgen for all of our windows!!!!Everyone at Nexgen has been terrific - from Ted, the sales person to the installers.We now have another project so I immediately contacted Nexgen.

These guys are simply amazing to work with. From the moment Ted came out to estimate our project, all the way through installation, they have been a class act. We replaced every opening in our home (20+ windows) with custom, ebony on ebony, Marvin Infinity windows. Brent, the owner made sure each step in the process was communicated and that we were comfortable with everything along the way. The installers were great guys too. They went out of their way to communicate their comings and going’s. We have kids and we were living in the home during install. They were very courteous and kind to our boys (even when my kids HAD to stick their fingers in the fresh black silicone...). Superior service, installation, and product. Nex-Gen did a full window replacement on our two story home in Fort Collins on October 2020. Two months later, everything is still perfect about them. We chose many different window types for the house (double hung, awning, casement, half moon, sliders, oriels) and changed our minds several times through the design process including adding two new window openings. The thing that impressed us most about Nex-Gen was their patience through our design changes and that they ordered everything exactly right in the end. We met with 5 other window replacement companies to get bids. We ended up going with Nex-Gen due to their full frame installation (vs pocket) and the fiber glass Marvin windows having a slimmer profile and better heat tolerance for direct sunlight. We were really glad we went with Nex-Gen once the design process started because of the customization options and excellent customer service. The final installation quality and result was superb. We love our new windows!

We had Nex-Gen install our Infinity windows some time back was very pleased with the service and love the windows. We had hail damage on the lower trim and needed repairs called and set a date for the work, Mike showed up at the set time and went to work. Very professional in his time and work,They look just like new once more. Great windows and even better service. The quality of Infinity and the service from Nex-Gen was the best.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. There was lots of communication and they patiently answered all of my questions. However, they didnt warn me about how much dust there would be. I would have done much more prep ahead of time than they recommend: remove all fabrics from the rooms (rugs, bedding, towels, etc). The installation crew even put my blinds back up. Very good quality windows. They fixed all of my water damage.

NexGen replaced 3 windows in my patio home. The quality was what I was looking for in windows. The installers did a good job and left the inside and outside of the windows looking professional and well installed.

This is a great business. They really went above and beyond!! Tom did a wonderful job coming in at the price I needed as a single mom! He wasn’t pressuring and was respectful of my budget. The installers were friendly and even went to Home Depot for touch up paint and made and printed new trim. They left the rooms cleaner than they were when they arrived! Nex-Gen did a great job with my sliding glass door replacement. I chose the Everwood finish so we could match our previous oak decor. The Marvin glass door is very solid and looks great. I loved being able to inspect all the hardware in Nex-Gens showroom before our purchase. The work was very professional and the price was very good. As with any company, it does pay to inspect the work while it is in progress. I was able to have them fix a nit-picky concern during the install.

2006 we moved into the home our dreams. A view of the Wind River Mountains from large windows. But the draft was unwanted.Ted and Brent fixed that in short order. I had these guys install a sliding glass door. It was spring so couple weather glitches. They got the job done and their attention to detail was amazing. Great customer service. Always took care of any details that needed to be done. If I have any other window work that needs to be done I will be calling these guys.

The team at Nex Gen were great! Ted was a great salesmen, Shelby was super with the customer service side of things. Clark was great after the install, he came by after and inspected all the windows and doors, he noticed a small tear on one of the screens, the crew will come back out and take care of it, free of charge. The install crew were awesome, they showed up early, took care of the install, and our dogs did not get out while they were here. Overall a very great company, would recommend them anyone!

A few years ago, Nex-Gen installed double-hung windows for our sunroom and its really made the space so enjoyable. Good quality windows for a good value, and very professional service. Its made such a difference weve decided to use them again to replace our leaky aluminum basement windows with vinyl. Really looking forward to the improvement.

We visited the Nex-Gen showroom in Fort Collins. The salesman was helpful and informative but not pushy. We had another salesman visit us at home and give us some ideas. He asked for our business but was not pushy. He understood that I was dealing with the death of my father, and also understood that we were in the middle of refinancing, and he and his supervisor worked with us in a patient and polite manner. When the windows arrived the efficient and polite crew did the installation in 2 days. A week later two painters arrived and carefully painted the inside framework for us. During a recent severe cold spell we noticed an improvement in how our house retains heat better and our north-facing windows no longer are cold. We also noticed that we dont hear as much vehicle noise as we did before. We are happy customers of Nex-Gen Windows in Fort Collins.

A major hailstorm damaged all the windows in our home so we needed our wood casement windows replaced. We were dreading this major undertaking. Worried and frustrated about buying windows, dont be with NEX-GENWe moved to Loveland 3 years ago and knew we needed windows for our home (39 windows). We went to one company and had them install 5 windows and a French door, we were frustrated with the company and the installation, the company never got back to us on issues with installation, let me say, my husband had to run out after the guys before they left because we could not get one of the windows to close and it was raining out. Other issues we had uneven install to the drywall, handle missing we even had to give the guys some wood from my husband’s shop to finish the French door because they did not bring enough wood (will never use them again).NEX-GENMy daughter and I stopped by NEX-GEN Home Exteriors show room, when we walked in we did not feel pressured by the people at the show room so I gave them my phone number. They called the next day and set up an appointment (BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE). From the sales person to the person who took the measurements and who can forget the great installers (we did have one miscommunication, it was taken care of within a couple of days). I definitely plan to have NEX-GEN out next year for our next phase of windows to be installed. All I can say is “don’t worry” NEX-GEN will take care of you.Adding to my previous comment it is the next year (July 2017) so I contacted NEX-GEN to come out and install a few more windows. It is so nice to know I will be working with the same people I did last year my mind is at rest, no worries on how will they do or the disappointment I might have. We had our home resided and installed new storm door and main entry door. From 1st appointment for estimate we were treated with respect and felt no pressure to to make a quick decision or pressure to buy. We learned a lot from Ted our salesman who saved us several thousand dollars by explaining that not everything had to be replaced. When we made our final decision and placed our order everything moved along very smoothly. Brent, the owner of the company was responsive to our questions and has a wonderful office staff to efficiently handle anything that might come up. Questions and calls were returned promptly. Delivery and installers we equally efficient. They worked hard only stopped for a short lunch break and worked from sun up until sundown. Nex-Gen replaced our 34 year old kitchen window and patio door and we are very impressed with the quality of the Infinity products. We have a fixer upper and had a few different brands of windows and doors installed. We did it in phases. We had some new vinyl windows installed and later a few Infinity from Marvin windows installed. The difference between the vinyl and Infinity is incredible. We later had an Infinity patio door installed. The Infinity quality is like no other! The noise reduction and temperature difference is very noticeable. They provide a bigger view and glide like butter! We will only go with Nex-Gen and Infinity from here on out! In addition, Nex-Gen’s team is wonderful. Nex-Gen Windows & Home Exteriors replaced 22 original windows (from the 1960s) in our home. Several of the windows are oversized. We are very pleased with our window experience. Ted has come out several times to check on the progress of the windows. I know this was not an easy job, but the windows look terrific. They took out a large patio door and replaced it with a custom bay window. I cannot speak to how they install siding, but I would expect they would install with the same quality service.Their window installer, Shane was very professional and said he would not leave until everything is right. I would recommend Nex-Gen to my colleagues and friends.

We have had our infinity by Marvin windows now since March of 2020, and I love the professional look of the windows. They were very responsive and friendly through the entire process, the windows had cut our energy bill almost in half. The price of the windows are well worth what you get.

Nex Gen replaced 6 windows in our 30 year old house and we couldnt be happier. Thier communication was top notch and they delivered when they said they would. The installers were courteous and professional and did a great job. I am an extremely picky person but can honestly say I found absolutely nothing wrong with their quality of work. Once finished they cleaned up so well you couldnt even tell they had been here other than seeing new windows. The painters also did an excellent job painting the new interior and exterior trims and cleaning up. If you are looking for quality windows, not big box store windows, Nex Gen is the way to go.

We called Nextgen regarding window replacement for our kitchen remodel because I wanted to eliminate the half moon windows above our kitchen sink and replace with just regular rectangular windows. Ted came out and after a quick assessment told us that we should go in another direction to benefit our project and financial investment. I can’t say enough about how helpful Ted was! We had 11 poorly installed, builder grade windows replaced in our 20 year old home. What a difference! The ordering process was much easier than expected and the installation went very smoothly. Everyone was very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Nex-Gen!

We had our builder grade windows replaced by Next Gen a few years ago and are still in love with them. We used them again to replace our windows in our dining room and thy put in beautiful bow window and a stunning picture window in our living room. Their service and quality are excellent and we would use them again.

Friendly staff & great windows

I have worked with Nex-Gen on two projects: windows and siding. The sales team and contractors were all respectful and paid attention to details. My only complaint is how long it took to get the materials. The management took note of this when I was asked about my satisfaction. Otherwise, the installment was done well and within a reasonable time frame. Thanks for the good work.

We worked with Jason and Brent and their install team in 2015 at our historic 1906 cabin in Estes Park, and had a fantastic experience. So much so that we are engaging them again on a second project! The window quality is outstanding, and the customer service is second to none!

We have purposely waited to write this review. Our InfinityWindows were installed last July, 2019.We have now gone through a summer and winter with them. There have been so many positivesOn these windows. Our heating bills were down $30-40 per month through the winter. The house no longer felt drafty and cold. Summer good test was our master bedroom on the west side was stifling on hot days. No longer then case. the AC does not run nearly as much, and actually shuts off! My tracks on my windows are dirt free and no longer caked with mud after a long winter. Also external noises have diminished dramatically, the house is quiet.Installation in the heat of the summer went well. Crew did there best to keep invasive material out of the house. No way it all could stay out, but they did excellent job of clean up. Very respectful at all times. Me gen is back again. We had some windows and a glider replaced. They did such a wonderful job that when recent hail storm damaged other windows (NOT theirs!) we had them come out to replace some more. Ted is wonderful - carefully explains and clearly informs. Brent is an ultimate professional. Highly recommend.

My wife and I received high-quality, friendly, and conscientious service from this family-owned business, beginning with Teds initial visit, through Brents critical measurements visit, to Rick and crews window installation. All appointments were promptly kept. We had eight medium-sized aluminum-frame windows replaced, with the whole process taking less than a day. The installation crew was neat and cleaned up more than once as they worked. They were particularly attentive to the needs of our four cats, which had to be kept isolated and away from empty window openings. The combined warranties from the Marvin company and Nex-Gen appear to be quite comprehensive. When one of the newly installed windows turned up a minor defect in the glass, Ricks immediate response was to inform us hed write up a warranty service form and get the sash replaced in two to three weeks. We recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacement.

We had windows replaced by Nex-Gen. The windows operate very smoothly and block most of the heat from the sun. The installers, Iswad and Drew were very conscientious. They put coverings on the floor and furniture. They kept everything nice and tidy as they worked and even vacuumed when they were done.

We had several demos and estimates done by the competition and after the sticker shock we decided to do a Google search for window replacement based on customer reviews. We found Next Gen exteriors with the highest customer satisfaction. The salesman was amazing,low pressure, informative, and friendly. We had 8 windows and two sets of sliding glass doors replaced and the whole job was done in a day and half. It has been about two weeks since the job was completed and we could not be happier. Ted was wonderful to work with and the install team was excellent. Very professional and friendly guys. We did our main floor and loved our new windows so much we called the next week to order/schedule the remainder of the windows in our home. Cleaning will be so easy I am actually looking forward to washing windows now!

Called to set up an appointment to meet with someone about replacing two doors in our home. Was told they would not come out and meet with me unless my husband was present because the “decision maker” needed to be there. I was planning on making the decision. I will not be using this sexist company.

We bought a couple of Windows from nexgen 4 years ago the infinity picture Windows they did a wonderful job we loved them. We like them so well we are going to have them replace the rest of the Windows in our house this month. Jason sold them to us the first time and Ted is selling them to us this time, they are both amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Nexgen for your replacement windows.

Glad we choose Next Gen! We had some of the other major companies come out and give us estimates. They seemed ok with decent prices, but we didnt get that feeling like they really wanted our business and they were just doing there job.Then we saw the reviews for Next Gen and gave them a call. We cant say enough good things about Ted the sales rep who explained everything really well to us and treated is like an old friend. It was great with none of the pressure sales that the other companies used, like if you dont sign up you would be missing out on some amazing deal! He simply showed us his windows, talked about the company and gave us a better price than the competitors. I liked the windows better than the other ones that we were shown from the other companies. He literally could have just set the sample window down and we would have been sold. It just looks like a more solid product with more benefits. The other deciding factor was that this was a close knit company and you didnt feel like you were just a piece in an assembly line.Took about 4 weeks from sale to installation. 4 man crew came and again they were more like friends than some guys installing the windows. They were very polite and were more than willing to explain anything we had questions about. Our salesman Ted showed up during the install to make sure we were happy with how things were going. (Above and beyond the call of duty) .In the end we paid less for 7 windows and a sliding glass door with a dog door cut into the glass then we would have with the competition and we felt like we mattered the entire process and even had Ted check back with us the day after the install to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the whole process. We are 110% satisfied with our window and doors, and with Next Gen.Thank you Next Gen team! Nex Gen presented the best product by specification with the Anlin Windows . They werent the cheapest, but by far the best value. The professionalism of the craftsmanship, sales process and installation process was refreshing. I am 100% satisfied.

Brent chose a stain that matches the wood in our house and no visitor has done other than rave about how beautiful the windows look.
