Raynor just installed our new door and opener, and it was a great experience altogether. The configuration on our old door created some unexpected issues with installation, and everyone we worked with -- Jewelie, Stevens, and Scottie (sp?) -- was very helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to getting it done right. I have been a customer since 2004 when we bought our house and needed maintenance on the existing opener, and I am now a devoted customer for life.
We recently moved to Fort Collins and before we could close on our new home, we had to replace our garage door and time was limited. We had great sales service who walked us through our options and with expert installation we meet our closing date and are very happy with our decision to hire Front Range Raynor Door.
If I could give 0 I would. This is one of the worst company’s in Colorado. Much better off dealing with Home Depot.
Thus far highly unimpressed, we have been in on (3) occasions, had their representative visit our home and still no quote. I was referred to Raynor by a neighbor and quite frankly the service level is more like we are an inconvenience. Moving on to other options.
I have been using Front Range Raynor for over 20 years on four different houses. They have always provided excellent service, fast response and the best prices.Today Adam installed a new garage door. He was here on time and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
I used the ft Collins locationMy garage door wouldnt open intermittently after taking to the guy in the office. I decided to go with a new garage door opener that can be maintained were my old one could not be maintained. I felt I got a good price on a new one installed in a timely fashion
We wanted wood garage doors and we called several companies for estimates. The estimates that we received were ridiculously high and a lot of the companies we called tried to talk us out of getting wood doors and tried to sell us other products. We get the maintenance issue with wood doors, but we knew exactly what we wanted. I was driving past Front Range Raynor one day and on a whim, I decided to stop in and ask for an estimate. Originally, we didnt call them because we assumed their price would be too high because of their reputation. I spoke to Derek and told him what we wanted. He got back to me promptly with a price that was much lower than all the other estimates we had received and I actually like the wood doors that they custom make much better than the other options I had been given. After we agreed to have Raynor do the work, Derek came to our home and took measurements and looked at the actual job to make sure that the installation would go smoothly. This step gave us a lot of peace of mind! The crew showed up as planned and completed the installation without any issues. Derek even stopped by at the beginning of the installation to make sure that everything was in order. The crew was professional, friendly and did a great job! I highly recommend Front Range Raynor! The doors are gorgeous and the openers are great and I love the Wifi that allows me to link them to my phone!
Stay Away!! Surprise costs everywhere. A routine “service call“ will all of a sudden have things start breaking days or weeks afterwards. You will then be told “it was gonna break”
Due to certain restrictions in my home, Front Range Raynor did a great job with helping me find a product that worked. Seth did a great job of walking me through the different options and helped me select the best fit for my needs. Even after the doors were installed, he came back to troubleshoot my wireless key pad opener. I would certainly recommend Front Range Raynor for your garage door needs.
Great experience. We had a builder grade door that needed to be replaced, and was discontinued. The rep took the time to go through all the inventory and found the last one in stock. The installers were on time and very professional. I highly recommend for any garage door needs.
Worst business I’ve dealt with in FC. Didn’t show up twice after scheduling out 2-3 weeks in advance. Finally came and did a 10 second temporary repair and told me to call the office and schedule. Never called with updates or to schedule or to tell me they were not showing up
I will always rely on Front Range Raynor for excellent service and installation of doors on all our properties. No matter the weather conditions, I have received outstanding service, especially Marc, Mike, and Brad. I have had absolutely no issues with the customer service. They are always prompt and timely. Thank you very much for your hard work and effort! I have been so happy with your service!
After another company told us we needed to replace our obsolete garage door, Bradley assessed the situation immediately and replaced the springs for a fraction of the cost. He also stayed late to adjust the springs and lubricate the rollers until he was satisfied that the door opened and closed perfectly. It is such a relief to find an honest local company after dealing with the fast-talking pitch men who seem to dominate the garage door industry.
My wife and I were getting ready to leave on a trip and our garage door cable came off its spindle, leaving the door halfway open. Front Range Raynor got here within 30 minutes of my call. Our technician, Scotty, was excellent and had the door back in perfect working condition within an hour. Great service!
Great company to work with. Pete does an amazing job managing this company; all of the people we worked with were super helpful and their product is top of the line. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend!
Wouldn’t send a tech to give me an estimate. Based on my limited knowledge and what I explained to her she said they can send someone out for a minimum of one hour for $120. I am thinking if it takes him 10 minutes to fix the door I just paid $120. I am thinking if they come out and tell me the door is going to need to be replaced and I attempt to get other estimates they will still want to get paid for the 5 minutes they were here tells by me I need a new doorIf your the type of person who what’s a diagnosis and a fair estimate this company is not for you.
We used Front Range Raynor when preparing our property for sale. We had to have a new garage door opener installed, and some work done to complete some inspection issues. Both times the work was done in a professional and timely manner.
Front Range Raynor is a great company...they are always punctual and efficient....the repairs are done right the first time and then they always follow up after to make sure everything worked out well. Plus, they never overcharge! Great company....I have bought Garage doors from them as well as repaired existing...always top notch!
Our 50 year old garage door had a lot of problems and one day it finally quit altogether. My wife and I stopped by Front Range Raynor and explained that we needed a new door, new opener, new everything. We were ready for the salesperson to try and sell us the moon, but they never did. We explained what our neighborhood was like and that we didnt want buy a door that would be out of line with the other homes. This meant we didnt need anything fancy, just your normal stamped steel door. They helped us pick out a door that fit our needs and nothing more. It was the same for the opener.I was also happy with the installation. They came out when they said they would and the technician was kind and willing to answer all my questions.I would use them again for sure.
My double wide door had a cable failure the Monday before Christmas. I call FR that afternoon and left a message. My call was returned within the hour and I was told a service tech would be at my house that afternoon. I had a call from Scotty at 3:30p that he was 30 min away. He arrived 4ish, replaced the cable, checked the other cable (which was near failure) he replaced it also. He also made adjustments to the torson springs and lubricated the hinges. The door worked like new. Scotty was friendly, neat and cleaned up before leaving less than an hour from arriving.
Had some problems initially, but Kevin showed up next day to make things right!!! Very impressive! Door seals and works great!!!!
Had to have new spring put on my garage door. Our tech did a great job at a decent price. The door works fine and it is more quiet.
Had garage door break in the morning, called and they showed up 1 hour later and fixed it. Super nice service guy (Mike). Great service. You guys ROCK.
Went in for a J arm that broke on my 1991 installed garage door. They found the part and quickly walked me through how to change it out. Great service!
We had a great experience in having our garage door replaced by Front Range Raynor. Excellent communication and quality of work. Thanks!
They were great. Got me a new garage door in a week. Installer was thorough and pleasant.
Bradley came out and did such a good job on the garage doors....open very well...very professional and courteous and listened to my needs
Great service! Solved my problem in less time and for far less money than I expected. Installer was very nice and did a professional job. Garage looks great!
Very happy with the service. they were on schedule, called to confirm the day of, and when the technician was on the way. He was super friendly and did a great job replacing an opener motor.
The people at the office were friendly and efficient with my call for help fixing my garage door. My car was stuck in the garage and the guy showed up to repair my door the same day. He helped me understand what was wrong and then fixed the door so it runs better now then it did before it broke in the first place. I will use this company again.
Excellent service from quote to installation. Several people in my neighborhood recommended Raynor.
We are thrilled with our full-view garage door. Raynor went above and beyond to give us what we wanted, and the cost was less than others.
Front Range Raynor has been a great resource for my garage doors! They always respond and show up on time to get the doors fixed. Im extremely impressed each time by their professionalism and promptness!
This company does NOT value your time and clearly does not value return customers either. I spoke with a female receptionist with Raynor Tuesday February 12th about getting a broken spring fixed on my garage door. She seemed very confident and willing to help schedule a technician that could come and fix my problem. I was quoted a price over the phone and I was told I needed to wait until Friday the 15th in order to get the issue fixed. Additionally, I was informed that the technician would show up between 10am and 12pm. This never happened. I took my whole morning off of work and waited around for someone to show up.***UPDATE: After leaving a poor review, I was notified a couple hours later that a technician would be able to stop by and fix the door. He was professional, polite and conducted his work in a timely manner. However, the customer service provided by the Raynor office staff is barely worth 3 stars. At first I was told that it was my fault their technician never showed up because I must have called a different business. Next, this scheduling mishap was considered a communication error with little to no apology from the company. My call records on my phone indicate the correct business was called Tuesday @ 10:27am. The ball was dropped by whoever took my call. I was forced to take a valuable day off work to sit around and wait for a 60 minute service to be completed on my garage door because of the incompetence of the front office staff. To smooth things over I was offered 10% off a $230 bill. So be it. Wish I would have taken my business elsewhere.
The quote was provided quickly and it was clear and easy to understand what was included. Unfortunately it was about 50% more than the company we chose instead.
The repairman did a great job! He was very efficient and polite. No complaints.
Professional, courteous, and did quality work. Couldnt ask for more
I actually called the office of Raynor this morning to ask that the young mans supervisor/manager be told of our complete satisfaction and thought I would do so here as well. We had an inoperative garage door where the assembly above the garage door had pulled off from the drywall making the door functionality impossible, if not dangerous. Brad, the service tech, arrived on time at 9 am, couldnt have been any nicer or engaging, got busy immediately, came back to the front door in 35 minutes to ask if I would come out to see what he had done to fix it. He explained the cure, had added lube to the chain assemble to make it smoother and asked if there was anything else he could do. As I have two garage doors, I asked him to check the other while there which turned out to be a wise choice as several bolts were about to pull off the door (the doors are 16 years old). He fixed that too, added lube to the second assembly and as I had lost a remote for one of the garage doors, asked him if had one in the truck, which he did. He programmed that and off he went. Not often I have my expectations exceeded but that happened here. In fact, I walked in and quoted to my girlfriend that great line from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid: Who are those guys???? Brad was the good and Raynor Products was a delight to work with from start to finish.
Garage door repair service-quick-professional-and really helpful/knowledgable!
Was helped by Dan- amazing customer service and very happy with my product.
Paid $200 for someone to incorrectly diagnose the problem, and 2.5 weeks later, no follow up quote as was promised. Went with someone else, wont use Raynor again.
They came out and fixed my garage door spring which was broken on one side. they also looked at the tracks and regreased and it works fine again
Garage door broken. Tech came out same day and fixed the problem. Overall good service.
Their technician showed up at the wrong time then asked for a code to get into the garage and stole objects from my garage. We called and reported it and they did nothing. Even after filing a police report they didnt care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The installer came up with an option that save me some money.
Awesome service
Raynor installed our garage door in Boulder a few years ago. We had some issues and recently the door would not open at all, and we really needed to get into the garage! 5 stars because 1) they came out the next day (they squeezed us in to their full schedule), AND 2) Ryan O., the repair technician, was amazing. He not only fixed the door, he re-calibrated everything and fixed things that should have been done at the original installation. He was remarkably knowledgable and skilled. He truly saved the day!
