Jamie and Brandon were amazing at helping my partner trade in his old Google Pixel 2! We popped into the store about an hour before close and we were not expecting them to be super busy but they were. We just wanted to explore our options for a trade-in and thought wed be ignored since they were so busy, but they went out of their way to help find a great phone and we got the upgrade before we left! Amazing people and amazing service, we will definitely be back when I need to upgrade my phone :)

The Greeley TMobile could not help me with my phone problems so they sent me to the CORPORATE store in Ft Collins. They could not have been more helpful, understanding and just plain nice!! The could not solve the problems with the phone BUT steered me to the maker of the phone who is in the process of repairing or replacing said phone. I will be writing a detailed review of Samsung phones soon!

0/5 check your stuff before you leave. had service issues and went to bestbuy to get it checked out, had 4 diffrent warnings and alerts on it, failed the in store diagnostic. they shouldn’t of given us the phone back. just caused a massive pain, they fixed the screen fine but screwed so much more up.

Update: Was able to get help and answers I needed. Still not too happy with part of the outcome but very happy with the GM and all of her hard work. She is great. Changed to 4 stars instead of 3.Brandon was amazing. How fast they fixed my daughter was amazing. What wasnt, the 1400.00 they want to charge to upgrade. We left T-mobile for a reason after being with them for years and years. Now that Sprint has merged everything is all T-mobile. I have NEVER had to pay for upgrades. Not even when we were with T-mobile. Now this is their policy even though you are have to sign a 2 year contract...

Lets be honest, getting a new phone is a pain in the butt and time consuming...but, this location made it as painless as possible! We were first greeted by their super welcoming manager, Chantel, who listened to what we wanted and helped us make a wise and affordable decision. Bella has more patience than anyone we know and helped us with two new phones. She was friendly and kind throughout the entire process. Mark, the head manager of the store I believe, and the tech team helped us solve a big problem with transferring data from one phone to the other. The entire team really seemed to enjoy working there and together and well definitely be back! Thanks to this great store for excellent teamwork!

Staff was fantastic! This is a direct reflection on the company. Been a customer of Sprint for 15yrs. Now need new phone for the family and they wont match Verizon new customer offer. I get it...its the cell phone company game. Its just absolutely ridiculous that they dont offer existing customers the same deal as new customers. But who knows maybe Ill be a customer again on 24mos.

This T-Mobile store was excellent. It was clean, well organized, and full of very helpful and educated staff.They have a public restroom and water fountain, and they are wheelchair accessible.I had a very easy time getting answers and support for everything I needed.They helped me with a problem I was having with my phone and helped my friend get a new phone that far better suited their needs than the one they currently had.Their first priority did not at all seem to be sales and I had a great experience.

This T-mobile has great service. Dont get me wrong, most of them are good. This one was a great experience. The first time the woman helping me was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The second time they were really busy so the manager decided to fix my phone after about a 2 minute wait.

My boyfriend and I got there we clearly saw that people were being assisted, which was fine, we had 1 person ahead of us waiting. We were even asked what brought us in and all we wanted was to know if we could get T-Mobiles home internet where we live, which is a quick probably 5 minute look up. We saw one guy leave for a break, again fine. The woman who Im assuming is the manager came out from the back and just starts walking around not really doing anything, says to us someone will be right with you, were like ok, by now the people in front of us are being assisted. And the other associate is still with the person he was with when we arrived, the presumed manager still just walking around. A few people start coming in, they get their name for the wait list, and a person who claims they have an appointment at 6 comes in and suddenly the manager can take a customer knowing that we have been waiting now at least 15 min., then the associate that has been with the same person since we got there just walks out either to go on break or clock out for the day we dont know, and I get it take your break but in the same breath you see its busy and know that someone has been waiting for about 15min. and this was also the same person who asked what bring us in and know its a quick 5 min look up. Very disappointed with this store. Will not go to this location again, better off at the location off John F Kennedy.

Wow! This was my first experience with T-mobile since the Sprint/T-mobile merge. A few days ago, I first initially worked with Amberlynn who was quick and efficient in upgrading my device. So easy to talk to, super genuine, and very knowledgeable. Long story short- the new device I received was defective which lead me back to the same store a few hours later. I then received help from Dyango, and Chantel who walked over from their adjacent location to help. They took every step to make sure I left with a functional phone and delivered the ultimate customer experience. The teamwork and empathy within this team was noticeable and appreciated. Thank you!

I bought a phone from this location and when I returned after the case I was sold malfunctioned and had a small piece go missing I was rudely dismissed by Ryan and told to go buy a new case at Best Buy. He also tried to sell me a more expensive case and said that I needed to call the case company and file a claim with them since I have insurance on the case. This is not helpful because I drove to the location I bought the phone from and the case should not be malfunctioning. Also I have coverage on this case so I would appreciate service when I arrive in person.

Needless to say I’m furious and just warning others to watch out for their false sales tactics. Just another cell phone company with unethical sales methods. And the service is not great either.

This T-Mobile store has the best customer service! They are super friendly and very knowledgeable.After calling customer care and being transferred five different times (2 hours later, no joke)! I finally decided to go into the T-Mobile store by Foothills mall and get real help. I worked with Chantel, this girl is wonderful! She was willing to stay late to help me with my phone plan, which took so long I had to go back the next day. I made sure to have spare time and lots of patience. Chantel wasn’t giving up on me. So the wait was worth it. She really fought to make sure that I left the store with a working phone and the plan that I wanted. I honestly couldnt have done this without her help, give this girl a raise! T-Mobile should get more people like her working in customer service, there is no reason a person should be transferred 5 different times and on the phone for so long.

WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER! Have a brand new IPhone 11 and the screen shattered after only a couple months and they won’t replace it or fix it. Mark a manager at the Footbills Mall location was absolutely terrible and didn’t help at all. He was more conceded about getting money then helping. I work for doordash and have to have a phone but he could have cared less and he didn’t even try to see if there was anything he could do. I will never use T-Mobile again or recommend them to anyone. They are nothing but a scam and have terrible people working for their company.

I ordered 2 new phones from sprint over the phone. They are now part of tmobile. I took them into a loveland location, spent 3 hours and couldnt get either phone working. It took 2 days and sprint suggested i take them to this store. I was ready to send them back and was already annoyed but i took them over anyway. The tech Dyango at this location had my phone activated in 30 mins.. Days and days trying to get it fixed, 6 different techs had worked on with no results and he fixed it ridiculously quick. I highly recommended this location and Dyango as a tech

Check this out! I went to the foothills mall team mobile store. When I got there I met Ryan, who is one of the sales associates. I have to say he was absolutely fantastic to work with. His customer service was over the top. He made sure that I got everything I needed and wanted but also made sure that I wasn’t overspending. He wanted to details about every phone, gave me the best advice, and was just absolutely excellent to work with. I have never had such great customer service and I’m so proud to work with Ryan. Every time I come in there now he’s my sales associate. Not only will he help you save money, he points you in the right direction and doesn’t try to sell you anything extra. First off let me say that this is probably one of the best T-Mobile stores that I have been in. Its vibrant, clean, and has a nice selection of merchandise.Customer service is A+! I had the pleasure of being helped and greeted by ERYNE, the first time I visited and she went above and beyond to help me obtain what I was looking for. Now, thats not to take away from the rest of the team who were all sooo energetic and you could tell that they cared about what they did and how they presented their product.Did I also mention that prior to my second visit I was stuck in an airport in Atlanta and the manager of the store still managed to help me distance from long distance?I know theres no need to go to a phone store often, but I would literally go here just to eat lunch and hang out if I could.Keep up the great work team!

I’ve had numerous issues with my phone plan over the past year (mostly due to taking advantage of all the T-Mobile promotions that are offered), and they’ve worked really hard to make sure that I got the help I needed to resolve them. Unfortunately, I can’t really give a review for this store, because we were ignored for half an hour after coming in; I understand that they were a little busy, but business etiquette states that you should at least acknowledge the latest customer that walks in the door and let them know that you appreciate them coming in. I worked with Chantel who worked with her Manager to get me my credit. She stayed late just to help me. If you have worked in retail sales you know what its like to have to work until your store closes at 8pm. You get drained and the last thing you want to see is a customer coming in just before you close. Chantel Greeted me kindly and with respect. She had a smile on her face and was eager to help. My parents went in to get some help because they was looking to switch carriers. This short blonde girl helped her and she was so rude to them. She literally could not be bother to help and actually answer questions. She was clearly hungover because she reeked of alcohol and she smelled like cigarettes. My mom would ask her something and she would just sigh and act super frustrated that she had to answer questions. She was super pushy and it was definitely not a good experience.

This place is ran by degenerates. Making jokes and messing around is cool but not when it stops you from doing your job. I was there watching this idiot try to put on a phone cover for about an hour, messed it up, got a new one and still couldnt get it on. Also the short dude with the nose ring had zero answers to any of my questiions. I tried to make my questions simple as possible cosidering he was having so much trouble putting on a phone cover..he couldnt even link my account to an email so now Im having to deal with customer service that charged me an extra $5 to pay through them because I couldnt even log into my account because I had no email and when I tried to use my phone number the page went blank until i called customer service. This is an awful building with awful employees and T-mobile its self is trash for having such an unorganized company. Currently looking for new phone company.

Christian was super patient with me and my mom. She needed a new phone and after listening to her list of demands, he was able to give her several options and explain, in detail, the pros and cons of each phone. She had tons of questions (some of which mightve been considered real eye-rollers by us millenials) and Christian was so kind and patient with her questions. He was also just down right a blast, he had us laughing the whole time. My mom also wanted a variety of accessories and he spent the time to explain to us how they worked and which ones were best for her needs. There arent enough people in customer service who are that bright and relatable, and make a task as annoying as buying a new phone fun. Christian was amazing, and the other staff on duty were incredibly friendly as well, I just highly recommend requesting Christian when he is in.
