This shop was a favorite when we lived in Ft Collins. Nice to see it hasnt changed. Excellent selection of kitchen items. Not a bargain shop, rather excellent quality at a fair price. While you sometimes have seek out help, once you have them they are friendly, knowledgeable, and give you their undivided attention. Well worth visiting for your culinary needs.

The knife sharpening service is great! It was $6 for my big chefs knife. Its super sharp now! Just like when it was new. Much easier to cut and chop. If youve got dull kitchen knives, definitely bring them here.

I have given this store numerous chances to be a great local cooking store, but I get no help usually even when I have asked it seems like they go find someone else. This place caters more to tourists. They do have a range of expensive items to affordable if you need something but for customer service and actual cooking supplies you are better off driving to Boulder were the staff is friendly and extremely willing to help.

If you enjoy the culinary arts you will love The Cupboard They have a nice selection of just about anything you might need or want in kitchen tools, books,aprons,dishes baskets, timers and what ever including old fashioned candy You can find a lot of the items that are advertised in good cooking magazines A lot of the things they sell are expensive but I went in there once looking for a special little tool that was not very expensive and wouldn’t you know they ordered it for me. The Cupboard has a talent for finding really nice people to work for them. The Cupboard has been in Colorado for many years and it is a favorite. It is pretty busy Christmas time but it is definitely worth a visit

I am not at home so I dont have all of my tools here.Their selection of cookbooks is good, but not great. That is is my only slight mark below the line!!!All in all a delightful well equiped shop !!

Ive always been a fan of The Cupboard. Their store is beautiful and their staff have always been helpful and friendly. Recently they helped me with a larger order of chocolates for Mothers Day which I had to do over the phone. They were great to help with the last minute order.

Not only is the store delightful to browse through with so many interesting kitchen items, linens, etc., but they have a wonderful selection of locally roasted coffees. It isnt easy to find low acid coffee, but they carry several. Best Ive ever found!

While this used to be one of my favorite places to go to because of the merchandise, it is becoming one of my least favorite place to go. Ive been going here for years, and you can always find some staple pieces here. My experiences shopping here are the employees are not friendly. Instead of being upbeat and friendly, its more of a rough edge attitude. Ive been going here for 17 years. I brought my family here yesterday, and I bought a couple items, one being a pear candle and cookie cutters. The lady asked if I wanted a bag? It was 99 degrees outside, and I had a small Kate Spade purse. The greeting and service is of poor standard. I notice that older senior employees seem to be the ones with no mannerisms. I did talk with the owners son at one time several years ago about it. Its just now when I shop downtown, this is a shop a pass by now. There are so many cute shops around town that Id rather spend my money in.

I had been looking for a bowl scraper for years, and just like magic I found it at The Cupboard. Im so anxious to go back. The team is the best, knowledgeable, and they know where everything is. Expensive and overrated. Ive been to this store a dozen times and Ive never had a helpful or friendly customer service experience. Ive been huffed at over the phone for asking them to check if they have collins glasses in stock or turned away ten minutes before closing even though I knew exactly what I needed.I keep giving it another chance but I always feel ripped off by the high markup and like my patronage doesnt matter.

Although I feel badly for the owners, it is nice to shop in store here this year for the holidays. With covid protocols its not as packed with people as it usually is and you can get in and out quickly. Also everyone is wearing a mask and there is hand sanitizer available upon entry.

When you walk inside The Cupboard, you will notice how much care and research has been done to present you with the best set of products. All pots and pans that I have purchased there have lasted me for decades, and they have become part of our home cooking identity. I think we use at least one of their products everyday.They also carry grocery items that are hard to find in other stores. The service is outstanding and is a pleasent place to shop.

This place is kitchen gourmet meets everything functional! They have almost everything your kitchen could ever need, and then some! Amazing selection of European eats/ingredients from the savory to sweet. Sauces, relishes and pickled items sourced locally to the obscure. The chili crunch is a must have on eggs! Kitchen towels, table cloths and aprons with unique designs or hilarious sayings. All the accessories to make your table magical! Reusable snack bags, all the cake baking accoutrements, tortilla press...I mean I could go on and on! They really do have amazing gifts for your kitchen dining room needs.

Was a zoo... people coming in without masks and talking to associates who did nothing to protect the health of everyone else in the store.

Had a lovely experience at this store about a month ago. Have recently acquired a kitchen and stopped in to look at the goods. I couldnt resist some funky, unique items to add to my shelves, as well as some very classic and good-quality pieces. Overall great store with great customer service.

Love this place, alot of cool cooking items and really neat gifts for the cooking enthusiasts. Also, other types of gifts, but mostly for the kitchen person in your life. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and pretty cool. Dont forget to go upstairs.. they also have pretty neat candles, not the normal type.

A wonderful store with quite the collection. Didnt buy anything but spent some time browsing through. Prices tend to be a bit on the higher side but that is what you would expect from a physical store selling high quality products. They were providing free coffee samples but I didnt try it.

The best thing about this store is the huge coffee bean selection. Theyre all affordable, high quality, locally roasted beans.

Great store with a large selection and excellent customer service

This is a neat store to go into if you like being in the kitchen it has a lot of gadgets you hadnt even thought of that stuff you didnt know you needed and its got a lot of stuff you may want I think its a little pricey but its probably got pretty high rent where its at its not out of line but they do have some unusual things. It is definitely worth the time to go through the store upstairs and down impressive the amount of woodwork they have in the store with the solid oak staircases and handrails I hope theyre there for a long time.

I love this store! I am an avid cook, and this store always has the special utensils needed to complete my tasks. They have all kinds of gadgets for the kitchen from small to large. The business also had fresh ground coffee and delicious sweets. I would love to see more about the cooking demonstrations held in the back as I have not had a chance to attend one yet. I often visit this store just when Im wondering around the downtown area just to see whats new.Please stop in and check out all the store has to offer, and Im sure youll be surprised.

This is a locally owned gourmets delite! Tons of high quality items for home especially the kitchen! Really very helpful and friendly staff. I picked up some kitchen towels, measuring spoons and cups and a Epicurean cutting/chopping board and other assorted goodies for our new home in Loveland. TREAT yourself to one of their gourmet chocolates before you check out! I suspect that this place will see regular visits from us in the coming months and years.

This place has a little bit of everything, love going here even if Im just looking. Its pretty big so plan on spending some time here. So many cool gadgets. Something for just about anyone at this place. They even have fudge and nostalgic candy. So much to see.

Awesome specialty cooking store. Great selections of both tea and coffee. Huge collection of cook books and food reference upstairs. If youre looking for an unusual utensil or appliance, they probably have it. They also sharpen knives ($0.50/inch). Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Street parking is usually easy, but theres a lot just south and east of the store if not.

Like the hardware/tool store to a mechanic, this is the place where a foodie could spend hours and dollars! If you think you have everything you need or want for your kitchen, invest 10 minutes of your life here, and you will find something you just have to have, or didnt even know existed.Patient and knowledgeable staff. You can even drop off your chefs knives to be professionally sharpened (call ahead for the schedule!).More expensive than Wal-Mart...yes. Higher quality and selection...yes. Ability to find an employee who actually knows what youre trying to describe, and can point you straight to it...priceless.

Best locally own kitchen store in town. Lots of unique and fun local findings. They are obviously more expensive then what you fine on Amazon, but you get the “experience” This is a hopping place in the weekends with a very friendly and competent staff! If you are looking for a great gift ask them to make a hand selected gift basket. We buy several each month for our clients and they are always a hit! If visiting Fort Collins or just looking for some quality kitchen supplies this is a place that must be visited.

Cute store with lots of unique items. Its pricey but worth a look. The employees were very attentive to me however my daughter said that when she & several of her friends from nearby CSU went in, they had a different experience. While I was asked if I needed help at least 3 times, my daughter couldnt get anyone to help her. This bothers me because I was only there because my daughter wanted to show off the store to me. So while I would recommend at least browsing this store if youre in the area, i have to ask the employees to remember that college students have money too. Even if they are not current customers, they may be future customers. They also have potential customers in visiting friends and family. My experience was worth 4 stars but after hearing of my daughters experience, I can only give 3 stars.
