Personnel is friendly and courteous. Prices are as good or better than larger retailers. Staff, including the manager dont always respect mask mandates.No five star for the masks.

If youre looking for wine brands that other places in town dont have, try here. I happened to notice they had a wine that Ive only ever found in 1 store in a whole other state. When I mentioned to one of the staff members I was surprised they had it, they said that management tries to keep some unusual brands in stock.Staff is nice and very helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful! They have a great selection. I havent been able to find grape pucker anywhere! I called to ask and they were very helpful. It worth the drive past 30 other liquor stores for the product and customer service. I will be back.

The guys here are awesome! Everything is clean and neatly stocked as well. Once inside, look up and check out all the cool signs and whatnot.

Way too expensive. Around $5 more per 12 pk, compared to King Soopers down the street, for the same beer. I realize the value of supporting local businesses and would prefer to do so, but not at that price. Not going back.

Well stocked, one of the few places with Pussers Rum, BUT when I called to check if it was in stock, they told me no. Drizzly disagreed, so I drove over and it was fully stocked on the shelf

This has always been our fave liquor store. We can usually get a coupon from the back of our King Soopers receipt. Always a good variety, well stocked, nice staff.

The manager Nate was being extremely classist and was going to deny me service because a homeless dude out front who had no face mask asked me if I can get him water, and I said yes. I was trying to help a houseless guy whos obviously been in the sun all day and is probably dehydrated and thats how this manager reacted. So unprofessional and obviously on a power trip,Gross.

They have a decent selection of liquor although the prices are high. If you are in a pinch this is a good place to go since they probably have what you need. If you have extra time go to another store and save some money.

I love Campus West, its the only place Ive ever gone, and probably where Ill ever go. Ive always had good conversations with the people working there, and theyre always willing to help me find something in the store if I dont see it. Their build a six-pack is also an awesome deal for $10 considering some of the beer they have. I just wished they had a larger selection of beer in their main fridge.

Good location, decent selection, with good prices. Their bourbon and scotch selections are pretty good and they have a local monthly coupon that goes out in the mail. Also a really friendly staff.

I heard about them on the radio when they were promoting free bottle engraving. I live in aurora so was unable to make it to their store while they were running the special. A family members birthday was coming up who is particularly difficult to shop for and thought this would be a good gift. I called down to the liquor store and spoke to the manager. He was very responsive to my situation and found a way for me to get the product I wanted engraved. The process took a bit longer since the special was over but I was able to pick up the bottle a few weeks later.I believe its difficult to find such wonderful customer service these days and am very pleased with the above and beyond service I was provided with here.

A few years ago, before I moved away from Fort Collins, Campus West Liquor was my favorite place to get alcohol. Prices were reasonable and you could casually talk to the employees. When I moved back, I was in for a bit of a surprise. Theyve implemented a uniform policy and all the employees seem uncomfortable, as if they feel like theres a manager looking over their shoulder. Looking professional is wonderful and all, but Id rather have a place where everyones comfortable and relaxed.Prices are still reasonable, assuming youre bringing in a coupon from the nearest grocery store, and theyre open late, so if you need a drink around midnight, its your only option, but Id rather take my money to Fishs or Wilburs.

Just sort of let people walk around without masks. Thats a no from me.

We buy kegs for the kegerator in our garage here. Consistently better prices than other stores for kegs and always quick service. Additionally they have big raffles a couple times a year where you can win cool prizes just for showing up!

No sales on Sunday & if you buy a keg you have to rent the tap the same day or they wont give you one.I bought a keg for the new year and didnt need a tap, when my co2 ran out I called Chris the manager at the store and he told me I could come in and get a tap all I needed was the receipt and 40$ deposit. Found the receipt in the bottom of a trash can and brought it in where he told me it had to be from the same day.WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF IM PAYING YOU $40 AND HAVE THE RECEIPT.Why would I buy another keg from them.

I came to this liquor with my husband and his friends our one friend didn’t have his id so he wouldn’t just sell it to me individually becuase we came in as a group.. So I went back in with another member of our group and watched this same cashier sell to a white guy and didn’t even ask for his id. He eventually did sell to us and then didn’t even ask for our id’s and said he didn’t care. Just rude and didn’t want to sell to us because how my husband and his friends look.
