Helped me with two emergency issues on my 4runner and were super understanding with my last minute calls. They really saved my hide and i couldnt be more greatful. I would try and avoid last minute calls like mine though, i felt terrible dropping that on them so suddenly, they were thankfully really awesome in helping me

These guys are great! I moved to Fort Dodge two years ago from Des Moines. There I had access to a fully operational shop and am mechanically inclined. But here I dont have tools nor a shop. Graham tire is spot on with their work and are accurate with time that it will take to get work done. Highly recommend from this guy!

No thanks...Due to Covid I emailed for a quote on 4 tires. Gave year make model and current tire size. Would have been a done deal except for one thing....they never responded. So I took my vehicle elsewhere. Customer service expands beyond face to face and if you cant bother to answer an RFQ then your loss. Goodyear products will never be on any of my 4 vehicles. You missed out on a great opportunity with you lack luster customer service. You get 1 star but dont deserve that

I travel for my job and had the unfortunate experience of sustaining serious damage to a rear interior tire wall on my Mini Cooper. The local gas station recommended Daniel Tire, which was about 7 minutes away. I drove there very slowly. once I arrived, a Daniel Tire Rep told me they did not have the size of tire I would need in stock and it would have to be ordered, likely it would not be there until the next day. Beings that I’m an Investigator and was traveling to an active investigation scene, I could not wait a full day. Luckily, my boyfriend is amazing and even though he is currently active duty military, he was able to purchase the tires for me in Des Moines (2 hours away) and receive leave to drive them to me for the shop to put on my vehicle.‼️ EXCEPT, Daniel Tire REFUSED to put the tires on my vehicle because they weren’t purchased there‼️I called a friend in Fort Dodge and they said, “You’re at the wrong tire shop! Go to a Graham Tire.”I drove slowly to Graham Tire and they were AMAZING!!! Not only were they happy to put the tires on my vehicle, they were extremely pleasant. They even showed hospitality to my dog and invited her into the air conditioned waiting room!!I honestly cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Graham Tire! It is not a good feeling to be in an unfamiliar place experiencing vehicle issues. Graham Tire treated me like family and it made my heart feel full. There aren’t a lot of businesses like this around anymore. Thank you!Go to Graham Tire! They are trustworthy and amazing! You will not be disappointed.

They have employees that dont want to work. I will NEVER be back! And I just had another shop check out my fuel tank and it is not leaking. When you completely fill the gas tank, you can smell gas because the vent tube is plugged.

Nice customer service but Poor experience.Got me in fast, but did not thoroughly inspect my vehicle. They misdiagnosed multiple things and I’ve have more work done then they have said needed to be done.

Im giving 5 stars specifically for John behind the desk, he was very attentive and drove me home in a time of need. and the mechanic with the long red beard (Isaiah?) 😀, he was very helpful and patient with me, didnt just turn me away like the manager wanted to do and he got the work done!

Great place to have new tires pit on, even recommended us to come back in and have the lug nuts checked before leaving to return home. Service was wonderful and staff was professio al and helpful.

I have never had a bad experience with them and they know what they are doing. They also give helpful pointers as to what you might want to bring your car in for future maintenance if you cant do it the same day.
