I’ve been to Kwik Trip/Stars all over the country and they’re one of my favorite stops, but this one is run poorly compared to others. I’m a smoker and even I notice the building stinking. The employees aren’t up to snuff with other Kwik Stars either. There’s never enough grab & go food, and the soap dispenser is broke in the men’s bathroom. It’s not major problems but when I see a Kwik Trip/Star, it’s expected to be near perfect and it’s not.

The last 3 times I went into Kwik Star in Fort Dodge across from dealership has not had chicken tenders at noon. Different excuse each time.

They got a pretty cool car wash and rewards card can get free items it beat Caseys General Store any day of the week the help at Kwik Star I really nice

There was no hot food and asked the cashier if some was being made. The cashier said that there was and to go ask Bonnie in the back and she was INCREDIBLY rude and was not making any food and was on her phone. She rolled her eyes when my boyfriend went up to the door to ask her if they were making any cheese breadsticks and said they would be out soon. We waited 15 minutes and decided to leave and go to the other Kwik Star in town.

We shop there for different items but have never bought gas. We have a Hy-vee fuel saver card. The store has some great sales from time to time. The workers are always very friendly and courteous and the store is always clean and well stocked. Well worth a visit.

Great store but hours are incorrect. On Google says the store is open 24 hours a day, yet the store people closes at midnight. I have came to the store at 2am to get gas to get home and seen the store was closed so I went without gas until the store opened back up. That was the closest store near me when my car putted out of gas.

I enjoyed working what Tom. The crew at shimkat motor company do an awesome job. Glad to be a friend of theirs.

I would of gave them 5 stars but yesterday I went there cashed in my two lottery tickets where I had won $5. So I bought a 20 oz pop and two packs of cigarettes and it ended up costing me about $18, so there for the lady that had checked me out never took off the $5 I won on my lottery tickets or never gave me the $5 in cash. So I ended up getting ripped off.

Great store, love how much variety they offer and people are so nice there. It is clean and have great food.

Ive never had to pick a grade of gas while standing at a register. Got a pop and its so nasty. Flat as flat could be. Exchanged and still flat. $30 usually fills my van. Not today. Didnt get all my money back when I got refund for my pop. Thats how they do paying customers? I wont be back.

Cashier Vivian was rude to me. Never had her be my cashier until today. Didnt appreciate the service given.
