My experience with Mattress Firm so far has been wonderful. I walked into the store and was happily greeted by the two gentlemen working the floor. Myron assisted me in finding the perfect mattress for me and he helped me work around a certain budget that I had. He was able to help me get my mattress delivered on a day that worked for me and made sure that I was able to benefit from all the discounts/sales that the store was currently offering. Extremely pleasant experience and I cant wait to try out my new mattress. I also like that they have a 120day guarantee and if the mattress isnt right for you, they can exchange it for a different one!

This mattress firm is just like any other mattress store out there as far as inventory goes. However, Joseph is a great guy and did everything he could to help me find a mattress perfect for me. The store is also very clean. I would recommend this place to my friends if they were in need of a new mattress.

I loved the guy at mattress firm on federal. I felt like he had my back when I went in to get a mattress encasement after I came home from a trip with bed bugs. Ew! He gave me advice and a discount. I had a bad lower back injury and it caused me to go thru physical therapy and all for my recovery process!! (Currently)....My doc referred me to this location for one brand of mattress and I ended up with a hell of a deal on the best back support and inclining base/no spring!!!!This is my first experience buying my first mattress set and Henry Jones was awesomely awesome sale person and thee full experience was epic!!! Avoid the store located at 1522 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33304They are just incompetent. I bought a mattress and a bed last month. Besides not assembling the product well, they say things on the phone, and just do not fix the problem.Great people to sell you stuff. Bad people to deliver on what we acquired.I truly hope they will be out of business as soon as my problem is fixed.

We had a terrific experience at this store location. Our sales advisor was Joseph. He was well-informed and patient with us. The mattress we most preferred was above our ideal price range. He asked if he might call a manager to see if they might accommodate us. A short time after we left the store, we received a call from Jospeh with good news that they could adhere to our budget and would include the delivery. We received the receipt and link to submit payment immediately. We were given a 2-hour window for mattress delivery and they arrived at the beginning of that window. Seamless. He also is very proactive and notwithstanding our mattress was not available to delivery until 12 days later he called us the next day to let us know he found a mattress at the warehouse and he was able to manage the delivery the day after!!! Worst experience of my life. I called to tell the assembly crew did not mount the bed properly several times, and the salesperson never handled it for me. I had to the store and I had to give the product back. And worst of all, they charged me 60 dollars for their incompetence. Avoid this store.

This is my third purchase from Mattress Firm. The first time I comparative shopped against Rooms To Go, City Furniture and Ashley Furniture. Mattress Firm beat them hands down. To top it off, their red carpet delivery was SO MUCH better than my Rooms To Go experience (I bought the dressers and night stands at Rooms To Go). On this third and most recent purchase, I needed two bed sets for my step kids to move in. Mattress Firm and Robert gave me a fantastic price and Robert was very patient with me. I had a great experience at Mattress Firm today. After looking at Macy’s, Rooms To Go and a couple other stores I could not find a mattress to fit my needs. After meeting with Rob and Harold at the MF off US1 I was finally able to purchase a new pillow top mattress! Both salesmen were knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me the space to look around and try out the beds on my own. They even took the time to search for the adjustable base I wanted since they didn’t have it at their location.I can’t wait to have my new bed delivered and I would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm location and salesmen to anyone looking for a new mattress.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience getting a mattress at this location. Buying a mattress is daunting because its a huge $$$$ purchase. When I got to the store I wasnt sure what I wanted and the representative Rob was there to direct me through my decision. He asked me guiding questions and helped me figure out the exact bed that I needed. He is so personable and really wanted to make sure that I get the bed thats right for me and not some exceedingly expensive mattress with a huge price tag. He is unlike many others and has your best interest as a customer. I dare say that I actually enjoyed the process of getting a new bed and I thank Rob for all of it!
