Excellent on all accounts. I must mention that this purchase was an emergency purchase and we needed a mattress ASAP. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mike, who took the time to patiently show us around the showroom. After some conversation he was able to hone in on what was appropriate for my girlfriend and I. He explained the benefits and shortcomings of several mattresses and after some time we were finally able to make a decision. The checkout was quick and easy. It was late and there were no more deliveries for that day. Deliveries were booked for the next day, but there were some time slots available for the day after that. Despite this, Mike was able to fit us into a time slot for the next morning! As if that wasnt enough, the next day we get a call from Mike letting us know that the mattress that we ordered had a small defect on it and that they were upgrading our mattress for free! The delivery guys came first thing in the morning and hauled up a queen size mattress and took the old one down for us for free. Needless to say our experience was better than we could have ever expected. Thank you Mike and thank you Mattress Xperts!

BEST mattress place ever!!!! This is the only place I would ever shop for a mattress when I first walked in that store 2 years ago and I gained a home mattress place for life. I have actually returned in four separate occasions and purchased mattress for my daughter’s niece and now I’m having my sister purchase a mattress from them. Always the best customer service. Excellent Selection of name brand mattresses. Sales staff was friendly and very informative. I went to several furniture stores and mattress stores and went back to Mattress Xperts I purchased a Latex Mattress and an adjustable base and couldn’t be more happier with my selection. The mattress was not in stock so I waited a few days for it to arrive. The salesperson called me to schedule delivery when it arrived. The delivery team was very professional and called prior to the arrival time set up the mattress, hauled away my old mattress and helped me understand how to use the adjustable base. We had visited every mattress store on Federal Highway before arriving at Mattress Xperts.At all the other stores we were met with either indifference or high pressure to buy an own brand.We met with Bryan Jones the manager who was more interested in what our needs were more than what he wanted to sell us.He told us he had been 45 years in the industry and it truly showed. We came out without buying the most expensive mattress in the store but the recommendation that Bryan made to suit out individual needs.If you need to buy a mattress start here. You will not be disappointed.

I was in need of a mattress for my toddler for her first Bed. I dealt with Jason who was extremely helpful and was able to give me information on the spot about several of the different options and didnt try to sell me on one over another based on the price. He was informative and truthful about the options and quality of each mattress. The store was clean and organized as well. I also compared the prices to other stores and it was well below what the others were charging. I would highly recommend the Xperts to anyone looking for a mattress!

We found what we needed in just minutes thanks to the very pleasant and knowledgeable sales person. We haggled just a little bit and got what we considered a very fair price and our bed was delivered within 48 hours and they took away the old mattress and box spring so we didnt have to deal with it. They had the bed set up in just minutes, were very polite and professional. Next time we need a mattress etc, well definitely go back there

My wife loves firm and memory foam and I love soft and coil. She sleeps cold and I am always hot. We couldnt be more apart with what we were both looking for.This was the 3rd mattress store we stopped in and honestly did not think we were going to buy from here but our sales guy was really nice and knowledgeable and got us a great bed at a great price. It was a great compromise solution that we both loved and although just above our price range, he got us 18 mo no interest financing.Then the owner offered to go get our new mattress from the warehouse right then and there (on his day off) and helped me bring it to my house.They were one of the lowest prices in town, but I would have paid more just for the service they provided. I highly recommend.Thanks again guys!

What a great place! Save your time and money and just come here first. After spending hours going from store to store looking at the same beds at the same prices, we found Mattress Experts. As soon as we walked in Sam made my wife and I feel right at home. We thought we were looking for memory foam until Sam introduced us to latex and we fell in love. Nobody else has it or at least didnt show us latex anywhere else. We bought a Pure Latex Bliss with the head and foot up/down base plus a massage. We got a great deal on it and have been sleeping on it now for a little over three months. The delivery guys were great and set it up in our house in the blink of an eye. Best bed we have ever owned! Thank you Sam and the Mattress Experts crew.

Amazed that companies like this still exist today. Shopped all day with my elderly mother, I think I met all the sleezy salesmen-(AND WOMEN) for that matter in South Florida. When we went into this store it was just different people who worked there were laughing and smiling, everyone greeted us with a smile and a hello. I felt really at ease, not as though I had a target on my head like the other places. The owner could see my mother was tired as she was trying to sit on the edge of a mattress, the owner rolled a chair over and offered it to my mother. Instead of my mother having to walk around, I rolled her from bed to bed until she chose the right one. Obviously we purchased from this company. It was painless, they treated us like family.Our Delivery was also just as painless. The delivery crew was running a little behind due to the rain- so they called about an hour ahead to let us know they were running late- When they did arrive they set up my moms bed, showed her how the motion box worked and even added my mothers bed skirt. WHO DOES THIS???? these guys were very helpful and again SMILING!We purchased this over a month ago but my mother thought the mattress was causing her hips to hurt. I called and Spoke to Jason, He recommended a latex bed for my very petite mother who was actually sick with the flu so I was unable to bring her in. He said NOT a problem I will get that out to you today if your mother doesnt like it- I will exchange it until we get it right...His recommendation WAS right on target. My mother now sleeps very well. She loves the latex mattress- I (and MY MOM) would highly recommend this company to anyone! It was the best shopping experience I have had since moving from Louisiana- these people have southern hospitality. I couldnt be happier about my purchase.

When I needed a new mattress, my parents recommended Mattress Xperts. I had been dreading the thought of having to go mattress shopping, but by choosing Mattress Xperts, I met Jason, the owner, who made me feel very comfortable the entire time and very secure with my choice. We visited Mattress XPerts and Sam, the store manager, was Xtremely helpful and knowledgeable. We narrowed our choices (my husband liked a more firm mattress than I did), but ultimately we agreed on our choice. The mattress was delivered at a convenient time for us - our old mattress was taken away and donated to a local (Broward) charity. All in all, a great experience - good prices, many options, and a terrific store manager!
