Just because years ago I couldnt afford some items so I Had surgery so I had to return.Just paid my money online today on an order and called the store to finish and Brian refused to finish my order.Saying he had notes saying whoever was in my house wouldnt let him get the furniture the last time.You fall bad and this store tries to make u keep the furniture.Or want to pick it up when they get ready sometime week or two later.Then have the nerve to say you owe and behind.Call corporate and still waiting on an district manager to call me with an solution but havent heard from no one

They are very nice and friendly in the beginning. Of course to make you purchase furniture. BUT once there’s an issue customer services goes out the window! All they care about is the money. ONCE you pay off the furniture don’t call for help because they will take over 3 weeks and tell you “when ever we’re in your area we will stop by.” And the manager Brian doesn’t help one bit. Be careful buying from THIS rent a center.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experience. They need an entire new staff. Everyone is rude and unprofessional.There’s clearly someone among their staff posting fake 5 star reviews. Try not to do so much marketing in your own fake reviews to try to deter from the many, many unhappy ones from real customers

Horrible I’ve been using them off and on for years but this one on Cleveland Ave is by far the worst. Rude staff and rude drivers. They need a change in employees then maybe it would be a better environment, getting yelled at doesn’t solve a problem it just creates negativity... so I called the number below my review I get some girl who has no idea what I’m talking about so this is just some generated message to make them look good because they can’t find your name in the system it’s a bunch of BS I saw on some other reviews as well they just didn’t have my full name so my review is legitimate

Very easy to do business. No credit check just make a payment and take it home. If something happens and I can’t make a payment I can just return it. Only $25 a week for a 65” Samsung ultra high def smart tv.

I looked at prices for a TV 1900 dollars for the same on Ive seen at bestbuy for 580 I will never rent from them

Unprofessional, rude staff, uneducated. Employee Anthony is very rude. I have been renting stuff from RAC for almost 15 years.My husband passed away on Jan. 9th 2020. I was able to make a few payments after he passed until the end of Feb. I called and spoke with the manger Brian and he worked it out for me with the payments. So on March 3rd I was able to give some of the money for my items. I told Brian I would be in around march 17th to pay off both items. Anthony called me on Tuesday and asked when I would be in to make a payment. I told him Brian put a note in the computer to let them what was going on. Anthony had the nerve to ask if I could pay something to get caught up. I had to tell him my husband died and I would be in on Friday 3-20-2020. He was very rude. I go to the store on 3-20-200 with my husband death certificate to prove he had passed. Anthony and I got into yelling at each other. I returned the computer we had got my son for Christmas because I cant deal with the stress from Anthony. That is why we stopped renting from them a few years ago. NEVER AGAIN. Anthony needs better customer skills training, but Brian is a very good manger. If I only had to deal with him I would be a return customer. I cant deal with rude people like Anthony.

Been a customer for years. You are renting items, if you don’t pay for them just return and there are no problems. If you try to keep them without paying what would you expect them to do?

Horrible !I went there a couple of days ago to rent a bed for 2 weeks. 5 mins for someone to greet me ( it was empty) told the guy what I was looking for. He didnt give me options or talk pricing, just gave me the form to fill out. Filled it out, waited 5 mins but he never came back, ripped my form and walked out.Went to Sams club and bought a bed, I move a lot and that bed will be a pain to move but atleast I wont ever need to deal with them again.

Not very happy with their services I didn’t get paid for a whole two weeks and I was going to pay them but they sit here and they harass you and threatening you and go to your house next time they do that again I will press charges Money hungry people and even though I try to tell them I want to work with them on making a payment then we even do that they’re just thinking about the money all the time

I will never rent from them again. Worst service just for them to make a quick buck. Im just mind blown on how much your ACTUALLY paying for this stuff. Spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how I paid more than what I was told when I made my previous payment. They could not seem to figure it out themselves lol. Finally while standing there with the manager and store associate, feeling like I was bothering them with my oh so hard question. I figured it out myself . Apparently they dont have answers for people who actually wanna pay off their items. They harass you as soon as they open on your due date as if you arent aware its due and even if you have been on time through your whole time paying they dont give you any wiggle room, just threaten to come to your house and pick it up. Im so glad I paid it off before the 6 months mark because that interest of $1000 more wouldve been the worse. What a relief to be done with this place. Lesson learned and never again.💯💯

I was looking for a laptop for my junior highschooler and Eileen called me back immediately upon me filling out my info online and got me setup quickly and easily for instore pickup. I totally forgot to call back upon finding out i didnt need to get a laptop due to lee virtual school provides. (Thank God) She called me back this morning and was very kind even though i had to cancel my order. Will definitely be using RAC in the future. Thanks guys.

I can NEVER get an answer that makes sense. When I ask my balance, they dont know. When I ask my buy out status, not until you have made a payment. I will NEVER use RAC again!

Got ps3 from there and controllers always had something wrong with them and instead of exchanging it for a new one they just gave me another used controller that wasnt working right. This will be my 3rd time that i have to go up there because of this and i havent had the ps3 for no more than 2 weeks. Im about to give them their ps3 back because its crazy that i got to make payments on a used system that has had problems since i got it. Yall need to tighten up fa real.

Got a couch set that supposedly was cleaned for me before I put it inside my house, it turned out to have mold and maggots along with ants inside of one portion of the couch. I called to return the set due to it not being cleaned properly, took them a week to come and pick up the couches. On top of that they will call me endlessly for my payments that may be one day late.

This store was the first in which I could get furniture, TV, beds, etc., when I was newly married it is very easy to get something on credit with them and they are very kind, but ... if for some reason you are late with payment, a toothache falls short, but you have to understand them is your job, I can only advise that if you get something here distribute your payments and end up wanting to return for something else and if for some reason you have not paid the employer and you have to pay simply talk to the person in charge and they can wait for you if you expose your inconvenience with the payment (I hid better and did not answer the phone) 😁😁😁
