The parts employee was very informative and explained my questions perfectly but when it came time to get ahold of her to order the parts I could not her ahold of her.
I went in for routine oil change, scheduled an appointment for 4:10 pm, and sat there for 2 hours waiting. I left work early to go to this appointment on time, and when I requested information on when my vehicle would be ready as I have been waiting for over an hour and half, the lady told me I would need to speak to one of the advisors. There was only one advisor available dealing with all of the peopla waiting and the lady I spoke to offered no help to me. I was late for my second job due to waiting for Toyota to complete what should have been a 20 minute job. I expect to be taken in promptly at my appointment tome and I allow room for delays but a two hour wait time is actually ridiculous. This happens every time at this location and frankly its bad customer service. No one apologized for the wait time, for having only one poor advisor there to deal with everyone, and I am truly disappointed with the service.
Very slow process in the service department for both induction of your car and at the end of service you end up waiting quite a bit of time for the paperwork to complete very old system it should be way more integrated seamless from beginning to end on touch screens like any other systems
Dan was our advisor and he was very courteous kind helpful and very polite we will use him again
Made me pay upfront for parts and 4 hours later charged me 50$ for a cancellation.Bad business .And charge way to much for services .Friends told me dont go there.Shoulda listened
