Just had my truck service for warranty issues. The truck was filthy! Full of pine tree debris, not to mention pine tar stuck on the hood, roof and truck bed! Total lack of care for other peoples vehicles!Update. Shirley called and wanted to make it right for me. She made a bad situation right. Thank you!

I originally brought my car in May to a different Dodge service center. I was having air conditioner problems where it would start blowing warm air. It would happen at different times. I knew for sure when I drove long distance I felt like I was dying from heat exhaustion, and through the summer I would suffer when it would stop working. When I brought it to the other Dodge, I sat there all day. They never offered me a loner car, even though my warranty covered it. They kept telling me it wouldn’t be too much longer while I wasted my day away there. Then they said they found nothing wrong and ran every test. I knew this was impossible but they assured me it must be since I am new to Florida and not use to the heat. I was so angry. I opened a corporate complaint and wasn’t able to bring my car in until recently. So all summer the heat was uncomfortable.When I brought my car this time to Dodge in Fort Myers it was like 2 different worlds.Jason the service technician greeted me instantly and provided me with the best customer service every step of the way. He told me if I need anything or any questions during my service to text the number and he will get back to me. As he did. He provided me with a loaner car, and made this whole experience a million times better. Plus they found the problem! And now I have a freezing cold Challenger and happy as ever!! Thank you so much Jason! You were amazing!! Best customer service from any repair shop I have been to!

They failed to screw-in our back seat of our truck. Its a GREAT thing that we didnt have our daughter in the back; as that couldve caused SIGNIFICANT injury to her! What a terribly neglectful oversight!!!

He listened to me and explained to me my options and what was available. He was so friendly and knowledgeable! Shopping with young children let alone car shopping can seem impossible but Paul was so understanding. I got the best deal for my trade in and new car. He was very detailed in explaining everything. When you leave a place 30 minutes after closing out of respect willing to put a deposit on a vehicle and told “Don’t worry about it. Get me the trade in pictures in the morning. We will work the deal.”. …30 minutes before opening those were sent.Waiting all day for numbers just to find out an employee of the dealerships family member “put a deposit down” on the truck and it was sold from underneath us the next day….Michael Turner?

The service department here is terrible just moved to the area from out of state. Made an appointment for 9:00 am dropped car off night before. 11:00am call to follow up no one knew where keys were. Then they found keys then 2:00pm call back get some BS response that it hasn’t been in yet but they are working on it. Kept car overnight call again at 11:00am left message. Duane calls at 2:30 they found issue with radio have to order a new one. Told to pick up and reschedule when radio comes in. Was told it would be ready at 4 pm. Show up at 7:00 no paperwork can’t find Duane. Other customers all complaining about terrible service Duane name seems to be the topic of everyone. Customers standing outside in express lane screaming at staff. I will never bring out car back here again.
I walked into Galeana thinking that I wasnt going to be able to purchase a car. I met Paul & he made it so easy! Asked me what I was interested in, found it, told him what I was working with (which wasnt great) he made it work & next thing you know im driving away with my first car! Its been a week & Im in love with the car & havent had any issues. I highly recommend Paul he truly treats you like family!

Service advisor tried to charge us a diag fees for a lost key. Where in the world do they need a diag for a lost key? I called other Jeep dealerships and they were able to get me in and there’s no diag fees. Service advisor keep on insisting that “THIS” location specifically have to do a diag which cost $145 (something around that) just for us to get a key program.

I came to the dealership looking for a new Jeep Wrangler, the vehicle that has been my “dream car” since I began driving. When I walked in, I inquired about the only new Wrangler 2-door on the lot and was ushered over to the “Jeep-Guy”, Mike Sears. Mike, an avid Wrangler enthusiast himself, was upfront about the merits and downfalls regarding the vehicle. Mike quickly took me under his wing as an Old Ben Kenobi did to a young Luke Skywalker, imparting sage-like wisdom, showing me the ropes, and telling me exactly what a newbie needs to know about Jeeps. I appreciated his honesty and enthusiasm for Jeeps and look forward to continuing to learn from him.

Terrible service experience! My husband brought his truck in for an oil change and fuel filter change. His appointment was at 9:15. By 2:00 he still hadnt hear back about his truck being finished. He called in repeatedly and left messages for George the service advisor, but was never given a call back. Finally, on his last call at 3:30, he was told his truck would be ready for pick up at 5:00. 8 hours for an oil and fuel filter change is just outrageous and the lack of communication made it even worse. The women in the service department were not courteous on the phone and there was no sense of urgency to right the situation. We will not be taking our business here again.
Tonight my wife and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I have to say it was a phenomenal experience. We worked with one of their new salesman Michael Sears. Michael was one of, if not THE BEST sales associates I’ve ever bought from. Being in corporate sales myself I’ve learned a ton and the number one thing that correlated here was Michael gave us an experience of transparency and helpfulness. He understood what we were looking for from the start I didn’t sugarcoat anything. Although Galeana may sell cars, people buy from people and tonight Michael sold us. Usually by the end of the car buying experience the last thing you want to do is sit in with a finance manager and get a pushy sales pitch about buying an extended warranty. We worked with Angel and it was a breeze. Also fantastic to work with.
Tried to have my jeep serviced here. Basic oil change, low air pressure on tires, multi point inspection and a questionable noise during a cold start up. My jeep was kept for 2 days with no updates, I had to call to find out the status of everything and each time no one knew what had been done or what was going on. Oil change was done but no inspection and no air added to the tires and had to walk back inside to ask for it to be done and it was nothing but an inconvenience to these people to do. Horrible customer service, huffing answers when any questions were asked about the vehicle. Unprofessional and rude all around. I will never bring my car back here nor refer anyone to this place.

Service department Manager had mechanic lie about service performed and other safety checks. Let vehicle leave with faulty brakes. Claimed tires were balanced and rotated when they were not. Was a loyal customer for years untill I started to check and question things and things claimed good would break right after inspection. Will never use or recommend to anyone.

Saw an ad on FB and reached out to Galeana. Within minutes, I was chatting with someone. Was advised I would qualify for a car loan with the info I provided. So I proceeded to fill out the online application. I was then given an appointment to meet with a sales associate for the following day.Frank and Reuben got right to it. We took a test drive and before long I was driving out in a 2018 JEEP Renegade!!! It was seamless. Both were very helpful and extremely informative. Even received a call the following day from Frank, as a follow up. Way to go gentlemen 👍👍
Took my 2021 RAM 1500 here to get steering column replaced after 3500 miles. Original purchase of vehicle was up north. However, after a few days of working with the service department we were able to determine new steering column needed for clicking of the steering wheel. Galeana was able to work to order the part quickly and resolve the issue, for now. Another customer would appreciate the quick responses from the service advisors and also the text message system they have in place for quick communication. The four stars is because it seemed like techs were a little overwhelmed and/or overbooked with work as it took an extra day for each drop-off. This could be worked on with some improved time management but all in all 4 star experience and appreciate the help. Until next time.....
Ricky Bobby was THE BEST. He went out of his way to help locate a Jeep manual for us. He also spent time with us to show us how to use the voice activated Uconnect. So very helpful and very nice. We will totally shop there if looking to buy or trade a Jeep.

I left with exactly what I planned to spend on my beautiful new (used) 2018 Jeep Renegade. No pressure what so ever. I only gave a small deposit and I was able to take my car home. Tried to have my Jeep looked at today because it’s making a rattling noise. Called 3 days ago to make the appointment and they insisted up and down that I didn’t need an appointment so they refused to take my information for the appointment. I show up this morning and they refused me service without an appointment. I cannot begin to express how frustrating and obnoxious this was because I am driving this vehicle out of the state in the morning tomorrow and now because I was trying to only trust my vehicle and my own safety with the Jeep dealership I don’t even have time to go to a guy in a shop that doesn’t even care to uphold a brand name.

Dishonest, Untrustworthy, and UnAmerican service department. I went in to change a battery that needed to be replaced. The attendant Johnathan continued to rack up my bill for unnecessary fixes. They will add add and add until they get as much money as they can. Then I spoke to the supervisor Billy English and he tried to charge me more for a window visor than the actual cost. A bunch of crooks they think because you have a new car they want to charge you based on that. Trust me it is not worth them taking advantage of you. So I Took my car to a different dealership and when I noticed they were even charging me more than the part itself not including installation. BEWARE try one below worth the drive. Highly recommended best experience on a dealer in my life, ( and as the song says I have a few years on me now) no games, no BS, facts and deals... Simple. I went to 8 dealerships before here and the frustration level was just unreal with all the BS fees. After a goofball lost control, jumped the median and smashed into me I brought my car to Galeanas Body Shop. They helped pry my door open so I could get out. Everybody there was very helpful. Three days later when I got my insurance settlement, Rudy was very helpful in assisting me in purchasing a new vehicle.
I bought my last two vehicles from them, went up there at end of month to trade in my Jeep for a new Jeep and was told to wait till the following month which was 3 days away and he would be in contact with the new incentives and then never heard back from my salesperson Rob. So I contacted him 3 days later, he said he would call me back in a few minutes, he did not, he blew me off again so I went to Cape Coral Dodge and was informed that we lost those incentives. Galeana lost us 6k, to wait till May to see what they could do, hmm😢 Still have not heard anything from Galeana or Monty Grim who told us he would make the deal happen ?Extremely disappointed in their service

Horrible dealership! I should have known from the day we bought my car it was going to be bad. First of all we bought a 2020 Journey. We bought it brand new but it was a managers demo. Beautiful looking car but that’s where it ends. When we bought it we spent 5 hours at the dealership waiting around for things to get done. Once the car came back from detail it was still dirty on the inside and out. It ended up having to go back to detail twice. Moving forward once we got the car we realized that at certain speeds the side mirror shook. We brought it in once and they couldn’t fix it and sent us on our way. We brought it back again and they ordered the part. At the same time we discovered the mirror we realized the Bluetooth in the car was malfunctioning. My phone would either not connect at all or connect then disconnect. Or connect and not recognize that it’s connected. After bringing it in the first time they did nothing as well. We brought it in a second time for now a third issue. The cars steering wheel shakes at highway speeds. Apparently, all 4 tires were out of balance. We paid $100 for a balance. They also at this time ordered a new mirror and Bluetooth harness for the car. A few weeks go by and I hadn’t heard from them. I called and asked if the parts were in as I now needed to bring the car back in for the parts and for the fact that the steering wheel shake was still there. Showing that obviously the balance didn’t work and the car was never test driven again. I was told the parts were there for a while and I was just not called. Now for the third time I drive to have the parts installed and have this shake looked at once again. They have one person drive the car and they can’t feel the shake. My husband tells them that obviously they didn’t drive it at highway speeds like we said to. So they have some “special” person drive it when really they could have had the receptionist drive it to realize it shakes. Once they discover the shake they decide it needs a balance to which we let them know it was just balanced. The service advisor then lets us know that we need 4 new tires. At this point my husband calls the GM. He said that he would look into this and try to help us out and would call back that day. We didn’t hear from him and have called him and asked for the assistant GM to call us and no one has called us back. The last we heard from our service advisor was “the car is ready.” Well I am not sure how the car is ready if it is still shaking. How after 17,000 miles( of which we only put 12,000 on) does a car need 4 new tires. And how does a “reputable” dealership stand behind expecting their clients to think this is acceptable. We have now had 3 different service advisors at galeana. All of whom are not competent enough to communicate effectively with their clients or realize the mechanics are sending out cars that are not fixed. I will be escalating this to Mopar and anyone else at Dodge I can. The treatment we’ve received at Galeana is so subpar. I wish I listened to everyone who told me to stay away from dodge in the first place. Total garbage car and totally incompetent dealership.

I made appointment with this dealership for a diagnosed to my car issue when l called first time to make appointment l did ask what is the cost of couple issues l have on my car they said 155 ish l made the appointment waited almost week to than took the car there service advisor came l told him what the issues on car he told me there will be 150 dollars charge for each issue on car l never heard about dealership charges like that manager come same told me same thing l was very disappointed never go there again be careful with this dealership

I recently had issues with my a/c on 2014 Dodge Durango. I made an appointment online for my a/c and a warranty for my seatbelts. When I brought the vehicle in, I told him to do a diagnostic on the engine as well. Long story short they kept my car for 2 weeks and would not give a price, my pick up date kept getting pushed back. In the end they charged me $3300 dollars and didn’t repair my a/c, when that was the primary concern. When I went to address my bill Dwayne didn’t want to speak to me and the manager never came to talk to me after I asked for him/her. I took it to another dealership because Galeana can’t be trusted or depended on to do the right thing by there customers!!
I leased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 3 years in March 2018. I actually really enjoyed my experience at Galena and previously wrote a 5-star review. When I originally leased the vehicle, I had a long commute to work so I leased 15,000 miles per year and purchased an additional 15,000 miles for $3,000 ($.20/mile). I was told that any unused miles (the additional 15,000 that were purchased, I am completely clear that I will receive nothing from the 45,000 base miles) would be refunded to me. It made sense to me to purchase the additional miles in advance because it was cheaper to do that and I didnt want to get stuck with a massive overage penalty when I turned the car in. Shortly after leasing my vehicle I changed jobs and my commute was only 5 miles a day and I was not remotely close to using the base miles on my lease. My husband is a sales manager at another car dealership in Ft Myers and came across a really good deal on a car at his dealership. Prior to making a decision to end my lease early and purchase the new car, he called Chrysler Financial to confirm the additional miles we purchased would be refunded to us and was told they would.We assumed the miles would automatically be refunded to us and after several weeks we called Chrysler Financial to inquire about the refund. After several phone calls, we were told that the additional miles would not be refunded because the car was not turned in within 90 days of the lease end date. This was never told to us either when we purchased the additional miles or when my husband called to confirm. I asked them to listen to the call between my husband and the representative with Chrysler financial to prove that what I was saying was true. The person I spoke with said that it didnt matter what we were told, we would still not be refunded for the unused additional miles. I understand that people make mistakes but we made a decision based on information that was given to us by both the dealership and Chrysler financial and we should not be the one that has to pay $3,000 for the mistaken information. Be warned that even if you are told something (on two separate occasions) that doesn’t matter. I’d say get it in writing or record your call, but that apparently won’t matter either. This is an extremely poor business practice and I will never purchase a vehicle from the Chrysler brand of vehicles or Galena ever again.

Terrible customer service . Don’t buy a vehicle from them. The service department will tell you there is nothing wrong with your car after keeping it all day. Customer service after buying your vehicle is a joke.
