I have great experience with Florida Springs and Axle, theres no complaining here.last time I had an alignment done then came back & told them the truck🚛🚚 was pulling to the right.They waste no time they fix it with no extra fee💵💲.One year late I went for another alignment the took me to the shop and showed me whats need to be done before they can do the alignment other than that it would be a waste to do the alignment.Thank you honesty is everything for me.

Your shop changed oil seal on axle and placed the washers incorrectly causing huge damage to the axle. Shortly after leaving my truck broke down, damage was costly around $5 grand! Called your shop, sent pictures, emails- I got no response after your shop got pictures! Trying to warn others how you operate!

Excellent customer service

2014 37 fuzion 5th wheel toy hauler RV. Initially talked to Phil about excessive wear on trailing axel tire, so he asked us to bring RV in for diagnosis. Measured and unfortunately could not correct by bending axel, so we ordered new axel. 2 weeks later we dropped the RV off, they replaced the axel with new one, had other wheels pulled for bearing repack, brakes adjusted, checked full allignment and all completed in uner a 1 day for a very reasonable cost. Thanks for top notch service, a reasonable price and your consistent communication along with professionalism. No surprises! The way business should be done!

If I could give zero stars, I will. This gang of thieves stole my money. They lied to me about the work required for my vehicle. One of the thieves does not know how the indicator arrow on the gas tank works. They just gave me excuses. Charlatans. What a shame!!!
