Was on vacay. Got a nail in my tire, Walmart to the rescue. Not only did they plug it, they patched it from the inside too. The young man told me I was lucky I came in while he was working, cause he was the best. 😃. Guess he was, I made it back home to N.W. Arkansas with no issues.

Waited an extremely long time to just speak to service re new tires, and once the service desk answered they had no clue which tires were appropriate for my vehicle. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Go to Costco instead.

Horrible 3rd world environment with employees answering I dont know to almost every reasonable question AND not trying to find out the answer from supervisors. Horrible, just HORRIBLE.

I am generally happy with the services they provide. They have changed my oil many times and once they helped me change my tires and battery. They take walk ins, however I recommend coming in at a strategic time otherwise you could be waiting for hours due to their high customer volume.

Auto care manager don’t understand that she is manager...Two days I try to put on rim 1 ! tire, she tell me - we have line and we have rules. I understand everything, but precisely for force majeure too, manager is manager. I have a trailer and I’m traveling cross US. I explain my situation, but she with cold eyes repeated the same thing.

AFTER A 2 HOUR WAIT I GOT MY KEYS BACK AND LEFT. If your time is valuable DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CARE CENTER ! I waited 2 hours for a tire change and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I got there one hour before shift change and the mechanics did not work on one car; all the work bays were empty. The day shift unloaded tires from a truck rather than help customers. When the next shift came on they were backed up for 4-5 hours. I WOULD RATHER PAY $200 MORE TO RECEIVE SOME REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Sold me exactly what I needed one new tire because of a leak. Excellent customer service at the desk short wait in line 15min (no appts 1st come 1st serve) 2 hrs later I was good to go (about 4 cars in front of me). Excellent experience solid product. Be nice to them they will be nice to you.

Alex from tire shop department went above and beyond for me!!!! Installed two tires in less than an hour and a half. I had to be at hotel for crew pickup at 9am and he had me out of there by 8:30am and i got there at 7:05am.Amazing Alex is his new nickname!!!! I am from north miami, and i truly wish this location was closer to me. I paid less that $300 for two tires including service. AWESOME!!!! Thank You Alex!

Came in with a completely dead battery and was told that even though I got there an hour before closing, they were no longer taking any new jobs. Had to change my battery outside in the shop parking lot in the rain on my own. Never coming to this location again.

Slow. Not motivated I set there for 30 mins they had no bays in use and then all of a sudden there doing oil changes walking past my tire the said they was going to take care of I walked around to get a few things came back tire in same spot two employees chatting it up an another on his phone no one to be found at front desk head service

Not happy at all IT took almost 3 hours to get a oil change .they have 8 garage space and only 3 cars servicing.all the mecanics talking and on their cell phone not doing anithing. Even talking in the store in other department an us clients waiting for ever

While the price for 4 cars was cheap, the amount of time spent waiting made the experience bad. I asked the man at the counter how long he believed it would take and he said that it would take about 2 hours so I came back 3 hours later and they still had not gotten to my car. I understand that there is a wait but there was only about 1 or 2 other people in front of me. When I went to ask the man how long he believed he would be working on my car he told me it was only going to take another hour or 45 mins so I went shopping inside and when I came back an hour and a half later, they were sitting there with my car still suspended, no tires in place. We decided to pay for our items and told the man we would be back soon this was around 6:50ish he did not even inform us that they were closing at 7 so when we arrived at 8 the doors were all closed and we had to drive to the front of the store and go to customer service to pay and get my keys. The whole process took 5 hours from the time I dropped the keys off to the time I picked up my keys.

Needed a new car battery. Not crowded and line moved quickly.

Poor customer service. No one interested in actually speaking to the customer. Not impressed. Definitely not one of Wal-Marts shining moments. I will take future auto business elsewhere. Any way to cut that one star in half?

Went to the Colonial Walmart in Ft Myers to get a tire checked for a leak. I called ahead of time and was told to get there before 5pm. I got there at 4pm. Well one person at the counter said we cant do that we have 7 jobs ahead of you. I told the person i could wait. He leaves the counter and someone else comes out and tells me they cant do that because they had 9 jobs ahead of me. If your going to lie people at least make sure your telling the same story. Then when I tell him your going to turn me away with a tire with a leak he saysdo you know how much time it takes to check a tire for a leak? Wrong thing to say to someone who bought their tires from you less than a year ago.

This is the third time Ive gone there for a new tire or tire patch and they waited 2 to 3 hours to tell me they couldnt do it after they already told that they WERE going to do it. They also made my girlfriend wait 3 hours to tell us they did have the tire she asked for after they said they DID have it, then said that they couldnt give us a different one at a discounted price. Im NEVER going to Wal-Mart for anything for my car again.

KK in the tire and lube Express is fabulous..She tends to the patrons with not only high efficiency but also kindness and care...I spent 4 hours to have my vehicles maintenance issues tended to..She went above and beyond to ensure I received the utmost highest level of guest satisfaction..Nancy is her sidekick and Nancy was pretty awesome herself...thanks yall.

The staff was very professional and they honored their warranty with no problem and help me find other products appropriate for my vehicle but the wait time is long nearly 3 hours so be prepared

What a joke. Dropped my car off for 2 hours for a tire change. Only to get a call saying that they dont have my tires. I would have gone somewhere else that was competent enough to keep inventory. Dont waste your time here.

Colonial store auto service has great customer service.

Always have what I need. But today took me 18 minutes to get out of parking lot. So do not go on 11th of the month. Socia Security checks are out and food stamps. I just needed fix a flat which turned into an hour ordeal.

As for as the WalMart on Colonial & Summerlin auto, it really terrible. We arrived at the store around 8:40 am for a set of 4 tires & we waited 3.5 hrs before the same Clerk called us that had first wrote the sale. The clerk took my car key & never mention this long wait.The sad thing is no one had a auto in any of their stall prior to us arriving.

Needed a battery service was amazing very helpful most of the employees are ex military and willing to go above and beyond

Not happy with there product. They said it was Goodyears problem Goodyear says they are responsible. I bought Firestone.

Your always looking at 2-4 hour wait just for an oil change.

Walmart: Colonial and Six Mile. Staff said NO MORE than a 2 hour wait to install two tires. Took 3 hours! Tech overinflated the new tires by 11 pounds!!! No Q&A check. Never again. Jose is manager of tire center.

Came in for 1 tire patch . I was maybe the third customer. I was told itd be less than an hour. Have now been waiting almost three.

Was not happy waited almost 2 hours, they forgot about me...I had pontiac g6 2007 car needed headlights replace, they couldnt do it because they would have to take whole bumper off...watch the utube video you just unscrew screws by bumper pull light out and change bulb....why couldnt this be done...very upset always purchase stuff there..not going back

Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they didnt have my tire size. What seemed to be homeless people rubbing up against me, other weird people screaming in the waiting room behind me...... Frustrating experience, but I lived through it all.
