They repaired my radiator and coolant fluid leak. Have been using NAPA since 2007 and they have always fixed my van with the correct diagnosis and repairs. If you are a AAA member you also get a discount. Very friendly staff.

This place was recommended by AAA and I was disappointed. They are expensive! I bought a new battery and a starter. They charged $54 to put the battery in! My bill was $866! I can’t afford to ever go back there again.By the way, this was with a 10% AAA discount!

I went to this place on November 25, 2017 to make an appointment to have my car service. This place was recommended to me by a patriot who is a regular customer and who also is a AAA member. I spoke with Ken and made my appointment a week in advance on the slowest day and early in the morning on December 2, 2017. On the day of my appointment I get a call from John who stated one of his Techn. call in and he had a load of work and had to canceled on me and hour before my appointment. I asked doesn’t he have other techn who could attend me and he said no that they’re very busy. I ask if he could give me another AAA facility that I can go to since I need my car service due to the long drive I took from New York to Florida. He didn’t recommended any other facilities I could go to except if I want to make my appointment for Monday. I told him I have a several appointments on that day and I was leaving to New York and this is the reason I made my appointment head of time with them. Still he couldn’t help me. I interpret they’re actions for not serving me is that they have they’re regular customers who they attend to and cancelled me out because I was new. I will never go to them again. They could of had a regular customer with me. If this is how they treat new comers, I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. I’m definitely reporting them to AAA Auto of the South and let them know what occur, since they were the one who recommended me to them. Very disappointed.
I am beyond impressed with the quality of service provided by the two gentlemen who helped me, Ken and Greg. I was quoted a very honest and reasonable estimate and they took the time to explain that the issue wasnt even what I originally thought + I ended up saving money! Great job and thank you!
Screw these people. They overcharge you for stuff and never fix them problem. Car is still doing what it did in the beginning and Ive already spent 1,400$ on nothing! Never use Greg
Stay away! Customer service reps were friendly and great, but other than that possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. My 1998 F150 needed an ignition coil. Typically a pretty easy fix in the $400 range. They charged $119 to run a diagnostic which is more than a code reader costs. I was told the $119 would roll into the labor cost and it didnt. Dropped the truck off Friday morning at 9am, get a call around noon saying it is the coil and they are going to replace it, and the plugs and wires for $571, Still high, but at this point they have the truck. She says they should have it done by the end of the day. I get another call late afternoon and she tells me there is a problem with the heads and they cant replace the coil without removing the heads (Anyone with a 4.6 F150 knows this isnt true) and says it will be an additional $900!! I say no, put the plugs in and the coil on. She says no problem it will be done Saturday. Long story short (er) the truck isnt done until 1pm the following Tuesday, I go to pick it up and she hands me a bill for $665. I say the quote was $571 and thats what Im paying. Im told the person who gave me the original quote FORGOT to add the plug wires in the quote. I pay $613 take my truck and it is still running rough. Steer clear of this place. AAA certification clearly means nothing.
ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST PLACE!!!! Never take your vehicle here. Especially if you want it back in the condition you took it in. They repeatedly told me for the past 3 weeks I would get my car back on that Friday or the next Monday...mind you its been a month. Small, minor damages nothing to take that long to fix. The front desk Ala ; most fake person I have had to deal with, ruined my key with a sensor inside so Im looking at $350 if not more to get a new key because it looks like a dog chewed the bottom apart. Personally I dont have a dog and on top of that the car was brand new. Just got it two days prior to my off road experience when someone abruptly stopped in front of me and my insurance company mentioned NAPA on Metro because it was convenient and they would cover it.Unfortunately like I mentioned getting the car only two days prior i didnt put 200 miles on the vehicle. I might of put 60-100 but how did all those extra miles get out on?? I was highly upset over this but the front desk could care less about my experience or fess up to what they did to me and my vehicle keys.Hopefully this will stop anyone else from giving them any type of business!!! I will be fighting this as much as I can because its just not right how they walked all over me.Best of luck to anyone that does go there hope your experience is better than mine was.

I had the best experience when I took my Acura in for service. Ken was very customer oriented, knowledgeable and explained the repairs I needed to keep my car running like new. There is no way Ill take my vehicles anywhere else. NAPA is a true neighborhood gem!
Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and informative staff, always quick in and out the past couple years Ive been coming here and to the other AJs off of 41. very accommodating if in a hurry or to squeeze something in. They also have a nice comfortable waiting room to lounge in with free wifi so its not so bad if youre waiting!!
Very dishonest company. They offer discounted oil changes for Chicos employees but obviously that is only to get them in the door and then lie and say they need a bunch of repairs to their vehicle. I just had my car serviced somewhere else and only came here for an oil change. They tried to tell me I needed new brakes when my brakes were just checked at the other company who said they were fine. I told them this and caught them in their lie. Their response was that they had my car confused with someone elses. Shocker
I worked here as a advisor. I can honestly say that these are not trust worthy people whom only have their best interest in mind. I watched them over charge customers, talk bad about them the minute they walked out the door. I used to think that taking your car to a dealership was a rip off and independent shops were the way to go but after working for both i now see the truth in the saying you pay for the service and expertise you get at a dealership. At least at the dealership the cant make up their pricing. I would never work or take my car here if they were the last place on earth. I was so unhappy there working with snakes that will say anything to get what they want and treat employees as well as customers like they were nothing. Leaving autonation for these bad people was a huge mistake. Glad i am not there and back in a dealership.

Outstanding Performance!I was referred to Napa by WAS when my car broke down, due to overheating! While my car was in the shop, I read many bad reviews, I asked my self; can it be that bad? than, I said; it cant be, AAA referred me Here!Once the diagnostic was done,they informed that it was the head gasket.I was given an estimate, and when they pulled the engine, they discovered another problem..Ive been paying an extended warranty for a long time, and when we called to inform the problem, they advised that it wasnt covered!Napa informe me that, it would be better to replace the engine. Mind you, Ive always took my car to toyota, they used to charge me arm and leg! But since my warranty didnt cover, Napa honored they word, and kept the estimate they gave me. They replaced my engine, gave year warranty....Service was great, speacialy, Tony, and Greg!After week, they even called, checking on me.They are my shop now, and theres no team, I rather play other than them!One advice I woul give to anyone, dont listen to thisr eview! I recommend NAPA ALL THE WAY, THE GO ABOVEAND BEYONDTHANK YOU,EURIDICE
I NEVER wrtie reviews but this business is so bad that I feel compelled to warn folks. I walked in to get my car battery tested. First, the counter staff didnt greet me for a while, then after a 45 minute wait, they told me that I needed a new battery and that it cost me $47 just to have it tested, Who charges to test a bettery? I didnt have time to go somewhere else so reluctantly agreed to have them put it in. The total bill was $235 for a battery for a Pathfinder, highway robbery. I looked at my bank statement today and saw that they charged my card twice and when I called there to have them fix the problem, they said I would have to bring a copy of my bank statement to them. I will talk with my bank and get that cleared up, Im not giving my bank statement to these crooks! I completely recommend that you go elsewhere for your auto repair needs.

I went to this place to do an alignment for my car, after their work when I drove my car I noticed that it was pooling towards driver side so I took it back to them to fix an issue and they said it is because of my tires even though I have brand new tires on my car. I still insisted them to fix it and they just did very bad work and now it’s pooling towards passenger side. They told me they have fixed the issue and did test drive to make sure problem has fixed but I don’t think so they really wanted to fix the issue. I will never go to this place to do any work in my car.
They serviced my truck for 3 and a half days. From the momen I dropped off my truck they told me it would be ready that day then they said the next morning then the next then the next. Bad at estimating the time it will take to make repairs. Very expensive moored to other places as well. I won’t be going back here
Avoid this place, 100%. Do not get your oil changed, even if it is 9.99. I brought my car in asking for it to be checked out because I thought the battery was dying. They called me, told me the battery was charging to 25% and I needed a new one. I asked if they tested the alternator first to ensure that it was not going out. They charged me $40 to do an electrical test and clearly stated the alternator was working perfectly, the battery just needed replacing. So, I agreed, since it was a 6 year old battery with 130k miles ran on it. They told me a new battery plus installation would cost $340. I balked at the cost and went to Costco and purchased my own battery and installed it in 15 minutes. 2 days later, the car wouldnt start (same issue as before, battery had run dry). I charged the battery with a self charging kit and installed the battery, again. (I did check the cables and everything for being on tight). The car for 15 minutes before the car shut down again. I got annoyed and decided it must be the alternator or a bad battery. I took the car back to Napa and they tell me its another $40 for an electric diagnosis... (I just paid for one a week earlier). I reminded them they tested everything a week ago and said everything was fine. They said things can go bad in cars within a week, that anything was possible. Fine, I pay the $40 since its right next to work. They call me and tell me I need a new alternator, i ask the price, they inform me its $540. (I balked at the price again, i said id call them back). I googled alternators for year/car exact fit, new,and found one from Advanced Auto Parts for $200 (get $70 back if you return the core to them, plus a 20% discount online). Basically, $120 for a new alternator and installation for another $95 actually cost me $210 vs the $540 Napa wanted. Since Napa already had my car I had them install the part (notice: they will not guarantee their work if you supply your own part!!), everything seemed fine. As I paid the $95 for installation I noticed a charge on the bill for $9.95 (miscellaneous garage supplies was the listing), i asked what that was. He stated it was supplies used during installation. I normally dont worry about $10 but this seemed fishy but I let it go. I sign, pay, get in the car, and I saw they put a new sticker in my car showing I received an oil change. (Note that they just changed my oil 2 weeks earlier.) I realized thats what the miscellaneous charge was. They changed my oil without my request and didnt even inform me.This place needs to be avoided. Do not get your oil change, repairs, or parts done here.

After Hyudai of FM couldnt get me an oil change appt for 2 weeks, I called NAPA on Metro for appt. They got me in when I originally wanted. Went to store, they took my car in and service was completed within an hour. Service advisors extremely competent and friendly. Also, very busy.Cant speak enough good re them .Thank you. Will take my business there
