I hope I don’t have to go to this Cosmo prof in the future. I usually go to the Cape Coral store and they are much more accommodating there!

Normally it’s great but on June 11th I went there for supplies not realizing it was curbside pickup only and as an employee was dropping a bag into the box I reached for the door handle and she quickly pulled it shut and locked it in my face. She pointed at the sign and walked away. Everything is open in this state. Maybe there are personal reasons within the store but that was so rude. Not shopping there again.

I would give 5 stars but the products and brands I mostly use are never in stock. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is neat, everything is easy to find. I really wish they could stock more of the items I use (Joico, Crew, sale items from catalog)

Love this place. The manager is awesome. The store is always clean and orderly. For professionals only, so if youre not licensed dont even bother.

I live in the Cape, so dont often visit this store, as it is out of my way, but this store is much more thoroughly stocked. Has a much wider range of choices, and the staff is so knowledgeable about the product lines, you would think they had created them personally. I always learn so much when I visit this CosmoProf, and walk away feeling confident about my purchases.

Heather is amazing.. that girl can single-handedly run that store with no digital or other human help.. she should be running that store..

Really professional customer service

The Manager she not to nice and Header she not nice the all, they have to change this 2 ladys and put better people here.

Theyre either out of inventory you need, or its in boxes. Theres a plaque on the wall that says theyre a million dollar store, perhaps if they could get their inventory on the shelves for purchase, they might be able to be a 2 million store
