I had been ordering things from businesses and waiting and waiting only to be disappointed in production and seller. I was refunded with no issue from one seller and told sure no problem you can return but not to my US store I being made to ship back to China. Thats how they get you, but I did so there. Then I stopped at Unique. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for at exactly the right price. The sales girl is phenomenal. I am going back as soon as my second 613 comes in, oh yeah...👍💖

Went here for the first time the other day & I love it!!! Great product selection, I’m a huge fan of eco gel & they had all the different kinds here & all the sizes. The guy working at the time was super helpful & even gave me product recommendations for my hair type. Will definitely be back.

This is the best Beauty Supply store in all Fort Myers Florida!! They are super friendly and nice, always smiling and happy to help you with any questions you may have. They have good sales and prices are cheap Im telling you! I would not go anywhere else... I looove their selection of hair on track and wigs, and always the latest styles, plus I love they are always carrying new and great hair products and hair tools for me to try, along with the ones I have always used.Check them out!!!

I went there for the first time tonight to buy some human hair clip in extensions...what a great experience! The gentleman was super patient with me to help me find what I was looking for. The hair is beautiful and was about half the cost of the other places that sell extensions...I am very pleased and will come back again!!!

They have pretty good hair and hair care products, but their prices could be a little lower.

They only got a one for first day customer service. Bought the last two pack of Bobbi boss faux locs. One pack was perfect with easy applications soft feeling. Second pack when open felt burnt and rough feeling like it been sitting in a hot climate storage space. So I went back to purchase the last ramaing Bobbi boss hair and they where damage. The. Owner refused to refund me 5.99 cent and indicated there nothing wrong with the hair after comparing and contrast b/t both hair texture.... From N.Y. and Ive the worst hair experience in Florida
