Went in today to look at and possibly buy a CBR 300 when I walked in I was greeted by one of the salesman Dylan who was very polite and not pushy at all. I sat on a lot of bikes and found the CBR watch was in great condition but I decided to go for a 2021 Yamaha R3. I worked with Kevin as well who is over the used bikes. They were so nice waived some fees and even threw in a new helmet. Super great experience everyone there was very polite and attentive for a busy Saturday I felt like I was the only one there. Will be coming back for more motorcycles in the future

Valentina was amazing. A few months ago I went to Sunsports looking for a Hayabusa. None were available but Valentina took my info down. Last week she called me to tell me that a 2022 BUSA had arrived and called me before it even got taken off the crate. I snatched it up immediately. Chris told me all of the advantages and disadvantages of the bikes I was looking at. We narrowed it down to the best bike I have ever owned. Just ordered a 2022 Pro Xp 4 Ultimate, this will be my third unit with them. Yet again they come to please with a great deal in a not so great market. My loyalty will be very hard to break with them. Chris in sales was extremely responsive, extremely nice and just a great guy. Every time I had a question he was on it and responded even with my impatience on days off. I try to limit contacting him on his off days of course. These guys have always come through for me and my family. I plan to buy another machine yet again next year and there is no question they are my dealer! Chris is the man! I thank all involved very much for what youre doing for me in this deal. Just bought a beautiful motorcycle from the friendly staff at Sun Sports. I am very new to riding and had a bunch of newbie questions. Jose, Michelle and Alex were very patient and answered all my questions. They also made sure I was picking a motorcycle I would feel comfortable riding. Alex even check in with me later that day to make sure I made it home safe from my first ride. Would definitely recommend.

Went in a few weeks ago to get a tire for my MT-09 replaced. Was glad they were able to do it on a Saturday as my original tire was down to the wear bars. The staff was friendly enough and I didnβt have any complaints there. They even got it done in much less time than anticipated. However, there seems to be a disconnect between departments because they initially only charged me for the tire mounting and balance service I had to remind them that I had purchased a tire as well. The other issue is this attached photo is the current state of the balancing weights on the tire. This was a terrible install job of these and now I have to sort that out myself as the tire is woefully out of balance. Would have given 5 stars had this not been the case
Recently, I had a refreshingly pleasant encounter with Parker Lightner from Sun Sports Cycles and Watercraft. I was in the market for a particularly elusive motorcycle that his dealer had sitting in their inventory. I reached out to them and connected with Parker to determine its availability, and when he confirmed it, I indicated that I would buy it on the spot and offered to give him a credit card, or if preferred, I would provide him my bank routing and account numbers to affect the transaction immediately. Not only did Parker tell me that immediate payment would not be necessary, but he indicated that with a small refundable deposit, he would be glad to hold the bike for me. Unfortunately for me, some personal issues arose that prevented me from consummating the deal. True to his word, Parker delivered on his commitment to refunding my deposit, and did so in a most pleasant andprofessional manner. I know that his company had put forth effort and resources in prepping the bike for delivery, so I offered to absorb the cost for the manpower and goods required to do so. Parkerβs response was βthatβs not how we rollβ, and he never made me uncomfortable in any way about what had transpired. I really cannot say enough about the courteous and deferring treatment that I received from Parker and Sun Sport Cycle and Watercraft. They will be my βgo toβ sales and serviceorganization going forward and I encourage anyone needing a land or water vehicle to consider workingmwith them.
Update: from the avail then non available motorcycle that was in stock.After I sent an email the GM- Ralph personally called me to explain what he knew and listen to my experience in the dealership. He was still working gathering information on what happened and was forthright and professional.I wonβt get a motorcycle today most likely but I feel like when available it will be a seamless transaction now.
While in Florida. Was looking for a bike. Some models are more plentiful here then at home... Well the sales guy let me throw a leg over and went on about the exhaust.. It was a used milleR but he wouldnt start it, let alone ride... I left and wouldnt recommend
I was interested in purchasing a used side-by-side when I looked at it it needed some repairs they called me back twice after it had been in the shop the repairs weβre never done the second time I went to purchase it I had My checkbook and trailer with me to pick up the razor high lifter itβs still had not been repaired properly so I left and told them to call me when it was fixed and I would write them a check they called me a week later and told me they sold it. Extremely poor customer service and I will never purchase anything from them again I also had an issue years ago trying to purchase a ZX 14

Went into Sun Sports not thinking Iβm gonna walk out with anything. Took a gamble, and an hour later I get a phone call from Troy who was my great salesman, that Iβm approved with an amazing interest rate. Hands down the crew here really shocked me with the amazing customer service. I went in looking for a new machine, was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk who got me in contact with Nick. They had machines in stock, just not the exact one I was looking for. Over the next few weeks Nick kept in contact with me over text and phone calls. Always helpful if I needed anything or had any concerns. We did about 80% over text and call, due to living an hour away. When I came into the store, it was a quick painless, exciting process.Iβve had the machine for a couple weeks, took it in for some routine maintenance . Nick came out and expressed his concerns wanted to make sure everything was okay and how I was liking it. Nice to see a salesman who actually cares.#FreedomOnWheels
Place is a joke! Rude staff. Service department is a joke also. Purchased a tire there over 2 months ago. They failed to disclose they do tires on Saturdays only. I finally gave up because I tried for over 2 mos to get it put on. Tommy would not allow me to make appointments or any kind of arrangement to have it put on. Requested a refund then cashier tries to tell me I was already refunded! Wow! Poor customer service! Dont waste your time. Find a different place to take your service

They tried to sell me a used drz400s as new. The old bait and switch. They stuck a used bike with the new bikes. The way I found out was all the dirt in the airbox, I noticed it when they were looking for a battery to put in the bike. I cant stand scammers find a better dealer.Billy Jack is my internet name talk to your young salesman Nik I bought the bike about 3 months ago he will remember because Im the guy he tried to sell a used bike as new. hes a scammer.I made it known to the people working the floor. You say youre the owner but youre unaware of this shows things will never improve at your dealership.Also my credit score 770 but you gave me a lousy interest rate not what was advertised so between trying to sell me a used bike is new and scamming me on the interest rate you will never see me back at your store again on Colonial, Sun Sports Cycle or my family, friends or acquaintances I do service work I work with the public every day you tried to rip off the wrong guy.

This is single handedly the worst dealership I have ever seen. I have been screwed over by every department. Sales. Service. Finance. Parts you name it. On multiple occasions. Their parts department is so high during the day they canβt get a single part right. The sales department will sell a bike from underneath you with no warning. Finance will make promises they canβt keep. And I wouldnβt let the service department put air in my bicycle tire. 1 star is gracious and if I could leave lower j would. As someone who owns a side by side and atv repair shop and who has a massive network of clients who need bikes and also the massive amount of parts a month I buy I promise I will never give them another penny. My last 3 trips there, 40 minutes each way mind you, I was given the wrong parts. With a proper vin for the vehicle. Because the counter clerk was so uneducated at his job. The only way to salvage this place is to fire every single employee and start over. The lack of training for the entire staff blows my mind that they can keep the lights on during the day. Every department is so uneducated and unprofessional they should have all licensing revoked. They will never get a dollar from my company again nor will any of my clients ever be referred there again to purchase a vehicle
Jeremy was wonderful. We went in wanting a smaller moped and he convinced us into getting a beautiful new bike and Iβm so glad we listened! He went over everything and was thorough and nice. After we decided to move forward though everything seemed pushy by other people involved. Whoever we spoke to about financing was super rude and didnβt understand the word βnoβ, he kept making faces at us like we were dumb for not taking whatever he kept trying to push after Jeremy had already explained everything in great detail. To put it nicely he was an a$$. We had to take a tour of the whole place and it took an hour, they did themselves a disservice by showing how slow their service is, we were standing around for 30 min for absolutely no reason. If it hadnβt been for Jeremy and that bike being what we really wanted I would have walked out, never going back

He treated my wife and I like royalty. We had the best customer service from everyone. The best part was when my wife decided she wanted a different watercraft when we were about to sign the papers. They acted like professionals and got her what she wanted Im very happy with my purchase and so is my wife. Just called there to get information on purchasing a new Yamaha jet ski. After being on hold for 4 minutes a lady came on and asked me for my last name. I figured they were going to call me back. Then she said you are trying to make a payment right. I said no. She said hang on so I did. After being on hold for 12 min 42 sec it started to ring. Then without anyone coming on, disconnected.Good luck.

Had a positive experience. The sales and service team (Parker, Kevin, and Mitch) all seemed friendly and on task. For example, Mitchell delayed his lunch so he could inspect my trade in. The used bike mngr, Kevin, was very fair on pricing. And Parker worked for hours to make it all happen. All good.
We bought a new Seadoo from SunSports last weekend. Parker and Val were our sales team and they were great to work with - very helpful and informative. Everyone on their team from finance to service were extremely nice and professional. Overall it was a very smooth process, with great follow up and I love my new Seadoo. Weβll go back to Sunsports when weβre ready to buy the next toy!
This has been the worst sales experience I have ever had. I ordered 4 jet skis for my business and received 2 of the 4, 30 days later without issue. The 3rd and 4th have been a complete disaster. I was told they were ready and to come pick them up only to find out that one of the jet skis wasnt even the one I ordered once I arrived, but hey no worries they both have the same motor... Thats kind of like ordering a Ford and getting a Chevy! #4 Jet Ski got sold while I was still waiting for them to order the correct #3 model. Apparently, as a business owner in the local community I have no relevance. I guess meeting the sales quota is more important than customer relations I.E. RELATIONSHIPS The desk guys curse out the salesmen in plain view of customers and today I finally went back to pick up my skis only to be given a rusty 2nd hand trailer. $2600.00 in case youre wondering for an old rusty trailer. Never the less, I was told some wd-40 and a wire brush itd be ok. I walked out. After all of this you would think they would offer me a discount for the multiple trips, the time wasted, the incredible lack of attention to detail but guess what folks, not a peep. The only redeemable qualities this place has that Ive experienced is Bobby in sales and Larry in Finance. Basically, if your a business owner this is not the place you want to depend on for your business needs. Absolutely no customer value, relationship, or repeat business aspiration.

Brought rim/tire for ATC to them at 815am. They open at 9, im first inline. Asked to install my new tube and tire on the rim. Easy right? About 10am they have me pay a $36 bill. I pick up my stuff. The tire is installed and tube sitting on top. They re-used the 1985 valve stem and didnt install new tube because i have a tubeless tire. Rather that talk to me 10 feet away prior, they just did what they wanted. My tire can be used with or without a tube. I want atube because the rim is rusted and 1985 and not sure if seal will be ok. They rather argue and be rude than do what I payed and asked for. They now put in in a line to wait(even tho i was first in line at 815am) to have it redone the correct way.10:45 i get it back finished. Based on this expeiance i will stay clear of this place. P.s. had similar experiance some time ago and figured give them a chance for redemption. = FAIL
Sadly a very poor service experience. Getting in with the VIP package was easy, I could drop off the same day (Thursday) and was told it should be ready by Tuesday. Perfect. Couldnβt be happier. (Mary was great)Nearly 2 weeks went by without any communication from Sun Sports. I then called up and they said it was ready to come get it. I confirmed I could get it the same day. I went to go pick it up and was met with an incredibly unreceptive customer service rep. I genuinely thought me being there and asking to pick up my ski was a problem for them. When they delivered it to my car, I hitched it and drove off only to find when I got home the condition the jet ski was in. Youβll see the photos that the license plate had been bent/smashed in and there were boot marks / prints all over the top.Clearly the staff here have no issue climbing all over your vehicle with shoes on (yet you have to take yours off when you walk on their products in the shop floor) and damage your products too. All of this from someone who has a βVIPβ package. Disappointed and will not be recommending to anyone.

People have no knowledge of the bikes they are selling. Customer service is terrible. Will never buy anything from this store again. I order a dirt bike tire and was told it would be complete tire rim spokes all together. When I arrived to pick it up they only had the tire and told me I would have to find someone to assemble the tire. I even brought the old tire in to make sure I got the exact one. They lady at the parts service center has no idea what she is doing. The manager was also rude as hell do not buy anything from this place. Worst shop in Fort Myers.

DO NOT GET YOUR BOAT FIXED HERE!! I recently took my boat in to get some steering cables replaced. The repair took over two weeks and when I got the boat home I noticed that a number of the stainless steel screws to the access panel were missing. I called them back to tell them and they said they would take care of this the next time I came in. So when I went back a few months later to repair replace the throttle cables and to have my bow light fixed. I reminded them about the missing stainless steel screws to the access panel and she said it would be taken care of. When I picked up the boat I asked if the light had been fixed and she said yes. This time I inspected the boat before I took it home. The light was not repaired and there were even more screws missing from the access panel. When I talked to the sales lady about my issues she denied that I requested the light to be fixed and then she disappeared for 20 minutes to talk to the mechanic. The mechanic came out and talked to me and said that he stripped several of the screws and that he could fix them but I would have to pay for it. I questioned why wasnβt I notified that they were broken and given the choice to have them fixed before I was called. Then the lady went and talk to the service manager for about 30 minutes. When she came back finally she said they could fix it at my expense because it was normal wear and tear. I said it sounded like the mechanic used too much torque and stripped them. She said no it was corrosion on the stainless steel. I found a bunch of metal shavings all over the deck so who knows what they did. The other issue I had was the condition of the boat when I got it back. They apparently store the boats outside under trees and the boat was filled with leaves and twigs and there were greasy fingerprints everywhere. I asked about this and they said they could detail the boat but they would charge me. I said I see what kind of business this is and that I will never return and I highly recommend nobody use this place to repair their boat!

Beware of bait and switch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I made a deal with Tim the salesman on a three-year-old motorcycle for 17,990 of course that changed it came down to the purchase then they tell me theres a transportation in a assembly fee for this motorcycleGod Im ready to rock and roll all of a sudden the price goes up $1,000 thats bull thats a bait-and-switch they got me to agree on a price I wanted the bike now theyre playing a game. This is so indicative of car and motorcycle dealers its not funny they play a bait-and-switch either when you doing a trade-in or when youre buying a motorcycle or car the road these kind of tactics and dont fall for it walkaway go to the deal thats going to be upfront and very transparent with you.I want speaker to some sales manager playing himself off as Alex Rodriguez maybe hes not the baseball star.I doubt.However he is but he was no better than the sales guy his final decision was thats the price and have a nice day.So glad youre Google reviews!!!So be wise and get the information up front before you make the deal.If you are the owner of this dealership and reading this let it be known that people today are very educated we are not stupid this bait-and-switch is not something that people fall for anymore so get smart dont make enemies itll affect your business bottom line.This is the reason why car salesman and salesmen in general that have to do with any kind of vehicles have a bad name.This is the reason that dealerships who play games with people and hurt their own reputations sadly they dont realize that happy customers are the best advertisement..PS I happen to be a local radio show host and have a podcast thankfully I I have a great venues and do not have any problem bringing this up to my listeners in regards to dealerships that choose to their businesses this way.

Tried to buy a New RZR 1000 XP4 Highlifter here a month or so ago. I had financing all set up and was just trying to nail down a unit. I stopped in late day on Saturday and the unit was on hold but financing fell through with the other person. Salesman was supposed to call me first thing Tuesday morning but never did hear from him. I ended up buying a unit that following weekend up in Port Richey. I stopped in here last weekend to buy some fluids needed and they only had small tiny cans and astronomical price and said bigger ones are backordered. I went home and ordered them on line. This place is pathetic any more.

Hard to deliver to. Have girl who answers the phone provide better instructions.i.e dont turn in at shoemaker. Use 2nd entrance. And also tear out concrete dumpster area that makes getting into dock a struggle. Ill also take a Honda crf110f at cost. Crated no fees ;)
Ruban was great help, give him big props, but the rest of what happened would make me not want to go back.I pre-paid and ordered parts and things and my name was wrong after we fixed it twice on the phone, my order was wrong after we repeated it twice to each other and they spent about 30min to find a part that shouldve been pulled. There was no one inside as far as customers.
We had the pleasure of having Valentina in the sales department help us with our search for the best ATV for us. She was very helpful and informative and guided me to exactly what I was looking for. We discussed possible options after speaking with financial and she was very understanding and gave me everything I asked for. Everything worked out amazingly and I donβt think it would have been better with anyone else!

We just stopped in to LOOK at Side by Sides... we were greeted by our sales guy Rob. A super nice guy with a vast knowledge of the vehicle. He showed us around...answered our questions and by the end of the conversation we ended up buying it! Rob followed up with us after our purchase to ensure we were happy and if we had any questions. I strongly recommend asking for Rob. He is professional, knowledgeable, and walks you through the entire process wing to wing. Kudos to the finance, sales, and parts teams for getting us in and out in a short period of time!

Shane in Sales is an absolute rock star. Amazing customer service!I have been looking to purchase a 2021 19 Yamaha boat and found Sun Sports Cycle & Watercraft listed as a dealer on Yamahas website. I sent an inquiry to them via their online form and within a day I received a call from Shane in Sales. All transactions were by phone, email and text. Shane was prompt, courteous, thorough, helpful and incredibly enjoyable to work with. I had been previously working with a dealer in the same town where I live which would have been more convenient, but after interacting with Shane, I dropped all communications with the other dealer and ultimately purchased the boat from him. All around great experience. I highly recommend.
This place is a thumbs down. Had 2 four wheelers repaired here. First got back fairly quick. Still leaked fuel when got back. Second one after 6 weeks got back. New started had to be tightened down when got home. Very over priced and bad customer service. Will not go back!

This place is only perfect for sales as they sold us two brand new Seadoo jet skis, but their service department is softly spoken a nightmare. One of the worst experiences ever. Very unprofessional and unfriendly, even complaints donΒ΄t change their attitude. No communication at all unless you call or email constantly and then you need to be lucky to get answers. They also try to make you pay for everything although there is still warranty effective. If you need an authorized dealer this might not be your go to. If I could rate the service department only and if Google would allow zero stars there would be zero!
