Well, that was a bust. Have ya ever looked for a Bass Pro Shop? Theres really not many of them around. Stopped at this one between Ft Myers & Naples looking for a Lodge Kick-off Grill only to see absolutely none & to be told they are having a hard time getting them after I was also told they didnt know what they are. Their website shows they have them & I could get one with Club Member points. Oh well, I said to the man, Ill just have to go back to Walmart where I seen TWO sitting on the shelf for the same peice. Then he give me a funny look.😳🤣

Other than the no time of day for you attitude from the salesman, I went to pick up my boat after a trade evaluation, in which they gave me a despicable offer on. Upon securing the boat to my pickup, I noticed the windshield was left open, so I crawled inside to close it then I noticed a mess of twigs and dead insects on the inside of the boat. Then I got to the back of the boat...the transom access cover was removed and was laying in the transom and last but not least, my motor wasnt even resting on the transom saver, had I gone down the highway, it most likely would have fallen off and most likely would have hit another vehicle behind me on the interstate. All in all, would not recommend. Salesman take hours or even days to return calls or emails and the nonchalant, yet cocky attitudes would make me travel out of my way to not have to deal with them.

Absolutely terrible service. ordered a bow Bimini and cover when I purchased the boat. 5 months later they tell me they forgot to place the order. its going on 6 months now and still no Bimini or cover. they never answer the phone. I have to go down in person just to find out whats going on. and I just found that the bunks on my 6 month old trailer are rotted out and falling off so I cant even tow my boat anywhere.do not recommend them and will never purchase from them again.

We drive down every year to visit Santa. Spend lots of money on gifts for the family. This year Santa behind plexi?!! Come on what a joke!!!Let’s just say very disappointing. We found somewhere else to create a Christmas tradition this year. Needless to say we will not be returning as we do not support ridiculousness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to take a moment to give these guys an A+ for customer service. I purchased a boat from them back in 2015, and the whole buying experience was a complete joy. I didnt leave a review then, but I want to leave one now. I broke the throttle cable on my boat and had to contact them for some help on how to get it repaired. First of all, I hate talking on the phone, so the fact that they have the email addresses for all of their department managers on their web site was wonderful. They got back to me the next day, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will DEFINITELY keep my business with Bass Pro in the future.
