I brought my Seadoo boat in for repairs after wasting time and money with a previous mechanic who couldn’t fix it.I lost hope that there were any honest, qualified marine mechanics I could trust until I met Ron and his team.Ron is straightforward and gets the job done. They were able to get my boat running by making the necessary repairs. I’m finally able to take my boat out and trust that it’s in working order thanks to Ron and his team. Kudos to his mechanics, particularly James for doing great work.I won’t ever take my boat to anyone else.
So I bring in my waverunner and explain to them that the thing is stalling and loosing power once I run it at least 30 mins. They replace a drive shaft seal and install a lost mirror for $1,100 and return it two months later with a faded seat and cracked display screen cover which I didnt notice until I brought it home. I did bring up the faded seat to the owner and he proceeded to point to a sign stating that hes not responsible for faded seats, this is even though they keep your property exposed to the elements for months on end without putting a cover on it. I put it in the water the next day and it ran fine for the first 30 minutes, in the meantime the electronic display suddenly disappears and stops working and the stalling/loosing power issue begins again. I bring it back to the shop and leave it with them for the second time. I get a call a week later telling me that the display, also called a Gauge Cluster was faulty and needed to be replaced, keep in mind, I dropped off the waverunner the first time with no display cracks or issues. I didnt want to start blaming them at the time for breaking it because that may have opened up a whole other can of worms for me, so I bit my tongue. The Gauge Cluster alone costed me $784.00. They ended up replacing parts associated with the jet pump which they thought was the issue ($1,936). Well guess what? It wasnt AGAIN. I put the ski in the water for the second time and sure enough, about 30 minutes later after the ski was nice and hot, the exact same issue arose and I barely made it back to the boat launch. So, the same problem I brought in the waverunner for three months earlier has not been fixed. $3,000.00 and three months later, Im back to square one. I dont dare take it back to them a third time so they can fix something other than the issue and charge me thousands more. If you want to spend a ton of money, have a lot of time to waste and not have your issue resolved, these are your go to guys!
We just bought our first boat since 2004. Ron the owner treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. Ron waited over a year before we finally purchased our boat. He never pressured us to buy now.we are so satisfied with our scarab 215 ID wake.it is the exact both of our dreams and so happy to be part of the scarab family.

Brought my twin engine Scarab boat in for service. Only 120 hours on it and already needed jet pump seal. Do your homework before you buy a Scarab. I was extremely upset with my portion of the bill for maint/inspection . Owner says thats a pretty great value for what we did his belief is, and I quote if you can truly can afford a Scarab, you can afford a professional service. Scarab owners are an elite group of boat owners but if I have to explain that you wouldnt understand anyway

Best customer service EVER! Id taken my waverunner to two other palaces for quotes. Both came up with totally different repair items and costs. Was told about Ron from a friend. Ron took the time to diagnose the issue and explain repair to me without me feeling like I was being talked down to. Never mind the fact that the issue wasnt what either of two other places said. Cant speak enough about him and his techs.
We purchased a Scarab 165 from Watertech in September. The sales and service was superb. Ron provided us a great value for our boat and made all details easy for us. We are first time boat owners and James and Cory took several hours taking us on the water to show us how to use the boat, putting the boat on the trailer and trailering the boat home. They even helped us park the boat at our house. Another nearby watersports business offered us no post-sale boat orientation. Best service on Sea Doo, very knowledgeable, very honest and trustworthy. Have used them several times and have never had an issue with anything. When told of a problem they have no problem showing you where the issue is and giving and accurate estimate. When in the shop I have witnessed other repair shops purchasing parts from them and observed them asking how to troubleshoot and fix problems... I think I will stick with the one that knows. I will not use any other shop.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Waveteck. Ron the Owner came all the way out to Alva to service my jet skis. He was prompt, knowlegable and explained everything he was doing and even gave me pointers on how to maintain them so I can save time and money. Took my seadoo to them for a sensor problem. First thing he did was to tell me I had the wrong battery in the seadoo so I had him replace it. He checked fo the sensor problem and couldnt find it and told me he would take it out on the water to check. Over the next 6 weeks it never happened. I went and picked it up because I didnt want to wait any longer. When I got it home my steering was froze up, probably from sitting outside all the while and they didnt even bother to check it. Removed my seats and all the brackets and antifreeze reservoir were disconnected and just laying on the engine with missing bolts. When I called him he was nice enough to offer to put it back together, not sure if I want to waste a hour drive each way or just take it to a better repair shop!
Every time I bring my 2018 Scarab boat to them for service and warranty items they have my boat for at least 2 months.I finally get my boat back and the problem remains and another problem is created. These guys cannot be trained by Scarab. Its very apparent with every trip.
We had paid a deposit on an expedited order, they were unable to deliver in our time frame. For the last 10 months i have been trying to get back my $10,000 deposit. I have heard one excuse to many as to why it has not been returned.
