It’s ok I thought there would be more anime merch. There are a decent selection of books but not much manga, I suppose. There was a good selection of anime shirts and mainly My Hero Academia.

Picked up CD of Journeys Greatest Hits.Was kinda of miffed when I found that they had taken out the machine that would put one song on one CD and it would play in a loop. I did that with a Steven Tyler song and I loved it. I can play it over and over because Id be alone in my car and it wouldnt drive anybody crazy.I want to know why they took out this machine. Im going to write their Corporate Headquarters and ask them because sometimes I just want to hear my one favorite song on a CD. Yes, I said CD! I dont know anything about streaming, to me a streaming has something to do with a creek that goes behind a cabin in the woods.I still have a 78 rpm album of Oklahoma! Along with the Playbill left to me by my grandfather. He was in NYC and saw the show on Broadway.FYE is still a good place (the only place in Ft. Myers) at the Edison Mall to buy CDs as they have a pretty good selection. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Stop by and see what type of music they carry.

Billing my credit card every month and was NEVER told it was a membership. Theyve literally STOLEN $45.00 and customer service will not do anything, the store itself will not do anything. BEWARE of their scam. Your email is not just for notifications of products but rather your ok to charge your bank card.

This is depressing, this place use to be a fun, music times. Vinyl, tapes, CD s and movies. Dvs. Now. Is more like flea market. Between walls. But I dont find any like. $$$$ for us.

Prices were a bit high but the selections were overwhelmingly surprising. I saw plenty of items here that I have never seen before. A huge selection of pops and fringe collectables that put a huge smile on my face. Every time I visit from Miami I make sure to stop here.

This is a great place to go if you are looking for movies, music, or any other sort of cultural memorabilia -- including figurines or t-shirts or posters. You have a great selection of anime movies and figures. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I was surprised by the DVD selection, they had some very obscure titles including imports from Japan.

Everything in this mall is gone downhill. It seems that even FYE is affected. They have a lot of stuff but it sure as hell isnt organized. I went in there searching for a copy of Strange Days and found Hentai stashed in the family comedy. I suppose that in and of itself is comical but what isnt funny is the fact that the title of the Hentai wasnt even in alphabetical order.FYE is a great example of a store that gave up on themselves.

Has a very nice selection of Anime which is the main reason I go, but theres also a ton of cool stuff and collectibles for sale as well. Can be pricey on some items but always has a nice hidden selection of clearance stuff too.

Not enough help, store was confusing, I dont know what was new and what was on sale. People arguing over items, why I dont know!! Maybe just because it was after Xmas sale!! When I use to cost those place, it was clean, organised, have GREAT STAFF!! and even ask if they could help you located what you were looking for.Now I asked and they said Mama go across the room to the right its on the lower level shelf. I never found it. And it can no longer listen to parts of the CD TO SEE if you want it. Cause all the headphone sets are torn off.That you people for not being respectful with other peoples properties!! Now the rest of us have to go home, download to hear it, then go back and but it. Unless download was cheaper. AND IF YOU HAVE AN ITUNE CREDIT!!

I love FYE because it has all that Im looking for. And the prices are incredible! I found amazing merchandise for amazing prices, and I will always stop at FYE wheter Im purchasing something for myself or as a gift for someone else.

Prices on used is the only way to shop here. New prices are outrageous. But if you dig you can find some gems at a steal. Plenty of toys for every branch of pop culture.

Once a music store but struggling to stay afloat in a world of internet music. The store is large and mostly filled with misc stuff. There is some music for sale, vinyl is making a comeback. My 17 year old loves the place. I however, would prefer to watch paint dry.

The variety of their stuff is awesome! I bought (almost) all the seasons of how I met your mother and the last CD that I needed to complete my 1D collection!

I love FYE! I am a huge disney fan, and disney movies are not cheap! But FYE makes them cheap, they mark them at a reasonable price and now i have tones of disney movies! So if your a fan of movies, come here

Place is neat and orderly but they should at least make sure their used products will actually play. Spent $4 on a dvd and only could watch half as it skipped and froze. No refund since it would play at all

You guys somehow upgraded your store... but the layout feels lazy, the store theme feels weak (been to others with more fulong themes) and your staffs a mixed bag. Some are nice, others are kinda jerks, some are cool, others ... well i mean maybe its cuse they are busy, idk. Look the store layout is what it is, im not sure how you fill and properly maintain a V shapped store. That said, the price for movies is what it is, you get what you came for, your dvds should work, oh except sometimes youll get a movie case... without the movie -_-... but the candy is great, the shirts i always buy, the products qhen they go on sale are insanely beyond fairly priced.But you guys could be better 4/5.Wait.IS THAT GOD DAMN HENTAI!? NEAT!
