I contacted Dominic about replacing the brakes on our 2010 Nissan Sentra and he more than willing to come down after a doctor’s appointment. When he arrived he also noticed that our passenger side mirror was broken and offered to fix it even without me asking. Told him about a oil change. No problem Dominic said he could do that. I made three appointments with him to schedule about the brakes. Dominic arrived here one minute before the arrival time and got straight to work. I chatted with him while working and had a wonderful time, we then went for a test drive to see if the new brakes worked and they work like a charm. My car had issues on Friday evening as I was heading home for the weekend and had decided to save the issue for the next morning, leaving my vehicle at my workplace. I contacted Dominic bright and early and he acted quickly to make arrangements to have a look at the car. He met me at my vehicle, did the diagnostic, was very up front about what needed to be done. He gave us quick-fix options for cost saving reason as well as what it would take to fix the problem correctly for long-term savings and longevity. After agreeing to parts/labor he went right to work. I couldnt believe he completely replaced all my coils and plugs and had my vehicle ready for pick up that evening. Dominic is very straight forward, gave lots of tips on how to continue caring for my poor baby that has over 160,000 miles on it. He stayed in constant communication and made this one of the easiest car repairs Ive had to face.

Dominic is a solid guy. I have a little bit of mechanic knowledge but still dont feel comfortable with doing some work on my own. OMG! So impressed with this company. I called around 10am to see if I could get my car in and said he had some appointments but would call me at 4 if he was able to come to my house same day. First of all I’m from Chicago and I’ve never heard of a mechanic coming to your house to fix your car there!!!!! Right at 4pm he called and said he could get my car done same day, just sent him my car info and he showed up at my place, not only was he professional but also efficient, and very very affordable. Dominic arrived on time and did a quick look thru of my vehicle. In addition to the struts that I called him about he noticed my serpentine belt needed to be replaced too. Hey! My name is Manita and my car broke down in Lehigh last week on Tuesday and i had a really hard time calling around and looking for a mobile mechanic that could come out to check my car. But no one wanted to come out there. To make a long story short I found Mr. Dominic online and he was super nice when I gave him a call. Within 48hr he was kind enough to to come out yesterday to pick me up at my house take me to where my car was figured out the problem, gave an estimate then we went to Advance Auto to get parts. Within an 1hr 1/2 my car was up and running. He didnt try to hussle me like most other mechanics would (in previous experience) he was reasonable and called to making sure the car was fine the next day. I would definitely want to give him a call if my car ever breaks down again.

Their prices are terrific and don’t cost any more, And sometimes less, than if I went to a mechanics shop. They took the time to show me exactly what the problem was on the car.After going to a local “big chain repair shop”, My front end alignment was not really aligned. I was told that the problem with my car was a broken swaybar link and that was not a repair that they do at that shop. They promised once I had that part fixed my alignment would be good. Not true. All they wanted was my money. They misdiagnosed what was needed.The chain store manager told me that the car suspension should’ve been checked prior to the alignment. But the problem was not discovered until after the alignment was done and I pointed out to them that it was still not aligned. Then they showed me how obvious the problem was LOL After going back into their shop and he admitted that it should’ve been looked at prior to the alignment, he could’ve cared less about redoing my alignment and knew I was walking out of there unhappy.It was Dash Services that discovered what needed replaced was really the Tie Rod End. Now I’m out the money for the alignment have to go have another one. Since an alignment Is always needed after replacing a tire rod end.The guys at Dash really know what they’re doing, are pleasant to deal with and they come to my home to do the repair. That’s great for me because I can continue working and not having to sit in an auto shop lobby for hours.Definitely going to use Dash Services again in the future for all my car repair.
