This roofing company has caused damage to multiple private lots by driving through them and unloading their materials onto private property. Now, two trucks are stuck, deep ruts are on multiple properties, and sharp pieces of plywood are strewn about in places where neighbors, including children, walk and play. The phone number that is listed goes directly to a full mailbox each time I try to call it, so I can’t get assistance from the company. JGA Beacon, please reach out if you get this message. We have asked multiple times that trucks not park on private lots. We’re hoping somebody will reach out.

2 hours to unload 1 truck. Grab some snacks and be prepared to be here for a while. This review is not based on the store or their product, just wanted to share my experience here as a truck driver. 4+ hours waiting to get unloaded is just not acceptable.

Terrible customer service, slow, disorganized, only one guy has ever helped load my truck, he was white, and yea I’m Hispanic so stop thinking what you are. They have asked me repeatedly to use a mask but not one staff member uses one, was denied the bathroom, (you know where you wash your hands)...was told it wasn’t a public restroom, sorry communist I’m a big money customer, AKA I pay for your salary...google said they close at 4:30, I got there at 4:12 and was denied service as a semi backed in...who is going to unload the semi genius? Always a bad experience.

Tbh I almost left without getting what I needed, I understand a mask policy but when none of your employees are wearing it and have the audacity to tell me to wear it or stand outside.. like.... really... but none of you need to wear one.... dumbest thing Ive heard. I will not be going back for anything..

Im going to check to download and asked the one who is unloading a truck where I can check to download and with very bad form, he replies that I have more trucks ahead. I tell him that I know that and where I can park that Im standing on the street, again he responds with a negative attitude that will not block the street. at the end he replies that he is the one with whom I have to check bad work and bad attitude

Not a good place to deliver to. Very unsafe and unskilled forklift drivers. Guy hit my truck mirror with forklift. Then 5 min later 2 forklifts ran into each other. You have to back in narrow lane from a busy 2 lane street. Then getting your signed paperwork back is like a goose hunt. Just a poorly operated and unsafe workers. I will not accept another load to this place.

I went into RSG to look at shingle colors, and drip edge color for my new roof. They had to order the color I wanted, and it was there 2 days later, never pressured to buy. They were very helpful and very respectful. Everyone in the office from ordering, pricing, and my many questions were all very nice and helpful. Trevor helped me and gave me a sample to take home. He was very patient and polite. I was very impressed with the staff from calling to going in on 2 separate occasions, i was always was welcomed. Great company, great prices! Thank you for making the process pleasurable! I will recommend your company to anyone in need like I was.
