This review is long overdue. After driving my S550 across the country from California, I wanted my car looked over to make sure everything was in good order. This also gave me an opportunity to meet my new service location in Fort Myers. Scheduling the appointment by phone was easy and the rep was very nice and professional. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was met by Travis, my new service advisor. Travis was super professional and kept me well informed on my car. Yes, getting services done at Mercedes is expensive, but the quality of work and the knowledge and professionalism of the staff more than make up for that. I was offered a loaner vehicle, my car was squeaky clean and when another issue arose after I picked up the car, Travis made it right. I look forward to a long business relationship with Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers. I love the cars...I love the service... thank you!
Purchased a Mercedes E63 from Nero at MB Ft.Myers. It was refreshing to have a salesperson as Nero. He understood right away I wanted to buy this car and he made it possible.. If you find yourself wanting to buy a car at this dealership ask for Nero and get yourself a new ride. I will definitely be buying my next Mercedes’ from him.
I purchased a used car from here for $30k. On the drive home (10 min away) the check engine light came on! I brought It back, they claim it was a sensor. They changed the sensor. Thank you, for doing that.I drive the vehicle home again, and on the drive home the check engine light came back on! I call in and was told to being it in the next morning. I bring the car in at 9am and they tell me there is nothing more they can do, and that its my problem. They will not do anything for me. They recommend to me that I could purchase a warranty from them. Excuse me, a warranty on a car I purchased here that had an issue not 10 minutes after I bought it!? This is a problem that already existed with this car.I took the car to another dealership for repairs (like they told me to do) They think it is an electrical problem with the wiring and its $300 just to look it over to figure out what is wrong. This would be not to fix it, But to just see what would need to be done.UPDATE 9/17 : A couple weeks have passed in owning the car, and after a bad review, a manager called me personally. They offered to have it looked at to see what is wrong, and even offered to buy the car back if need be. I have been working on repairs to the vehicle myself since the purchase, so that wasnt something I was interested in anymore. In response to that he offered to pay me back for parts, and some time I had into the repair. That is much appreciated, and goes a long way towards repairing the damage done. I am glad they came back to do that, and at least someone is listening.
I have to say I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles from multiple dealerships, but this was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. Josh my salesman was amazing and had the answer to every question I had Phil in finance was great and got everything approved within minutes of my application Mitch the sales manager was very accommodating and I even got to meet the service team and the General manager Jeff who were all very welcoming too. It was a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from this team. I will recommend everyone I know to buy a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers. Thank you!!
If you are buying a car online this is the place to buy from. From out of state I bought an off brand Cadillac XT5 from Nero at MB Fort Meyers and the service, communication and overall experience was off the charts. So many things you dont think about like tax in a different state, license plates, shipping - these guys know how to do it. Sergie is a great salesman, a year later we had issues with service department and their communication consistently. Called him and he went above and beyond and handled all my concerns and even got me a ride home from work. Service department should take classes from Sergie on how to deal with customers.
I absolutely loved the service I received from Nero. His approach was not as a car salesman but a genuine help to someone who needed it. Nero offered no gimmicks but was honest and trusting. He made me so comfortable to the extent that the time to complete the purchasing process passed by so quickly. I see why Mercedes has kept him there for five years. He is a gentle giant and a gem.

Mercedes aint what i think it use to be or should be. I think they are no competition for Lexus now. The lexus showroom, etc blows mercedes away, the lexus customer service is way better. When you call Mercedes they sound more like they are being inconvenienced. Im not sure why folks buy the cars. My van is very unique so Im stuck with them. The vans love engine lights too...
The overall experience was good, but the fact that I had to ask for the used car I bought to be topped off with gas was beyond belief. Im 59 and have bought many cars in my lifetime, from many dealers....NEVER have I left the lot without a full tank. You would think a Mercedes dealership with all those fees would balk at filling a tank. To end on a high note, Matt Jacobson was a pleasure to deal with. Made the deal seamless.

Im a loyal client of MB Fort Myers for many years taking my E-350 to their service department. After 1.5 years I noticed my go to service advisor was not providing the level of service I was accustomed too. Brian the service manager resolved the issues and explained that the gentlemen was no longer with MB. That explains a lot!

Service was a usual well done and accurate. Took a bit longer than I would have liked but only because they were overwhelmed with Sprinter recalls many of which like mine were RV conversions. Kudos to the tech who had to remove and replace a water tank to get the job done.
My car was towed away by Mercedes Benz 800 customer service. I was told no worries we take care of the flat tire. 24 hrs later my vas was not found. Service depart. Had not idea of my being there since the day before. I was told by service manager Mr. Hayes that he had 60 customers before me and they were more important. It made me feel I was at Kia or hunday. I think customers service should be equal and technology should be use this yers 800 Mercedes or dealer Mercedes should have and share same information… to to 70s.
I did a deal over the phone, and Nero was great. After some initial back and forth, we quickly figured each other out over the phone and things went very smoothly. I got here to find a wheel key lock replacement, and the people from parts didnt had the matching key, they sent me to service deparment so they could find me one, and they blew me off, back to parts, I take my car off the service area and go back to parts and they blew me off to find an advisor, this guy was almost yelling at me like it was my fault, I get to the desk where three people where standing and two of them ignored me, only the lady took my case after advising another costumer and it was at this point when i found some relief she ask me to bring my car back to service area where Ruben, very nice guy, couldnt find a matching key, so they ask me to wait for someone else to bring one, didnt had to wait too long until Ruben found one and I got to buy my replacement. Very rude and unprofessional people if you dont have the usual looks of a Mercedes customer, I consider myself a very nice person, but a Karen in my place would torn the place appart.

Andrew contacted my NY dealership and communicated with me to get the proper result. My car service was performed by the next day, and I received communication my service was completed, and ready to be picked up. Now that the service is finally done it seems to have taken care of my check engine light (its been a day, we will see how long it lasts). However, actually getting the service done was excruciating. Two full days of waiting to get the car scanned which only got completed after several nudges from me. Then a part they needed had to be ordered from Jacksonville which was going to cause another 2 day delay. The part came in and it was the wrong one, which wasnt a problem because they had the right one in stock but my car wouldnt be done until the next day first thing in the morning. I told the service assistant that I would be there at noon to get the car and was assured there would be no issue. When I arrived, I was informed that my car was sent to be washed and that it needed to be looked at again as the check engine light had come back on as it was being washed. I went to lunch and made myself clear that the car was to be ready upon my return which it was. However, the wash excuse was exposed as it was delivered back to me with a layer or dust of dust on the windows and body. I gave them 2 stars because they seem to have fixed the cars issue. The other three stars were forfeited by the dealership as all I asked throughout the process was an expectation of the timeframe but all I was given were questionable excuses. As a brand new client I feel as though they should have been trying to earn my future business but I drove away (finally) feeling like they really didnt value it.
We have never written a review before but our experience with Sam Reyazi at Fort Myers Mercedes was such a pleasure we wanted to say thank you again. We purchased our beautiful S560 from Sam who from the moment we first spoke was most courteous and knowledgeable. We knew we were working with the right person and after several conversations we drove 3 hours to meet him and complete the sale. His integrity shown through every step of the way! Drop off was quick and easy. Oil Change was done in less than 2 hours while I ran errands.Only downside is paying $213 for an oil change.

The folks at this dealership are terrific. I was travelling from St. Petersburg to the Cleveland Clinic in Weston for a medical appointment in a two month old Mercedes which I had purchased in St. Pete. I had a tire suddenly drop pressure on I-75. After getting the car to the dealership on a flatbed, Adam Barton coordinated things for me, got me in a loaner and I made it to the appointment. The lady who handles the loaner (sorry I didnt get her name) was very kind and understanding. I told a friend that the people there make you realize there are still good folks out there. My car had to be towed, they looked at it quickly and ordered the needed parts. They were nice enough since we were out of town to drive the car once fixed from Fort Myers to Naples (Ty Tom) and place in my garage. They were courteous all along the way.

Check in & check out service was great. I assume service was done properly and professionally, no way for me to confirm that unless something goes wrong. Disappointed that seat protection was done poorly and dirt/grease stains were left on our white seats and there was a drink cup ring and water on out RV counter. I expect better respect for my very expensive Mercedes.
I was given an appointment for the recalls on my C250 only a few days out. Another MB dealership closer to my home said the would have to order the parts and couldnt get me in for over 3 weeks. The service was done promptly. Meghan was very nice and helpful.
Kris helped me to find a car last minute before I moved to California and he was not only helpful but made sure to help me find a car that allowed me to move across the country in a vehicle that is both safe and comfortable! I had the best experience here. I took in my Benz to get a simple annual service and was immediately greeted with a Mr. Pizzi, Joseph. My advisor Megan was amazing!!! However the tech that worked on my brand new car felt the need to peel the protective plastic cover on my navigation and cluster that I did not want removed!! I’m very very angry and realize there’s nothing I can do about it!! Make sure if you use them to tell them not to touch anything in your car because the tech will help him self to your car like it’s his.

5 star rating from our family, all because of their customer service! We were needing to downgrade, knowing we’d be upside down with negative equity. We went in to look at a used car, which was not even a Mercedes. Our salesman, Glen, was honest and upfront with us about our financial situation. He was able to find us a better deal that would help us get out of our negative equity in the long run. He was compassionate and laid out all of our options. We left relieved knowing someone cared as much, to go above and beyond to help us, instead of looking to make an extra buck like so many other dealerships. We were treated with respect, kindness and understanding. We LOVE our GLA250 and we were surprised at how affordable it is for us! Mercedes-Benz has gained a long term customer now. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for Glen working and helping us. He made the process of car shopping a joy, instead of something dreadful. Thanks again!!

I came in with a notice of a a paint defect. I felt i was treated as if i was the cause of this issue i was treated with a cold response. Little info. I was made to feel like a person UNWORTHY of owning an MB. This man Tom i believe could us a lesson in business etiquette manners and flat out a better disposition toward his fellow man. Btw. I purchased many cars from mb of orlando in my yrs. but with employees like this you could be ascertained if i am in the market for another unless your price is unbelievable. i will not visit. I did call mercedes and they were much more helpful than he was. And besides why did you even waste my time by giving me an appt. you could have told me on the phone. “WE DO JOT WANT YO BE BOTHERED BY YOUR NON ISSUE “ i wish you well. So far so good about the repairs....but I wasn’t pleased when I saw some greased fingerprints on my inside car handle. I had to ask for a “second wash...prints were still visible, I had to remove them myself!😒

Our RV Sprinter started experiencing some engine problems while we were visiting the area. We called M-B of Fort Myers. Cody was able to squeeze us in that day and Justin figured out what was wrong with our vehicle. Turned out to be a warrantied part. Fortunately M-B of Fort Myers had it in stock. I had a very bad experience from the moment I walked in. I walked in and was immediately ignored until I walked up to the lady in the front desk. A salesmen came up to talk to us while still standing at the door and was very rude. He asked me my budget and told me I was in debt with my car before even taking me to his desk. I asked if I could get help from someone else preferably in spanish and was told that they could get a MECHANIC to help translate. Will not be going back and making sure friends and family will not be going as well. (Also was told that they don’t hire anyone that speaks Spanish “because they always leave” I wonder why)

Started researching vehicles on line in the morning. One of the sites brought me to a vehicle being offered at the dealership. Their response was quick and i made an appointment to test drive the vehicle at 3pm. I was out the door by 5pm same day with the keys to my new car! the sales experience with John was easy and stress free. The finance manager was efficient and didnt try to hard sell me on the extras at contract signing.This was my first purchase from this dealership. So far the experience has been excellent.

Amazing experience! Car was ready to test drive and all clean when we came in. We were done with the sell and out of there within an hour.
I brought in my car because my radio was not working, I assumed it was a fuse. They checked the fuse in the front of the car, then told me that they couldn’t get to the behind the radio fuse without “breaking my dashboard” and me having to buy a brand new dashboard for 300$ on something they didn’t even know would fix my radio. My father googled how to get to my fuse behind my radio and did it in 5 minutes. Place only wants your money, better off fixing it yourself.

Go see Cody. Hes intelligent, humble, understanding, and efficient. To be fair Im always treated with excellent customer service and vehicle service here. I feel like my time is valued by staff. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen and out the door. The lobby is clean and airy. They have an assortment of free hot and cold drinks plus premium snacks. My vehicle is serviced with precision. The loaner vehicles are always an upgrade from my personal vehicle. This is my first luxury automobile. Its one of the best purchases Ive made. This is a true 5 star rating and theyve earned it.
