We recently were considering replacing some of our carpeted floor spaces with plank vinyl. We were not satisfied with our contact with some of the big stores out there, so we decided to give Hessler a try. We cannot say enough about our experience with Hessler, from Chris in the showroom to the professional installation we received. We absolutely love our new floors, and wish we had replaced our carpet sooner. The price was reasonable, the quality of the product is outstanding, and the service has been great. It’s no wonder they have been in business all these years. We highly recommend Hessler to anyone who is considering new flooring and don’t think you will be disappointed!

John Firestone is the man!Very knowledgeable and great follow through and coordination.His team removed 2500 sqft of old tile and installed same along with new baseboard. Also removed carpet on stairs and replaced with tile. Best looking stairs Ive ever seen. True craftsmanship!He also put me in touch with an awesome painter who did my interior.Highly recommend

Our new floors are stunning! Michelle helped us with flooring design, color, pattern and placement recommendations which fit our home and rooms perfectly! Our plans kept changing and she was incredibly responsive and helpful and managed our installation tight schedule. Our installer did a fabulous job removing the old wall to wall carpeting and made the new floors flow beautifully from room to room. Hessler did an amazing job. I highly recommend.They applied a hardener and a new stain/sealer. Now it looks amazing. Nice and even color and no fluid retention. Stain resistant and easy to clean. Hessler and its salesman, Peter, were very helpful and supportive in our selection and installation of the Anderson Bently Plank flooring. Pete scheduled the tile removal sooner than originally planned and when there was an unexpected delay in the installation of the flooring, Pete found another sub to do the work. All subs were friendly, easy to work with, anddid an excellent job in cleaning up upon completion. Hessler will be our first stop in our next flooring project.

I was concerned about finding quality tilers to put a new floor in our house. Hessler did a perfect job of laying tile throughout my whole house even though I was not on site for a majority of the job. They even did our master bath and shower perfectly. Chris was very thorough and responsive. They tore out all our tile installed new tile and were very clean. I highly recommend them. They also put in our carpeting in our bedrooms and it was perfect.

Completely incapable of living up to their word or their schedule. My frustration with this company has reached the point where I dont even want to drive past their building. We are only halfway through a HUGE remodel and they have misled us time after time. The house torn apart and I cannot even imagine letting them in the front door!

Found the most gorgeous tile for my shower here. The staff is really nice and willing to find out prices for you on the spot. The also let us check out tiles to coordinate colors and designs. So awesome! Thank you Taylor

My wife and I contacted Hessler Floor Coverings and needed to arrange for the removal of carpet and the installation of wood plank tile for 3 bedrooms and a den. After getting 2 other ridiculously high quotes from other flooring companies, we spoke with Christy at Hessler Floor Coverings at the Ft. Myers store who was fantastic to deal with. She helped guide our choice to remain within our budget. Christy then worked to get our installation scheduled so the new floors would be completed before moving into our new home.Once scheduled, the installation team, led by Pasquale worked over 4 days to finish the floors. Worst customer service experience we have had in a long time. Our installation was postponed at the last minute 3 times and the last time they just didnt show up. Fort Myers manager showed no urgency in responding to our situation and we mostly felt bullied by her. There are so many floor covering vendors in this area there must be better options. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Ill start by saying, we worked with Christy Jo Langley. She is on top of her game, responsive, timely, great follow up, very professional, extremely easy to deal with. Qualities we found extremely beneficial to find in a salesperson, while shopping for carpet and tile at a full service flooring dealer.

It was amazing. The service was exceptional. They were so helpful. Was not looking to buy at the moment but the salesman went out of his way to give us all types of flooring ideas without a sales pitch. Will definitely go back to buy.

I priced many of the local carpet stores and love that I chose Hessler for my new carpet. Hessler had great customer service. They worked around my schedule. They were by far the best priced! I had originally thought home depot would have the most economic deal as a large distributor. I was wrong. I paid $35 for a estimate and was quoted $2700. I decided to get another estimate. Jeremy Lewis of Hessler Carpet promptly returned my call. He then gave me a free estimate for $1500 for a comparable carpet and pad that home depot wanted $2700 for. They had the job done within days. I am happy to have been able to use a family local business and got a much better deal. I highly recommend Jeremy. He was very pleasant and kept in communication through the whole process.

I am a builder from MN and I am used to having long standing relationships with our flooring suppliers. While remodeling our home in Fort Myers, I searched for a salesperson and company I could trust. I found that in Jeremy at Hessler Floor Covering. I walked in on a Tuesday night (30 minutes before closing) and met with Jeremy Lewis (store manager) to get information on hardwood, laminate, and/or vinyl. He stayed 1 hour after closing to show my wife and me dozens of different flooring options. We picked a beautiful hardwood but needed it installed within a week. Three days later, seven (7) workers showed up on Friday, removed carpet and baseboards, installed new flooring and new higher baseboards, and were finished by Saturday afternoon. 1,500 sqft total plus seven closets. Our retirement community was looking for new flooring for our clubhouse. We went to several flooring store in the Ft. Myers/ Naples area. I was very impressed with Hessler Floor Covering out of Fort Myers. I was working with a committee to decide on which was the best flooring to use for the activities in our clubhouse. We worked with Jeremy at Hesslers. He was very patient with us since we were a committee and everyone had their opinions. Jeremy helped us chose the product that would best serve our needs.Once we made our choice, the product was ordered right away. Jeremy chose the best person to do our installation. After some initial trouble placing an order, Hessler made everything right. We researched several retailers and they had the lowest prices in the area, even better than online retailers.
