From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. They allow you to take samples home and dont charge you like everyone else. I decided on my tile it was ordered and arrived in two days. I actually had to return some grout and they refunded me no problem. They will always be my go to tile company.

I found PCC by accident and it was a GOD sent after looking at 12 tile stores I finely found what I was looking for and for a fabulous price, the service was exceptional just like the price, everyone there is very knowligble, helpfully and very respectful. I walked out feeling WOW I,m so happy I found PCC I had a spring in my step and a smile on my face. And they have what I need in stock plus the delivery fees are reasonable I dont feel that I was robed. Never been to the Cape store but I frequently visit the Fort Myers store. I go there with a friend of mine who does business with them. They are nice knowledgeable people who are all about service. Very professional.

I visited several tile stores and PCC Tile was the only one that actually was interested in actually talking to me about what I wanted to do. I dealt with Joel Russo and he was more than accommodating in answering my questions on tile and then stepping back and letting me browse the Ft Myers store. There was never any pressure and he even allowed me to take samples home to view them in the house. He supplied me with names of several good tile installers. We interviewed and picked one of them (Johnson Tile) and Kevin did a fantastic job with the whole house tile installation. We even bought more tile than needed originally and since it was a stocking item we returned the extra pieces for a refund. For a major expenditure, this had to be one of my best experiences ever. I have over 40 years of business experience and its easy for a former business owner to spot a well run business. This is one of them. Pricing was fair, and delivery right on time. You want great tile and good service at a reasonable price go to PCC Tile. If you are looking for something less, dont waste their time. The old axiom of you get what you pay for really does apply.

I recently purchased wood grain porcelain tile from PCC Tile- it is absolutely gorgeous! I shopped around and they had the best selection of top quality tile at the best price. Their customer service was outstanding. I worked with Cheryl, who spent a lot of time searching for exactly what I was looking for, and we ultimately ordered tile from Spain, which arrived right on time! Their attention to detail, customer service and product quality is truly outstanding! Very ethical and friendly people to work with - highly recommended.

I encountered a few different guys while I was here and all were very helpful. I had a lot of questions and asked for a lot of advice— they were more than willing to help me. The variety is good especially if you need a back splash. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

I found the perfect tile here for our house- I usually only shop big box stores for variety and was pleasantly surprised to find what we wanted here. They had a great variety of higher-end and affordable tiles, unlike we experienced at other tile retailers. They worked with us on the price and actually stored the tile nearly a year after we purchased it (house renovation took longer than expected). There was no hassle when we purchased the tile, to the day we arranged for pick up. Customer service staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Family and friends have had similar experience in dealing with this company, too. Highly recommend.
