This store has been closed down and is no longer a Cricket wireless.

My experience with this specific Cricket is only over the phone BUT that girl I spoke with was really nice and helpful. I didnt buy the phone from there but she told me to come in and she would try and help me anyway and she was very polite and sweet. I wish I had gotten her name.

They hooked my phone service up just fine like any other provider/retailer, but, 30 bucks for a screen glass or a phone case??? These are 2.99 online!! Does anybody actually but these? Please tell me no one buys those at the store for that price.

Cricket has been my favorite service provider for the past 10 years. This store could do a little better on their customer service though. They were not very helpful for the things I requested and I ended up having to go to another location in North Fort Myers which they were easily able to help me in a quick and hospitable manner.

Great people not a lot of phones to choose from, but I will go back just for the customer service!

I would not recommend Cricket on Fowler and South but they knew staff they have an attitude that I dont like Im in the motorized wheelchair and the attitude stink I changed provide of a cause of it

Knowledgeable staff but not a good selection

After calling for an hour after they were supposed to be open I finally got someone on the phone, asked about a phone Id like to buy and was told that is was in stock, so I drove over there to buy it only to find out it was not available after all. The rep tried calling her manager- but he wouldnt answer his phone either.
