This is the most helpful Verizon I’ve been to. I especially want to thank Karim for helping me add a new phone and plan for my daughter. Definitely deserve 5 strata for going above and beyond.
I had a great customer experience at Verizon yesterday. Although it seemed a bit busy for the amount of staff present. I was greeted promptly upon entering the store and then again to tell me someone would be right with me. Finally, a third person approached to tell me that two others were presently ahead of me prior to someone assisting me. What great communication!When Vanessa became available to assist she was very clear and to the point. She understood my need and offered a solution for me that would even save me a few dollars. I will definitely be bcak . Keep up the great teamwork and service!
Interrupted my move to run to get an urgent replacement phone. No Verizon’s in the poor areas of Lehigh so I end up on colonial. And closed due to COVID. Put a mask on. Get your employees vaccinated. Update the site. Jesus.
Verizon in general has horrible customer service. After trying to get a line on my plan disconnected online, I went to the store to have it done in person only to be told they cannot disconnect a line at the store. Thats after waitingin line for 30 minutes. Their website said it could be done at the store. I was handed a small piece of paper with various Verizon phone numbers to call. I called the customer service line as I was sitting in the AT&T parking lot. After another 20 minutes of being on hold listening to background music, I disconnected and walked into the AT&T store and signed up with them. I was with Verizon over 20 years and paying $200.00 + per month.

The Verizon guy quickly fixed the app problem, I had asked him to show me how to get out of the application but he didnt bother, just said come back well fix it again. I told him, my time & gas is important to me, that if he had showed me. He certainly not a people person. Rate him a 1 out of 5.
This establishment has always helped me out. I highly recommend this store over the authorized retailers in the area. They know their product and solve your issues.Ive been told straight up no, at other places, and because of a previous positive experience, came back here. When I did, they notified me it was still under warranty, and walked me through the process.Great staff, and I would argue that because of their service at this specific location, theyve kept me with Verizon.
I was very happy with the service I received from Orlando as he was professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient. His supervisor Pate was also very courteous, helpful and kept up with the COVID protocols by cleaning constantly and having customers keep a safe distance.I would strongly recommend this store and to save time make an appointment with Orlando.
Unfortunately, with COVID being as frustrating as it is. However, this is 1 out of maybe 3xs or so where my time was spent waiting far too long We can have better handling of driving in person visits. I spent about 1 hour simply waiting to as a question. Without getting what I needed. I highly encourage a better way to drive customer service to clients. Example- use a quick form for needs? Why are you here? This way at least in an hour, or 30min+ a rep comes prepared with an idea of why you are here, after taking 5sec to check form. Rather than wasting or dishonoring anyones (rep & client) time by waiting so long, to have no resolution. Thank you for considering this.
I came here yesterday to transfer to Verizon from sprint and whoever the girl is that’s working there genuinely seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. They sent me away not knowing anything. I still have no idea how to set up my phone. They don’t port numbers over in front of you which to me is odd every other store they switch your phone over right in front of you. Also told me my phone wouldn’t work without the new iPhone 12 charger and made me spend 20 dollars on a wall charger I don’t need because I’m using my old charger as we speak. She specifically told me I couldn’t charge my phone if I did not buy this wall charger. Did not tell me anything else. Just rushed me out the door. Also forgot to give me my shipping box for old phone. I had to go back in 3 separate times to ask her questions and things she forgot to tell me because I still was confused about what to do. Worst customer service in a long time. Definitely going to a different location after this. Made me wonder if I even made the right choice by switching if this is how Verizon treats their customers.
I give ZERO stars if possible - worst customer service ever -They send promo of zero $$ for phone and its all bait and switchMake you change plans for more $$ and not provide what the offer was.This store seemed to not make any $$ from promo i got and was nothing but rude - additionally Verizon c/s is just nothing but give you run around and put on hold for hours till you finally give up and end paying way more than the promo they send you
I came in on Monday 12/8 to switch carriers and the girl who assisted me didnt seem to care . When she got the new phone she didnt show .me any thing about it. And when the data transfer was taking a long time she simply dismissed me to help another customer. When I left i didnt have any contacts apps or texts. Or downloaded files transferred to the new phone. Thats not service its something lessPorter Kinnaman
Store had to make us line up outside due to staff shortage. We had others ahead of us. It was too hot to wait outside like that so we left.
I went last week to purchase a new phone. The Verizon representative told me to go online because it was cheaper. He helped me doing the order. He said, everything’s done, you will receive your phone next Wednesday. Today I had to go back to the store. I haven’t received the phone. The Verizon representative told me something failed with the order. He could explain me what exactly. And he didn’t offer for more help to fix that. End of the story: I have been twice to the same shop and I still don’t have my phone. Very bad customer service!

Kareem was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional!The security guard however almost cost Verizon a $1200.00 sale. He was rude and would let me speak to a representative. He told me I needed to place my order on line and the representative would tell me the same thing. Not accurate, Kareem was awesome!
Its no wonder why I love Verizon, with customer services reps like Steven and Jacel! Yesterday I bought a new phone here and Steven was awesomely helpful, not pushy, guiding me to buy the phone that was right for my data and price plan. Due to time constraints yesterday, I chose to return today to get help to set up new service on the new phone as Im techno-insufficient...and Jay was so incredible helpful, walking me through step by step to save my data, my photos, my information and all with super detail and expedient service. This is, I think, my 13th or 14th year with this Verizon store and you just cant beat the service and the products AND the customer service reps there. THANKS. Kathy Hazard
Zero stars for Verizon corporate. Google won’t accept 0 stars. 50+ minutes on hold in store to disconnect service. this is a tactic to frustrate customers from canceling service or offer them nonsense to stay connected.

This store has always been very helpful.. Today 6/6/2020, a gentleman came to the door, I explained that we wanted to port MetroPCS to Verizon phone that was our daughters.. I stated that I had already called and they said I needed to wait till they had stores open to have it done... This was the reason I was there today, he sent me away saying he would send a text with a code number and call the port center.. I never received the text and when calling the port center, it says to go to the store as it is a different carrier... I was trying to explain this and a lady inside the store said that they were wrong and I needed to call port center.. So here Im calling port center only to be told that I need to go to the store... Very confusing, felt as though they didnt want to deal with it.. SE
Very rude!! 2 people in the store. I walked in and was told to leave as in wait out side.. was told too many people in store. Everyone was wearing a mask myself included .

I went there to purchase a new tablet but they didnt allow me to get inside if I didnt know already the exact model I would purchase. They treat me like I was a criminal. I will never go shop at the place anymore.

I have been looked at 3 times and have yet anyone to tell me I will be right with you. 3 people helping people, I get it, but still sitting as I write this and no one has communicated even a hello with me. 13 minutes and counting. Another look at me but nothing said. I do not want to interrupt the young man who went behind desk to get something but walked by and still nothing. So, his customers left, he goes behind counter and I yell can you help me?...yeah he says and stays behind counter. His name is Steven, they need to train on customer service skills. So glad I switched.

The employees werent knowledgeable or helpful at all regarding the technical issue with my device. The individual who was assisting me didnt even know how to operate simple functions of the device and was going to delete irrecoverable data if I wasnt paying close attention. She then proceeded to try and sell me a new plan (which isnt what I visited the location for and I vehemently expressed that I wasnt interested in it for several reasons, including not wanting to lose plan features that in grandfathered into). She even tried to debate me over the difference in cost until she reviewed my billing history and saw that I was correct in that it wasnt a wise choice for me to make changes. Please educate the staff on the devices better and not simply encourage them to SELL, SELL, SELL. Ive been a customer since 2001, (probably longer than the staff has been with the company), and I dont appreciate the abhorrent lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, COURTESY, and RESPECT. Learn to listen to, value, and honor the customers interests/requests.

Got a new cell phone recently ND went to Verizon to have them switch my old phone to my new phone. Found out that this is not the way it is done any more. We were handed a sheet of instructions and told to go home and follow the instructions on the sheet. There were no other customers in the store so I dont know what they are paying these employees for because they dont do anything for you. We went home and had to call Customer Service to help us out. Total waste of time going there. Will never go back.

I honestly dont provide one stars out of misplaced anger. This store provided the worst Verizon experience I have ever had. It was a hard sale from the second we walked in, lies all around. When I politely disagreed with the sales rep, all he did was tell me how wrong I was. I have never been so insulted as a customer. Im sure it wasnt this store and more the individual who didnt help us. Ive never lost my temper and walked out of a store like that before. Verizon is lucky I kept them for service and that another store provided exceptional service instead. I dont understand why everything has to be high pressure and insulting.
My phone was acting up stopped by the store. The gentleman that waited on me was very helpful. They couldnt fix my phone so they are going to replace it. No charge

Pay bills and get accessoriesWent for specific purpose; kiosk pay was longer than normal as keys were not accepting pushes.Got great support from staff in obtaining needed accessories and syncing Bluetooth. They listened to my problems and immediately resolved them

I paid cash for a bill and they didnt charge me a handling fee like every other Verizon store does now. It amazes me that you get penalized for paying with cash
The girl was knowledgeable but couldnt help at the store. Have to call truck support. I had lost pictures on wifes phone when we got it and now we have no cloud and lost more pictures. Wife not happy. Would likme some help.
Great service! They listened to what my problem was and came up with a favorable solution. The store was clean and the staff didnt keep anyone waiting to be seen.

Had a little trouble finding this place. Was greeted immediately. Needed help switching over to a new phone. My Salesperson was gone, so someone else helped me. I was probably there for 2 hours which seemed long.
They are always very helpful at the corporate store DO NOT NOT EVER go to a authorized dealer because its more convenient for you go that extra few miles the authorized dealer got me into a 1000 worth of lying mess now the corporate store is trying to help me get out of! That 10 mins I saved not driving that day has costed me hours in phone calls and had to drive to the corporate stores anyways. Hopefully they can help or harold Is going to receive 3000 in phones back after the hammer pays them a visit! I cannot stress enough please go to this corporate store!! The real Verizon has always done me right!!!! Whole family has been with them for years they also have fabulous business accounts. Thank you for your help today Janier awesome guy. Im sorry I have to add that I dont think its fair that theseauthorized dealers known as Shysters should be able to sell under Verizon it puts a bad taste in peoples mouth let alone now janier at the corporate store has to take time to try and fix their mess!
